大學(xué)生先進(jìn)典型教育質(zhì)量提升模式的建構(gòu)研究

【摘要】:大學(xué)生先進(jìn)典型教育是高校思想政治教育的重要方法之一。隨著社會逐步走向國際化、信息化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、市場化,各國文化之間互相交融,大學(xué)生的思想趨于多元化,主體意識也逐步增強(qiáng),各種大學(xué)生先進(jìn)典型教育質(zhì)量問題一一凸顯,他們對于大學(xué)生先進(jìn)典型質(zhì)量提升模式的要求也不斷地提高。因此,如何從新的視角進(jìn)行構(gòu)建大學(xué)生先進(jìn)典型教育質(zhì)量提升模式,發(fā)揮大學(xué)生先進(jìn)典型應(yīng)有作用已成為當(dāng)前高校教育研究的重要課題。 第一部分:論述了大學(xué)生先進(jìn)典型教育質(zhì)量提升模式的內(nèi)涵與構(gòu)建的必要性。在此,通過對模式、大學(xué)生先進(jìn)典型教育、大學(xué)生先進(jìn)典型教育模式等相關(guān)定義的進(jìn)行歸納分析的基礎(chǔ)上對大學(xué)生先進(jìn)典型教育質(zhì)量提升模式的定義進(jìn)行了界定,并從時(shí)代的發(fā)展、大學(xué)生個(gè)人實(shí)現(xiàn)全面發(fā)展與完善大學(xué)生先進(jìn)典型教育體系與增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生思想政治教育有效性的角度分析了構(gòu)建大學(xué)生先進(jìn)典型教育質(zhì)量提升模式的必要性。 第二部分:闡述大學(xué)生先進(jìn)典型教育質(zhì)量提升模式的主要類型包括交往性與體驗(yàn)式大學(xué)生先進(jìn)典型教育質(zhì)量提升模式,各類型的含義、特點(diǎn)與內(nèi)容以及這三種類型之間的內(nèi)在關(guān)系。 第三部分:從大學(xué)生先進(jìn)典型教育質(zhì)量提升模式的理念、方法、教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)三個(gè)方面闡釋了運(yùn)行大學(xué)生先進(jìn)典型教育質(zhì)量提升模式的基本思路。
[Abstract]:Advanced and typical education of college students is one of the important methods of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. As the society moves towards internationalization, information, networking, marketization, intermingling of cultures of various countries, the ideology of college students tends to be diversified, and their subjective consciousness is gradually strengthened, the problems of the advanced and typical education quality of all kinds of college students are highlighted one by one. Their requirements for advanced and typical quality promotion models for college students are also constantly raised. Therefore, how to construct the model of improving the quality of advanced typical education of college students from a new perspective and give full play to the role of advanced typical education of college students has become an important subject in the current educational research in colleges and universities. The first part discusses the connotation and necessity of the advanced and typical education quality promotion mode of college students. On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the relevant definitions of the model and the advanced typical education model of college students, this paper defines the definition of the advanced and typical education quality promotion mode of college students. From the point of view of the development of the times, the comprehensive development and perfection of the advanced typical education system of college students and the enhancement of the effectiveness of the ideological and political education of college students, this paper analyzes the necessity of constructing the mode of improving the quality of advanced typical education of college students. The second part: expound the main types of the advanced typical education quality promotion mode of college students, including the communicative and experiential model of the advanced typical education quality promotion of college students, the meaning of each type. Characteristics and content and the internal relationship between the three types. The third part: from the idea, the method, the teacher team construction three aspects of the university student advanced typical education quality promotion mode idea, the method has explained the basic thought which the university student advanced typical education quality promotion pattern has carried on the university student advanced typical education quality promotion pattern.
