【摘要】：隨著大學(xué)生人數(shù)的急劇增長,大學(xué)生所面臨的競爭日益加劇,在經(jīng)濟、學(xué)業(yè)、就業(yè)、人際關(guān)系等多方面的巨大壓力,使大學(xué)生遭遇了許多挫折和失敗。云南大學(xué)是云南省唯一的211重點大學(xué),大學(xué)生的發(fā)展關(guān)系到云南大學(xué)和云南省社會各領(lǐng)域的問題,通過對云南大學(xué)的學(xué)生進行生命質(zhì)量影響因素的研究,一方面可以把生命質(zhì)量評價的理論運用到實踐中來,同時通過實證分析,提出一些自己的理論假設(shè)；另一方面對云南大學(xué)的的學(xué)生生命質(zhì)量有一個大概的了解,并對其影響因素進行分析,從而可以對提高云南大學(xué)及昆明高校大學(xué)生生命質(zhì)量提供一些參考的建議,也能為其他地方學(xué)生提供對比和參考。 本論文通過對文獻資料的查找,對生命質(zhì)量的概念及研究現(xiàn)狀有一個大概的了解,然后提出對云南大學(xué)大學(xué)生生命質(zhì)量進行調(diào)查的問題,然后通過問卷的選擇和調(diào)查對象的選擇,進行資料的收集和整理,再通過spss軟件進行數(shù)據(jù)分析,從而得出影響云南大學(xué)大學(xué)生生命質(zhì)量的影響因素,結(jié)合理論分析,對提高當(dāng)代大學(xué)生生命質(zhì)量提出一些建議和對策。 通過文獻的收集、調(diào)查量表個人情況的設(shè)置及量表的調(diào)查內(nèi)容、還有訪談過程出得到的信息及實際生活中的感受和觀察,綜合了可能對大學(xué)生生命質(zhì)量的影響因素,通過分析,其中影響比較大的因素有：每周運動時間,在生理、心理及環(huán)境領(lǐng)域都有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義；自信程度,自信對大學(xué)生生命質(zhì)量各個領(lǐng)域都有非常顯著的統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義；知心朋友數(shù)目,在心理和社會關(guān)系領(lǐng)域有顯著差距；自信程度、就業(yè)信心及對學(xué)校的認(rèn)同感,在各項領(lǐng)域都具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義；和同學(xué)、老師、父母關(guān)系及對所學(xué)專業(yè)的興趣,在各項領(lǐng)域也具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid growth of the number of college students, the competition faced by college students is becoming more and more serious. The enormous pressure in economy, study, employment, interpersonal relationship and so on makes the college students encounter a lot of setbacks and failures. Yunnan University is the only 211 key university in Yunnan Province. The development of university students is related to the problems of Yunnan University and the social fields of Yunnan Province. Through the study of the factors affecting the quality of life of the students of Yunnan University, On the one hand, we can apply the theory of quality of life evaluation to practice, at the same time, through the empirical analysis, put forward some of their own theoretical assumptions; On the other hand, there is a general understanding of the quality of life of the students of Yunnan University, and an analysis of its influencing factors, so as to provide some reference suggestions for improving the quality of life of the students of Yunnan University and Kunming University. Also can provide the contrast and the reference for the other place student. Through the search of literature, this paper has a general understanding of the concept of quality of life and the current situation of research, and then puts forward the question of investigating the quality of life of college students in Yunnan. Then through the selection of questionnaires and the selection of survey objects, the data collection and collation, then through the spss software data analysis, so as to obtain the impact of Yunnan college students quality of life factors, combined with theoretical analysis, To improve the quality of life of contemporary college students put forward some suggestions and countermeasures. Through the collection of literature, the setting of the investigation scale and the contents of the questionnaire, as well as the information obtained from the interview process and the feelings and observations in the actual life, it synthesizes the factors that may affect the quality of life of the college students. The influential factors are: weekly exercise time, in the physiological, psychological and environmental fields are statistically significant; The degree of confidence, self-confidence has a very significant statistical significance in every field of college students' quality of life, the number of intimate friends has a significant difference in the field of psychology and social relations. Confidence, job confidence and school identity are statistically significant in all fields, as well as with classmates, teachers, parental relationships and interest in the major.
