【摘要】：高校教師評(píng)價(jià)是一項(xiàng)涉及諸多因素的系統(tǒng)工程,針對(duì)不同類型和不同層次的教師,其評(píng)價(jià)因素和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)有較大的區(qū)別。研究高校教師評(píng)價(jià)多屬性決策問題,有利于提供教師評(píng)價(jià)科學(xué)合理的客觀依據(jù),對(duì)教師及高校的發(fā)展能夠起到積極的促進(jìn)作用。 論文以多屬性決策理論為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合高校教師的特點(diǎn),對(duì)高校教師評(píng)價(jià)方案進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)化的研究。首先建立了高校教師綜合評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,對(duì)一些定性指標(biāo)的量化問題進(jìn)行了討論；然后采用不確定多屬性決策方法構(gòu)建了決策模型；最后將決策模型應(yīng)用于一般工科院校教師評(píng)價(jià)的實(shí)踐中,在簡化了常規(guī)教師評(píng)價(jià)復(fù)雜程序的同時(shí),證實(shí)了模型的可靠性、科學(xué)性與實(shí)用性。論文的主要內(nèi)容包括： (1)從高校教師評(píng)價(jià)方案應(yīng)考慮的四個(gè)基本要素,即學(xué)科建設(shè)、教學(xué)工作、科研工作、公益工作出發(fā),以一般工科院校教師為評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)象,針對(duì)學(xué)科特點(diǎn),考慮綜合評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)的主次結(jié)構(gòu)性,建立了適合于方案優(yōu)選的科學(xué)指標(biāo)體系。 (2)研究給出了面向一般工科院校教師評(píng)價(jià)的不確定型多屬性決策問題的求解步驟,對(duì)于確定權(quán)重這個(gè)多屬性決策問題的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),運(yùn)用主觀賦權(quán)和客觀賦權(quán)相結(jié)合的方法確定了各屬性的權(quán)重。 (3)將多屬性決策方法應(yīng)用到一般工科院校的教師評(píng)價(jià)中,通過決策模型對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)教師在科研教學(xué)方面的量化指標(biāo)綜合屬性進(jìn)行了排序,并經(jīng)過與常規(guī)方法的結(jié)果比對(duì)后證實(shí)了模型的有效性。 (4)設(shè)計(jì)了決策方法與評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)界面,為教師評(píng)價(jià)提供了簡易操作平臺(tái),同時(shí)驗(yàn)證了評(píng)價(jià)方法的合理性。
[Abstract]:The evaluation of college teachers is a systematic project involving many factors. For different types of teachers and different levels of teachers, there are great differences in evaluation factors and standards. The study of multi-attribute decision making of teacher evaluation in colleges and universities is helpful to provide scientific and reasonable objective basis for teacher evaluation and to promote the development of teachers and universities. Based on the theory of multi-attribute decision-making and the characteristics of university teachers, this paper makes a systematic study on the evaluation scheme of university teachers. Firstly, the comprehensive evaluation index system of college teachers is established, and the quantitative problems of some qualitative indexes are discussed, and then the decision model is constructed by using uncertain multi-attribute decision making method. Finally, the decision model is applied to the practice of teachers' evaluation in general engineering colleges and universities. It simplifies the complicated procedure of teachers' evaluation and proves the reliability, scientificalness and practicability of the model. The main contents of the thesis are as follows: (1) starting from the four basic elements that should be considered in the evaluation scheme of university teachers, namely, subject construction, teaching work, scientific research work, public welfare work, and taking the teachers of general engineering colleges as the object of evaluation, Considering the primary and secondary structure of the comprehensive evaluation system according to the characteristics of the subject, A scientific index system suitable for scheme selection is established. (2) the steps of solving uncertain multi-attribute decision making problems for teachers' evaluation in general engineering colleges are given. In order to determine the weight of multi-attribute decision making, the weight of each attribute is determined by the combination of subjective weight and objective weight. (3) the method of multi-attribute decision making is applied to the evaluation of teachers in general engineering colleges. Through the decision model, the comprehensive attributes of quantitative indexes in evaluating teachers' scientific research teaching are sorted. The validity of the model is verified by comparing the results with the conventional methods. (4) the system implementation interface between the decision method and the evaluation index is designed, which provides a simple operating platform for the teacher evaluation. At the same time, the rationality of the evaluation method is verified.
