【摘要】：當(dāng)前我國正處在經(jīng)濟社會轉(zhuǎn)型的重要時期，高等教育也面臨歷史性的變革，對新時期如何提高大學(xué)生的綜合素質(zhì)、促進大學(xué)生全面發(fā)展提出了更新、更高要求。高校思想政治教育有效性是評價思想政治教育工作實際效果的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，是思想政治教育工作實際意義的主要表現(xiàn)，是創(chuàng)新高校思想政治教育的重要實踐依據(jù)。因此，高校思想政治教育有效性研究，一直都是我國思想政治教育領(lǐng)域研究和關(guān)注的重點，，在經(jīng)濟全球化和國內(nèi)市場化不斷加深的今天，加強高校思想政治教育有效性研究具有很強的現(xiàn)實指導(dǎo)意義。 本文在高校思想政治教育有效性的相關(guān)理論、研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上，對高校思想政治教育有效性展開的研究。本文首先介紹了高校思想政治教育的基本內(nèi)涵和主要構(gòu)成要素，考察了經(jīng)濟全球化、信息化、市場經(jīng)濟等時代背景對高校思想政治教育的影響和沖擊；在此基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)和歸納了思想政治教育有效性的基本經(jīng)驗和存在的主要問題，分析了影響高校思想政治教育有效性的主要因素；最后，從加強高校思想政治教育的科學(xué)理論引導(dǎo)、加強高校思想政治教育教師隊伍建設(shè)、完善高校思想政治教育機制、加強高校思想政治教育理論課程創(chuàng)新四個方面，研究得出了幾點提升高校思想政治教育有效性的對策建議，希望能夠為高校思想政治教育有效性的研究盡一份力。
[Abstract]:At present, our country is in an important period of economic and social transformation, and higher education is also facing historic changes. It has put forward new and higher requirements on how to improve the comprehensive quality of college students and promote their all-round development in the new period. The effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is the standard of evaluating the actual effect of ideological and political education, the main manifestation of the practical significance of ideological and political education, and the important practical basis for innovating the ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Therefore, the study of the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities has always been the focus of research and attention in the field of ideological and political education in China. Today, with the deepening of economic globalization and domestic marketization, Strengthening the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities has a strong practical significance. Based on the relevant theories and research results of the validity of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, this paper studies the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. This paper first introduces the basic connotation and main elements of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and examines the influence and impact of economic globalization, information technology and market economy on ideological and political education in colleges and universities. On this basis, this paper summarizes and summarizes the basic experience and main problems of the effectiveness of ideological and political education, and analyzes the main factors that affect the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Finally, from four aspects: strengthening the scientific theoretical guidance of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, strengthening the construction of the contingent of teachers in ideological and political education in colleges and universities, perfecting the ideological and political education mechanism in colleges and universities, and strengthening the theoretical curriculum innovation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The research has obtained several countermeasures and suggestions to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, hoping to contribute to the study of the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
