廣西高校知識創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)自組織演化問題研究
[Abstract]:University knowledge innovation system is an open, far from equilibrium and subject to the influence of internal and external factors. When the system is in the state of self-organization and evolution, the input of external environment and the cooperation and combination of internal elements will have a great impact on the self-organization evolution of knowledge innovation system in colleges and universities. And ultimately will affect its local economic and social support and radiation intensity. At present, there are some problems in the knowledge innovation system in our country, such as insufficient self-organization evolution conditions and insufficient power. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the self-organization evolution of knowledge innovation system in colleges and universities. Based on the theory of self-organization and related methodology, this paper probes into the knowledge innovation system in colleges and universities, and analyzes in depth the elements and mechanism of self-organization evolution of knowledge innovation system in colleges and universities. It is considered that only when the input of the external environment reaches a certain threshold and the internal elements are effectively coordinated and combined, the knowledge innovation system in colleges and universities can achieve the expectation and goal of knowledge innovation. On this basis, this paper makes an empirical study on the self-organization evolution of the knowledge innovation system in Guangxi colleges and universities, and points out that the root of the problems in the self-organization evolution of the knowledge innovation system in Guangxi colleges and universities is: looking from the outside of the system, The open degree of knowledge innovation system is not enough, the input of various negative entropy flow is hindered; from the system internal, the scientific research activity lacks autonomy; the nonlinear function is not obvious; the current teaching mode is not conducive to the cultivation of innovative talents and so on. In view of the above problems, this paper puts forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions for local governments and universities, which can not only provide scientific basis for local governments to formulate relevant policies on knowledge innovation. Moreover, it can provide useful reference for colleges and universities to strengthen self-organization evolution of knowledge innovation system.
