高校科研團隊成長影響因素及水平評價研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)今時代已經(jīng)進入到以知識經(jīng)濟為主的時代,科學(xué)技術(shù)不斷發(fā)展,知識創(chuàng)新已經(jīng)成為發(fā)展的知識經(jīng)濟的必要手段。高等學(xué)校是一個國家創(chuàng)新體系的重要組成部分,是國家科研人才培養(yǎng)和儲備基地。高校科研團隊是高?蒲畜w系中最基本的組織,在整個國家的創(chuàng)新體系中具有相當(dāng)關(guān)鍵的作用。因此探索影響高?蒲袌F隊成長水平的因素具有重要的意義。 本論文以高?蒲袌F隊為研究對象,,致力于研究高?蒲袌F隊成長水平的影響因素。首先,在經(jīng)過對國內(nèi)外有關(guān)高?蒲袌F隊相關(guān)理論的研究背景、研究視角進行了大量研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對高校科研團隊的相關(guān)概念進行界定。然后,結(jié)合我高?蒲袌F隊的具體特征剖析了其成長過程的各個因素對其成長水平的影響程度;在理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了高?蒲袌F隊成長水平的評價體系模型。在借鑒前人研究的比較成熟的調(diào)查問卷的基礎(chǔ)之上,自行設(shè)計了調(diào)查問卷并實施調(diào)查走訪工作,并對調(diào)查問卷所取得的數(shù)據(jù)進行了收集與整理,然后運用統(tǒng)計分析軟件對數(shù)據(jù)進行了合理的分析,運用因子分析法找出了影響高校科研團隊成長水平的因素。根據(jù)對數(shù)據(jù)進行分析的基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計出了針對高校科研團隊成長水平的評價體系,并運用層次分析方法,結(jié)合個案實證進行分析,根據(jù)前面的模型,對評價對象進行了定量評價,為對策建議的提出提供了一定的基礎(chǔ)。最后,結(jié)合對相關(guān)文獻材料的研究以及國內(nèi)科研團隊的現(xiàn)狀提出了幾點有利于我國高校科研團隊成長的具體的對策與建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, knowledge innovation has become the necessary means of knowledge economy development. Institutions of higher learning are an important part of a national innovation system and a base for training and reserving scientific research talents. The scientific research team is the most basic organization in the scientific research system of colleges and universities, and plays a key role in the innovation system of the whole country. Therefore, it is of great significance to explore the factors that affect the growth level of scientific research teams in colleges and universities. In this paper, the research team in colleges and universities as a research object, committed to research the factors affecting the growth level of university scientific research teams. First of all, on the basis of a lot of research on the relevant theories of research team at home and abroad, this paper defines the related concepts of scientific research team in colleges and universities. Then, combined with the specific characteristics of the scientific research team in colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the influence of various factors in the growth process on its growth level; on the basis of theoretical research, it constructs an evaluation system model of the growth level of the scientific research team in colleges and universities. On the basis of the mature questionnaire, the author designs the questionnaire and carries out the survey and visits, and collects and collates the data obtained from the questionnaire. Then we use the statistical analysis software to analyze the data reasonably, and find out the factors that affect the growth level of the scientific research team in colleges and universities by using the factor analysis method. Based on the analysis of the data, this paper designs an evaluation system for the level of scientific research team growth in colleges and universities, and uses the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method, combined with the case study, to carry out the quantitative evaluation of the evaluation object according to the previous model. It provides a certain basis for the countermeasures and suggestions. Finally, combined with the research of related documents and the present situation of domestic scientific research team, the author puts forward some concrete countermeasures and suggestions which are beneficial to the development of scientific research team in colleges and universities in China.
