【摘要】：高等師范院校本科教學(xué)是至關(guān)重要的，教學(xué)質(zhì)量的好壞不僅影響著學(xué)校的聲譽(yù)和未來(lái)發(fā)展，而且還影響著學(xué)校的招生規(guī)模和畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)情況，由于高校大規(guī)模的擴(kuò)招，使得高校的資源越發(fā)短缺，教師的發(fā)展和能力是有限的，而學(xué)生的需求也呈現(xiàn)上升趨勢(shì)，這兩種情況互相矛盾著、制約著，最終體現(xiàn)為高等院校的教學(xué)質(zhì)量不如以往，學(xué)生的質(zhì)量隨之下降，畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)壓力也越來(lái)越大。 可見(jiàn)，建立高效的高等師范教育保障體系已經(jīng)是非常重要的事情，各個(gè)學(xué)校應(yīng)該早日將此提上日程，高等師范院校教學(xué)信息反饋是高等師范院校教育質(zhì)量保障體系中的核心組成部分之一，高等師范院校教學(xué)信息反饋體系的建立也需要依據(jù)科學(xué)的高等師范教育保障體系基本理論和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，本研究首先對(duì)高等師范院校的教育質(zhì)量保障體系的分析研究，通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)研究、調(diào)查研究和質(zhì)的研究等研究方法，對(duì)影響高等師范院校本科教學(xué)質(zhì)量的因素進(jìn)行現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查和分析，通過(guò)統(tǒng)計(jì)和進(jìn)一步的分析，構(gòu)建出高等師范院校本科教學(xué)信息反饋的系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)。本研究將以沈陽(yáng)師范大學(xué)本科的教學(xué)作為研究和分析的對(duì)象，通過(guò)調(diào)查研究，建立相應(yīng)的教學(xué)信息反饋機(jī)制和教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)體系，并使用層次分析法（AHP）建構(gòu)了本科教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系，設(shè)置評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)和各個(gè)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重，作為論文核心部分，目的是為了提高沈陽(yáng)師范大學(xué)的本科教學(xué)質(zhì)量，促進(jìn)本科畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)，，緩解他們的壓力，以“評(píng)”促“教”，相互激勵(lì)，共同實(shí)現(xiàn)本科教學(xué)質(zhì)量的改革和良好發(fā)展。 如今網(wǎng)絡(luò)已經(jīng)進(jìn)入各行各業(yè)，網(wǎng)絡(luò)以其高效、便捷和豐富等優(yōu)點(diǎn)而深受人們的青睞，在許多高校都有自己的教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)、學(xué)校各類網(wǎng)站，大大節(jié)省了人力物力資源，因此，建設(shè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)化和高效的高等師范院校本科教學(xué)信息反饋平臺(tái)對(duì)學(xué)校的教學(xué)質(zhì)量改革具有很大的促進(jìn)作用，根據(jù)前面對(duì)高等師范院校本科教學(xué)信息反饋體系的研究，對(duì)此平臺(tái)進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和分析，通過(guò)相應(yīng)的工具和開(kāi)發(fā)技術(shù)來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)此平臺(tái)的功能。 高等師范院校本科教學(xué)信息反饋平臺(tái)最重要的和最能體現(xiàn)反饋價(jià)值的就是教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)，本文在前期對(duì)教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)體系進(jìn)行研究分析，并形成相應(yīng)的教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)，對(duì)后期的平臺(tái)中添加評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)權(quán)重提供理論依據(jù)，本研究是理論與實(shí)踐并重的一項(xiàng)研究，為教學(xué)質(zhì)量的保障提供了大量的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The quality of teaching not only affects the reputation and future development of the university, but also affects the enrollment scale and the employment situation of the graduates. As a result of the shortage of resources in colleges and universities, the development and ability of teachers are limited, and the demand of students is also on the rise. These two situations are contradictory and restricted, and the final manifestation is that the teaching quality of colleges and universities is not as good as before. The quality of students drops, and the pressure on graduates becomes greater. It can be seen that it is already very important to establish an efficient guarantee system for higher normal education, and all schools should put this on the agenda as soon as possible. The feedback of teaching information is one of the core components of the guarantee system of educational quality in normal colleges and universities. The establishment of teaching information feedback system in normal universities also needs to be based on the basic theories and standards of the scientific guarantee system of higher normal education. Investigation and qualitative research methods are used to investigate and analyze the current situation of the factors affecting the quality of undergraduate teaching in normal colleges and universities, and through statistics and further analysis, The system structure of undergraduate teaching information feedback in normal universities is constructed. This study will take the undergraduate teaching of Shenyang normal University as the research and analysis object, through the investigation and research, establish the corresponding teaching information feedback mechanism and teaching evaluation system. The evaluation index system of undergraduate teaching is constructed by using Analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and the evaluation index and the weight of each index are set up as the core part of the thesis, in order to improve the quality of undergraduate teaching in Shenyang normal University. To promote the employment of undergraduate graduates, to relieve their pressure, to "evaluate" to promote "teaching", to encourage each other, to jointly achieve the reform of undergraduate teaching quality and good development. Now the network has entered into various industries, the network is favored by people because of its high efficiency, convenience and richness. In many colleges and universities, it has its own educational administration management system, and all kinds of school websites have greatly saved manpower and material resources, so, The construction of a networked and efficient feedback platform for undergraduate teaching information in normal colleges and universities plays an important role in promoting the reform of teaching quality. According to the previous research on the feedback system of undergraduate teaching information in normal colleges and universities, The structure of the platform is designed and analyzed, and the function of the platform is realized by the corresponding tools and development techniques. Teaching evaluation is the most important and most effective feedback platform for undergraduate teaching information feedback in normal universities. This paper studies and analyzes the teaching evaluation system in the early stage, and forms the corresponding teaching evaluation index. This paper provides the theoretical basis for adding the weight of evaluation index to the later stage. This research is a study with equal emphasis on theory and practice, which provides a lot of reference value for the guarantee of teaching quality.
