【摘要】：大學(xué)生社團(tuán)是廣大青年學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)生活的第二課堂。是提高大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)和能力的有效途徑,也是開展大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作的重要陣地。大學(xué)生社團(tuán)以其自發(fā)性、廣泛性、一致性、社會(huì)性、創(chuàng)新性、多樣性的特點(diǎn)把廣大青年學(xué)生團(tuán)結(jié)在一起,目的在于通過參加社團(tuán)活動(dòng)來激發(fā)他們的愛國主義思想和愛校情懷,弘揚(yáng)集體主義精神,拓展大學(xué)生素質(zhì),樹立正確的人生觀、價(jià)值觀。激勵(lì)他們奮發(fā)向上,勇往直前的信心。 隨著我國高等教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展,大學(xué)生社團(tuán)在培養(yǎng)人的成長成才方面發(fā)揮了越來越重要的作用,大學(xué)生社團(tuán)發(fā)展建設(shè)也受到了高度重視。特別是進(jìn)入新世紀(jì)以來的這十年,大學(xué)生社團(tuán)取得了很大的成就,學(xué)生社團(tuán)建設(shè)異彩紛呈,有了明確的指導(dǎo)思想,社團(tuán)建設(shè)的途徑得到了進(jìn)一步拓展,同時(shí),社團(tuán)在發(fā)展中也暴露出一些問題和不足。大學(xué)生社團(tuán)管理體制不完善,社團(tuán)活動(dòng)的內(nèi)容質(zhì)量不高,成員素質(zhì)良莠不齊,基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施欠缺等。因此,認(rèn)清當(dāng)前高等學(xué)校大學(xué)生社團(tuán)在發(fā)展中存在的問題,探索學(xué)生社團(tuán)發(fā)展的新方法,保持其健康可持續(xù)的發(fā)展,具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文系統(tǒng)闡述了大學(xué)生社團(tuán)的概念、特點(diǎn)和功能。通過調(diào)查研究,論述了大學(xué)生社團(tuán)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及存在的主要問題；從四個(gè)方面對大學(xué)生社團(tuán)存在的主要問題原因進(jìn)行分析,即大學(xué)生社團(tuán)缺少理論指導(dǎo)、大學(xué)生社團(tuán)缺少長期發(fā)展規(guī)劃、大學(xué)生參加社團(tuán)具有功利性、大學(xué)生的人文素養(yǎng)不高,缺少參與熱情。通過對這些原因的分析,提出了解決大學(xué)生社團(tuán)建設(shè)的有效途徑：第一完善大學(xué)生社團(tuán)管理體制；第二加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生社團(tuán)的思想政治教育工作；第三加強(qiáng)對大學(xué)生社團(tuán)骨干的培養(yǎng);第四加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生社團(tuán)的硬件設(shè)施建設(shè)四個(gè)方面實(shí)現(xiàn)大學(xué)生社團(tuán)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:College student associations are the second classroom for young students to study and live. It is an effective way to improve the comprehensive quality and ability of college students, and is also an important position for the ideological and political education of college students. Because of its spontaneity, extensiveness, consistency, sociality, innovation and diversity, college student associations unite young students in order to stimulate their patriotism and love for school by participating in community activities. Carry forward the spirit of collectivism, expand the quality of college students, set up a correct outlook on life and values. Inspire their confidence to move forward. With the development of higher education in our country, college students' associations play a more and more important role in cultivating people to grow and become talents, and the development and construction of college students' associations have also been attached great importance to. Especially in the decade since the beginning of the new century, the university students' associations have made great achievements, the construction of student associations has been colorful, with a clear guiding ideology, the way of community building has been further expanded, and at the same time, The society also exposed some problems and deficiencies in its development. The management system of college students' association is not perfect, the content of community activities is not high, the quality of members is mixed, and the infrastructure is lacking. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to recognize the problems existing in the development of college students' associations at present, to explore new methods for the development of student associations and to maintain their healthy and sustainable development. This paper systematically describes the concept, characteristics and functions of college students' associations. Through investigation and research, this paper discusses the current situation and main problems of the development of college students' associations. This paper analyzes the main problems of college students' associations from four aspects: the lack of theoretical guidance, the lack of long-term development planning, the utilitarian participation of college students, and the low humanistic literacy of college students. Lack of enthusiasm for participation. Through the analysis of these reasons, this paper puts forward the effective ways to solve the construction of college students' associations: first, to perfect the management system of college students' associations, secondly, to strengthen the ideological and political education of college students' associations; The third is to strengthen the cultivation of the backbone of the college students' associations, and the fourth is to strengthen the construction of the hardware facilities of the college students' associations in four aspects to realize the sustainable development of the college students' associations.
