【摘要】：校友資源是高校的寶貴財(cái)富，已經(jīng)有越來(lái)越多的高校認(rèn)識(shí)到校友資源對(duì)于高校發(fā)展的重要性，并逐漸開(kāi)始進(jìn)行校友資源的開(kāi)發(fā)與管理工作。然而，我國(guó)開(kāi)發(fā)與管理高校校友資源的起步較晚，總體發(fā)展水平還比較落后。在校友資源開(kāi)發(fā)與管理的認(rèn)識(shí)上，組織機(jī)構(gòu)的建立、發(fā)展等方面還存在一些問(wèn)題。 網(wǎng)絡(luò)在高校的普及和廣泛應(yīng)用，為高校校友資源開(kāi)發(fā)與管理工作的發(fā)展提供了新的有利環(huán)境。網(wǎng)絡(luò)的發(fā)展與運(yùn)用不僅為校友資源的開(kāi)發(fā)與管理工作，提供了新的途徑和方法，更提高了高校校友工作的效率。網(wǎng)絡(luò)的有效開(kāi)發(fā)和運(yùn)用無(wú)疑會(huì)給校友資源的開(kāi)發(fā)與管理帶來(lái)豐碩的成果。美國(guó)在利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行高校校友資源開(kāi)發(fā)與管理的歷史比我國(guó)深遠(yuǎn)的多，應(yīng)吸收和借鑒美國(guó)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)促進(jìn)我國(guó)的校友資源開(kāi)發(fā)與管理的發(fā)展。同時(shí)，要考慮到我國(guó)的國(guó)情，根據(jù)我國(guó)現(xiàn)有的網(wǎng)絡(luò)情況，充分利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)勢(shì)的基礎(chǔ)上，考慮到網(wǎng)絡(luò)給高校校友資源開(kāi)發(fā)與管理工作帶來(lái)的挑戰(zhàn)。如，在網(wǎng)絡(luò)虛擬性、開(kāi)放性的背景下，如何有效地保證校友信息的真實(shí)性、有效性并保障他們的個(gè)人信息安全；如何利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)開(kāi)展豐富多彩，長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定的校友與學(xué)校間的活動(dòng)，加強(qiáng)校友與學(xué)校之間的聯(lián)系，達(dá)到互利互惠，，實(shí)現(xiàn)雙贏的目標(biāo)等問(wèn)題。 目前，關(guān)于直接論述網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)高校校友資源與管理工作影響的研究不多，一般是在論述高校校友資源開(kāi)發(fā)、利用、管理等某一方面或某些方面的背景下，提到網(wǎng)絡(luò)可以成為開(kāi)發(fā)、運(yùn)用高校校友資源的一項(xiàng)措施，沒(méi)有系統(tǒng)全面的從網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境這個(gè)背景下出發(fā)來(lái)分析研究校友資源的開(kāi)發(fā)與管理。 據(jù)此，本文在分析了網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)勢(shì)為高校校友資源的開(kāi)發(fā)與管理工作帶來(lái)的積極影響基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)美國(guó)與我國(guó)在利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行校友資源開(kāi)發(fā)與管理工作進(jìn)行比較。探討了如何利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)勢(shì)為高校校友資源開(kāi)發(fā)與管理工作服務(wù)，以及對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)在高校校友開(kāi)發(fā)與管理工作上產(chǎn)生的消極影響提出對(duì)策。 本文共分為四章，分別為：第一章是分析選題原因、研究意義及相關(guān)研究綜述等內(nèi)容。第二章是論述網(wǎng)絡(luò)的優(yōu)勢(shì)方面如何促進(jìn)校友資源開(kāi)發(fā)與管理工作，如網(wǎng)絡(luò)的及時(shí)性和便捷性，提高了校友資源開(kāi)發(fā)與管理工作的效率；網(wǎng)絡(luò)的互動(dòng)性，方便了校友與母校間的交流；網(wǎng)絡(luò)的生動(dòng)性和信息量大的特點(diǎn)，可以讓吸引校友了解母校信息參與校友會(huì)活動(dòng)等。第三章是比較美國(guó)與我國(guó)利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)開(kāi)發(fā)和管理高校校友資源的現(xiàn)狀，并用中美兩國(guó)兩所大學(xué)的校友網(wǎng)案例進(jìn)行對(duì)比，總結(jié)出我國(guó)在利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行高校校友資源開(kāi)發(fā)和管理上存在的差距。第四章是對(duì)我國(guó)利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)的優(yōu)勢(shì)進(jìn)行高校校友資源開(kāi)發(fā)和管理時(shí)的建議，及對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)帶來(lái)的不利影響的應(yīng)對(duì)策略。
[Abstract]:Alumni resources are precious wealth of colleges and universities. More and more colleges and universities have realized the importance of alumni resources for the development of colleges and universities, and gradually began to develop and manage alumni resources. However, the development and management of alumni resources in China started late, and the overall level of development is still relatively backward. There are still some problems in the development and management of alumni resources. The popularization and wide application of network in colleges and universities provide a new favorable environment for the development and management of alumni resources in colleges and universities. The development and application of network not only provide new ways and methods for the development and management of alumni resources, but also improve the efficiency of alumni work. The effective development and application of network will undoubtedly bring abundant results to the development and management of alumni resources. The history of the development and management of alumni resources in colleges and universities in the United States is far more far-reaching than that in China, so it is necessary to absorb and learn from the experience of the United States to promote the development of the development and management of alumni resources in China. At the same time, we should consider the situation of our country, make full use of the advantages of the network, and take into account the challenges that the network brings to the development and management of alumni resources in colleges and universities. For example, in the context of virtual and open network, how to effectively guarantee the authenticity, validity and security of alumni information, how to use the network to carry out colorful, long-term and stable activities between alumni and the school, Strengthen the relationship between alumni and the school to achieve mutual benefit and achieve win-win goals and other issues. At present, there are few studies on the influence of the network on the alumni resources and management of colleges and universities. It is generally mentioned that the network can be developed under the background of discussing the development, utilization and management of the alumni resources in colleges and universities. There is no systematic and comprehensive analysis and research on the development and management of alumni resources under the background of network environment. Based on the analysis of the positive influence of network advantages on the development and management of alumni resources in colleges and universities, this paper compares the development and management of alumni resources between the United States and China using the network. This paper discusses how to make use of the advantages of the network to serve the development and management of alumni resources in colleges and universities, and puts forward some countermeasures for the negative influence of the network on the development and management of alumni in colleges and universities. This paper is divided into four chapters, respectively: the first chapter is to analyze the reasons for the topic, research significance and related research review. The second chapter discusses the advantages of the network how to promote the development and management of alumni resources, such as the timeliness and convenience of the network, improve the efficiency of the development and management of alumni resources, the interaction of the network, It is convenient for the exchange between alumni and alma mater, the characteristics of network activity and large amount of information, which can attract alumni to understand the information of alma mater and participate in Alumni Association activities and so on. The third chapter is to compare the current situation of the development and management of alumni resources between the United States and China using the network, and use the two universities in China and the United States to compare the case of alumni network. This paper summarizes the gap in the development and management of alumni resources in colleges and universities by using the network. The fourth chapter is about the suggestions on the development and management of alumni resources in colleges and universities by using the advantages of the network in China, and the countermeasures for the adverse effects on the network.
