需求導(dǎo)向下我國高校德育的改進(jìn)策略

【摘要】:當(dāng)今時代,國際競爭日趨激烈,高層次人才的培養(yǎng)成為各國競爭的主題。高等學(xué)校作為人才培養(yǎng)的主要基地,也成為這場沒有硝煙的競爭的主陣地。高校德育作為我國高等教育人才培養(yǎng)的一個重要組成部分,能否更好地立足實際,從學(xué)生自身的發(fā)展出發(fā),結(jié)合經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展需求和學(xué)校發(fā)展需求,豐富德育內(nèi)容的多樣性,體現(xiàn)德育途徑的立體性,強(qiáng)化德育過程的實踐性,增強(qiáng)德育策略的有效性,直接關(guān)系到培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的質(zhì)量,也直接影響到學(xué)校的發(fā)展,更決定了國家在國際競爭中的優(yōu)勢程度。 文章采用文獻(xiàn)分析法、對比法以及理論聯(lián)系實際的方法,首先借鑒國內(nèi)外德育研究的成果,對比美國、日本兩個國家的道德教育與我國高校德育的現(xiàn)狀,揭示了我國高校德育存在的若干問題;其次,分析了我國高校德育與客觀需求之間的關(guān)系,包括學(xué)生自身和諧發(fā)展需求、社會需求和學(xué)校發(fā)展需求三個方面;最后,借鑒國外多樣化、立體化的教育方式等成功經(jīng)驗,闡述了今后我國高校德育以需求為導(dǎo)向,從強(qiáng)化學(xué)生的自我教育意識、保持德育的層次性與多樣化、創(chuàng)新德育的內(nèi)容與方法、關(guān)注校外環(huán)境的德育作用等方面改進(jìn)我國高校德育策略。既保證了學(xué)生的主體性,又保持與時俱進(jìn),更充分發(fā)揮了學(xué)校和外界環(huán)境在德育中的重要作用,為我國社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)打下了堅實的基礎(chǔ),,也為學(xué)校的發(fā)展提供了實力保障。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the international competition is becoming more and more intense, and the cultivation of high-level talents has become the theme of competition in various countries. Colleges and universities, as the main base of talent training, also become the main position of the competition without smoke. Moral education in colleges and universities, as an important part of the cultivation of talents in higher education in our country, can better be based on reality, proceed from the students' own development, combine the needs of economic and social development with the needs of the development of schools, and enrich the diversity of moral education contents. Embodying the three-dimensional nature of moral education approach, strengthening the practicality of moral education process, enhancing the effectiveness of moral education strategy, directly related to the quality of training students, but also directly affect the development of schools, but also determine the degree of national advantage in the international competition. This article uses the literature analysis method, the contrast method and the theory unifies the practice method, first uses for reference the domestic and foreign moral education research achievement, contrasts the American, the Japanese two countries' moral education and our country university moral education present situation. It reveals some problems existing in moral education in colleges and universities in China. Secondly, it analyzes the relationship between moral education and objective needs of colleges and universities in China, including the harmonious development needs of students themselves, the social needs and the needs of school development. Finally, using the successful experiences of foreign countries for reference, this paper expounds that moral education in colleges and universities in our country should be demand-oriented, strengthen students' consciousness of self-education, and maintain the level and diversity of moral education. The contents and methods of moral education should be innovated, and the moral education strategy of colleges and universities should be improved by paying attention to the role of moral education outside the school environment. It not only guarantees the students' subjectivity, but also keeps pace with the times, gives full play to the important role of the school and the external environment in moral education, and lays a solid foundation for the socialist modernization construction of our country. It also provides the strength guarantee for the development of the school.
