【摘要】：班級(jí)是學(xué)校最基本的組成單位,它是學(xué)生最重要、也是最直接的一個(gè)群體：要關(guān)注教育,就必須研究班級(jí)。班級(jí)是大學(xué)生基本的組織形式,通過(guò)它可對(duì)大學(xué)生進(jìn)行全面的思想政治教育。班級(jí)文化,是一種特定的文化環(huán)境,也是一種潛移默化的教育力量,它對(duì)學(xué)生的發(fā)展起到約束、導(dǎo)向和熏陶功能。加強(qiáng)高校班級(jí)文化的建設(shè),還可以與加強(qiáng)自我教育、班集體教育的實(shí)效性,強(qiáng)化大學(xué)生的思想政治教育這些重要的任務(wù)互相契合；與此同時(shí),高校班級(jí)文化建設(shè)的加強(qiáng),是創(chuàng)建平安校園的需要,也是完善學(xué)生管理體制的需要。 本課題首先對(duì)“班級(jí)文化”的概念進(jìn)行澄清,弄清楚本課題研究的范圍,并把和它與“校園文化”、“文化”等相關(guān)概念來(lái)作比較,深入探討其特征；其次采用閱讀文獻(xiàn)等方法回顧國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)班級(jí)文化建設(shè)方面的相關(guān)研究,闡述高校班級(jí)文化建設(shè)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。根據(jù)調(diào)查分析,概括出高校班級(jí)文化建設(shè)的目前的狀況,得出其現(xiàn)在存在的一些主要問(wèn)題,如班級(jí)物質(zhì)文化落后、精神文化忽略、制度文化機(jī)械、行為文化紊亂等,并結(jié)合社會(huì)、學(xué)校、家庭,學(xué)生自己等方面對(duì)這些問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生的原因進(jìn)行了分析；最后針對(duì)班級(jí)文化建設(shè)出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題提出了相對(duì)應(yīng)的解決方法：從物質(zhì)文化、精神文化、制度文化、行為文化四個(gè)方向分別對(duì)班級(jí)物質(zhì)文化的管理、營(yíng)造；形成班級(jí)精神文化內(nèi)驅(qū)力、凝聚力、向心力；完善班級(jí)機(jī)構(gòu)組織建設(shè)、研制班級(jí)評(píng)優(yōu)評(píng)先激勵(lì)制度、實(shí)行PDCA循環(huán)系統(tǒng)模式制、建立家校合作機(jī)制；以成長(zhǎng)目標(biāo)導(dǎo)航、正確“三觀”、校風(fēng)建設(shè)去引領(lǐng)、規(guī)范、促進(jìn)班級(jí)行為文化建設(shè)這些方面來(lái)加以闡述。
[Abstract]:Class is the most basic unit of school, it is the most important and direct group of students: to pay attention to education, we must study the class. Class is the basic organization form of college students, through which we can carry on comprehensive ideological and political education to college students. Class culture is a kind of special cultural environment and a subtle educational force, which has the function of constraining, guiding and edifying the development of students. Strengthening the construction of class culture in colleges and universities can also coincide with the important tasks of strengthening the self-education, the effectiveness of class collective education and the ideological and political education of college students. At the same time, the construction of class culture in colleges and universities is necessary for the establishment of safe campus and the improvement of student management system. This subject first clarifies the concept of "class culture", makes clear the scope of this research, and compares it with "campus culture", "culture" and other related concepts, and deeply discusses its characteristics; Secondly, this paper reviews the related research on class culture construction at home and abroad by means of reading literature, and expounds the practical significance of class culture construction in colleges and universities. According to the investigation and analysis, this paper summarizes the current situation of the class culture construction in colleges and universities, and finds out some main problems existing in it, such as class material culture backwardness, spiritual culture neglect, institutional culture machinery, behavior culture disorder and so on. And combined with the society, school, family, students themselves to analyze the causes of these problems; Finally, the author puts forward corresponding solutions to the problems in the construction of class culture: the management and construction of class material culture from the four directions of material culture, spiritual culture, institutional culture and behavioral culture; Form class spirit culture drive, cohesion, centripetal force, perfect class organization construction, develop class evaluation and evaluation first incentive system, implement PDCA circulatory system, establish the cooperation mechanism of home and school; It is expounded in the following aspects: guidance of growth goal, correct "three views", construction of school spirit to lead, standardize and promote the construction of class behavior culture.
