【摘要】：2004年,中共中央、國(guó)務(wù)院《關(guān)于進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)大學(xué)生思想政治教育的意見(jiàn)》的文件指出我國(guó)高等學(xué)校要大力加強(qiáng)校園文化建設(shè)。《國(guó)家中長(zhǎng)期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要(2010—2020年)》指出要提高我國(guó)高等學(xué)校的國(guó)際化建設(shè)與發(fā)展水平,培養(yǎng)具有國(guó)際視野,可以參與國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的國(guó)際型人才。在國(guó)際化的視野下,努力培養(yǎng)中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義的合格建設(shè)者和可靠接班人,是我國(guó)高校思想政治教育的一個(gè)核心的重要任務(wù)。中共中央16號(hào)文件以及教育部、團(tuán)中央有關(guān)校園文化的文件頒布以來(lái),我國(guó)高校校園文化的建設(shè)得到了較快發(fā)展,取得了諸多成績(jī),但在國(guó)際化大背景下,我國(guó)高校校園文化面臨著許多新情況、新問(wèn)題,需要我們以開(kāi)闊的視野、創(chuàng)新的思路、有效的措施給予應(yīng)對(duì),要吸收西方高校校園文化精華,繼承和弘揚(yáng)我國(guó)高校校園文化的優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng),使我國(guó)高校校園文化進(jìn)一步健康發(fā)展。 國(guó)際化,在一定程度上表現(xiàn)為一種全球化。國(guó)際化是國(guó)家與國(guó)家之間彼此相互關(guān)聯(lián)的一種形式。國(guó)際化深刻描述的是世界各國(guó)在政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化等各個(gè)方面相互聯(lián)系和相互影響的一種客觀狀態(tài)的交互關(guān)系。國(guó)際化視野它首先是一種思維方式,這種思維方式是可以超越國(guó)家與國(guó)家間的界線和世界間的地理空間,是能夠以包含整個(gè)世界的開(kāi)放眼光來(lái)探索問(wèn)題和研究問(wèn)題的。國(guó)際化視野也可以理解為是個(gè)人在國(guó)際化的背景下所能夠擁有的內(nèi)涵、能力、知識(shí)、綜合素質(zhì)以及外在行為表現(xiàn)方式。 國(guó)際化為我國(guó)高校校園文化的發(fā)展帶來(lái)了新的機(jī)遇的同時(shí),也相應(yīng)地帶來(lái)了一定的挑戰(zhàn)。國(guó)際化的興起與迅速發(fā)展,一方面,可以幫助我們樹(shù)立高校校園文化國(guó)際化的理念,有助于推動(dòng)我國(guó)高校校園文化的改革,優(yōu)化和整合我國(guó)高校校園文化的建設(shè)資源；另一方面,國(guó)際化帶來(lái)了我國(guó)高校校園文化的多樣化發(fā)展,對(duì)我國(guó)高校思想政治教育工作以及人才培養(yǎng)模式提出新的要求。 在國(guó)際化的形勢(shì)之下,我國(guó)高校校園文化的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)一是在人才培養(yǎng)中的地位和作用更加突顯,二是高校校園文化的德育主導(dǎo)性功能更加強(qiáng)化,三是高校校園文化的建設(shè)途徑更加多樣化。我國(guó)高校校園文化發(fā)展的基本思路是要堅(jiān)持物質(zhì)文化與精神文化的同步協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,堅(jiān)持科學(xué)精神與人文精神的和諧統(tǒng)一發(fā)展,堅(jiān)持我國(guó)本土文化與外來(lái)文化之間的相互融合發(fā)展。

Inheriting and carrying forward the fine tradition of campus culture in colleges and universities of our country makes the campus culture of our country further develop healthily. Internationalization, to some extent, is a kind of globalization. Internationalization is a form of interrelation between countries. Internationalization deeply describes the interaction of various countries in politics, economy, culture and so on. It is a mode of thinking which can transcend the boundary between nations and the geographical space of the world and can explore and study problems with an open vision including the whole world. Internationalization perspective can also be understood as the connotation, ability, knowledge, comprehensive quality and external behavior expression that an individual can possess under the background of internationalization. Internationalization brings new opportunities and challenges to the development of campus culture in colleges and universities in China. The rise and rapid development of internationalization, on the one hand, can help us to set up the idea of internationalization of campus culture in colleges and universities, help to promote the reform of campus culture in our country, optimize and integrate the construction resources of campus culture in colleges and universities of our country; On the other hand, internationalization has brought about the diversified development of campus culture in our country, which puts forward new requirements for the ideological and political education work and the mode of talent training in colleges and universities of our country. Under the situation of internationalization, the development trend of campus culture in our country is that the status and function of campus culture is more prominent in the cultivation of talents, and the leading function of moral education in university campus culture is more strengthened. Third, the construction of campus culture in colleges and universities is more diversified. The basic idea of the development of campus culture in colleges and universities in our country is to insist on the harmonious development of material culture and spiritual culture, and the harmonious and unified development of scientific spirit and humanistic spirit.
