高校班級(jí)文化建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀及策略研究
[Abstract]:Class is the most basic unit of school, it is the most important and direct group of students: to pay attention to education, we must study the class. Class is the basic organization form of college students, through which we can carry on comprehensive ideological and political education to college students. Class culture is a kind of special cultural environment and a subtle educational force, which has the function of constraining, guiding and edifying the development of students. Strengthening the construction of class culture in colleges and universities can also coincide with the important tasks of strengthening the self-education, the effectiveness of class collective education and the ideological and political education of college students. At the same time, the construction of class culture in colleges and universities is necessary for the establishment of safe campus and the improvement of student management system. This subject first clarifies the concept of "class culture", makes clear the scope of this research, and compares it with "campus culture", "culture" and other related concepts, and deeply discusses its characteristics; Secondly, this paper reviews the related research on class culture construction at home and abroad by means of reading literature, and expounds the practical significance of class culture construction in colleges and universities. According to the investigation and analysis, this paper summarizes the current situation of the class culture construction in colleges and universities, and finds out some main problems existing in it, such as class material culture backwardness, spiritual culture neglect, institutional culture machinery, behavior culture disorder and so on. And combined with the society, school, family, students themselves to analyze the causes of these problems; Finally, the author puts forward corresponding solutions to the problems in the construction of class culture: the management and construction of class material culture from the four directions of material culture, spiritual culture, institutional culture and behavioral culture; Form class spirit culture drive, cohesion, centripetal force, perfect class organization construction, develop class evaluation and evaluation first incentive system, implement PDCA circulatory system, establish the cooperation mechanism of home and school; It is expounded in the following aspects: guidance of growth goal, correct "three views", construction of school spirit to lead, standardize and promote the construction of class behavior culture.
