【摘要】：被稱為“鼠標(biāo)一代”的90后大學(xué)生生長于改革開放成效明顯和信息飛速發(fā)展的年代,呈現(xiàn)出非常鮮明的人格特點(diǎn)。他們關(guān)注主流、容易納新、張揚(yáng)個性、敢于嘗試,但同時社會理想缺失、趨利性明顯、協(xié)作精神缺乏、抗挫力薄弱。他們這種人格特征的形成受到他們的成長環(huán)境、學(xué)校教育和家庭因素的三重影響。時代的發(fā)展、高等教育的發(fā)展和完善以及90后大學(xué)生自身成長立業(yè)的需要都呼喚培養(yǎng)他們健全的現(xiàn)代人格。 高等學(xué)校應(yīng)當(dāng)遵循以人為本、知行統(tǒng)一、整體優(yōu)化的原則,優(yōu)化德育工作,注重制度規(guī)范,依托校園文化,滲入家庭影響,倚重自我教育,深入社會實(shí)踐,努力把大學(xué)生培養(yǎng)成為即具有全面明確的自我意識、和諧融洽的人際關(guān)系、積極進(jìn)取的創(chuàng)新精神、樂觀向上的人生態(tài)度、充實(shí)豐富的知識能力和尚德守法的規(guī)范意識,即具有現(xiàn)代人格的新時代的合格人才。
[Abstract]:The post-90s college students, known as the "mouse generation", grew up in the era of obvious results of reform and opening up and rapid development of information, showing very distinct personality characteristics. They pay attention to the mainstream, easy to accept new, show personality, dare to try, but at the same time, lack of social ideal, obvious profit, lack of cooperation spirit, weak resistance to frustration. The formation of their personality is influenced by their growth environment, school education and family factors. The development of the times, the development and perfection of higher education, and the needs of post-90s college students' own growth and establishment call for the cultivation of their sound modern personality. Institutions of higher learning should follow the principles of people-oriented, unity of knowledge and action, and overall optimization, optimize moral education, pay attention to institutional norms, rely on campus culture, infiltrate family influence, rely on self-education, and go deep into social practice. To cultivate college students is to have a comprehensive and clear self-awareness, harmonious interpersonal relations, positive and enterprising spirit of innovation, optimistic and upward attitude towards life, rich knowledge and ability, and a sense of law abiding by Shang Tak. That is, with modern personality of the new era of qualified personnel.
