當(dāng)今大學(xué)生集體主義教育對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:我國(guó)高校集體主義教育不僅是德育目標(biāo)的一部分,而且是實(shí)施素質(zhì)教育的重要內(nèi)容。黨的十八大報(bào)告將大力弘揚(yáng)民族精神和時(shí)代精神,,深入開(kāi)展愛(ài)國(guó)主義、集體主義、社會(huì)主義教育,作為社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀(guān)教育的重要組成部分。毋庸置疑,在當(dāng)今學(xué)校德育中,集體主義教育顯得尤為重要。大學(xué)生肩負(fù)著建設(shè)中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化強(qiáng)國(guó)的歷史重任,因此,加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)當(dāng)今大學(xué)生集體主義教育勢(shì)在必行。在當(dāng)今社會(huì)環(huán)境下,有必要對(duì)集體主義教育理念、目標(biāo)、內(nèi)容及方法等給予新的探析。本文從當(dāng)今大學(xué)生集體主義教育相關(guān)問(wèn)題出發(fā),并進(jìn)行原因分析,為探索走出當(dāng)今大學(xué)生集體主義教育困境提出了對(duì)策,力求促進(jìn)高校思想政治教育工作有效、順利地進(jìn)行。 本文以教育學(xué)、倫理學(xué)、心理學(xué)等學(xué)科為理論基礎(chǔ),通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、跨學(xué)科綜合研究法,借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外在本研究領(lǐng)域的成果、專(zhuān)著與文獻(xiàn),并對(duì)所收集的資料進(jìn)行研究、對(duì)比與篩選,從而總結(jié)歸納出當(dāng)今大學(xué)生集體主義教育存在如下主要問(wèn)題:(1)教育理念滯后;(2)教育目標(biāo)偏失;(3)教育內(nèi)容缺乏針對(duì)性、時(shí)效性;(4)教育方法重灌輸輕實(shí)踐;(5)教育者言行失范。針對(duì)以上問(wèn)題進(jìn)行原因分析包括:(1)傳統(tǒng)思想政治教育理念的影響;(2)高校對(duì)大學(xué)生集體主義教育的重視程度不夠;(3)大學(xué)生集體主義教育缺乏系統(tǒng)理論的支撐;(4)傳統(tǒng)思想政治教育方法的弊端;(5)現(xiàn)行師德規(guī)范與時(shí)代發(fā)展不相適應(yīng)。綜合上述理論分析和實(shí)際工作研究,提出了當(dāng)今大學(xué)生集體主義教育的對(duì)策:(1)更新教育理念;(2)確立切實(shí)可行的教育目標(biāo);(3)教育內(nèi)容要有針對(duì)性、時(shí)效性;(4)改進(jìn)方法創(chuàng)新載體;(5)加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)師德建設(shè)。同時(shí)還借鑒了當(dāng)今國(guó)外學(xué)校道德教育的經(jīng)驗(yàn),吸收了其中有利于我國(guó)集體主義教育發(fā)展的內(nèi)容、方法和實(shí)踐形式,從而推進(jìn)我國(guó)高校大學(xué)生集體主義教育的順利實(shí)施。
[Abstract]:Collectivism education is not only a part of moral education, but also an important part of quality education. The report of the 18th National Congress of the Party will vigorously carry forward the national spirit and the spirit of the times, and carry out in depth the education of patriotism, collectivism and socialism as an important part of the education of socialist core values. Undoubtedly, collectivism education is especially important in school moral education. College students shoulder the historical responsibility of building a powerful socialist country with Chinese characteristics. Therefore, it is imperative to strengthen and improve the collectivism education of college students. In the present social environment, it is necessary to give a new analysis to the collectivism education idea, goal, content and method. Based on the related problems of college students' collectivism education and the analysis of the reasons, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to explore the dilemma of college students' collectivism education, and tries to promote the ideological and political education work in colleges and universities to carry out effectively and smoothly. Based on the theories of pedagogy, ethics, psychology and so on, this paper draws lessons from domestic and foreign achievements, monographs and literature through literature method, questionnaire survey and interdisciplinary comprehensive research. The main problems of collectivism education of college students are summarized as follows: (1) lagged behind educational idea; (2) partial loss of educational goal; (3) lack of pertinence and timeliness of educational content; (4) the education method pays more attention to the indoctrination than the practice, (5) the educator's words and deeds are out of order. The reasons for the above problems are as follows: (1) the influence of traditional ideological and political education; (2) the degree of college students' collectivism education is not enough; (3) the college students' collectivism education lacks the support of systematic theory. (4) the disadvantages of the traditional methods of ideological and political education, (5) the current norms of teachers' ethics are not suitable for the development of the times. Based on the above theoretical analysis and practical research, this paper puts forward the countermeasures of collectivism education for college students: (1) renewing the educational concept; (2) establishing practical educational objectives; (3) the content of education should be targeted and timely; (4) innovation carrier of improving methods, (5) strengthening and improving teachers' moral construction. At the same time, it draws lessons from the experience of moral education in foreign countries, and absorbs the contents, methods and practical forms which are beneficial to the development of collectivism education in our country, so as to promote the smooth implementation of collectivism education for college students in our country.
