【摘要】：近年來互聯(lián)網(wǎng)飛速發(fā)展，新的技術(shù)和應(yīng)用不斷出現(xiàn)，信息發(fā)布、傳播、獲取的方式和效率都發(fā)生了巨大變化，這種信息化變革正在改變?nèi)藗兊乃季S方式和社會關(guān)系，尤其是由此衍生出來的網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論的影響力前所未有、與日俱增。信息化趨勢已不可逆轉(zhuǎn)，主動適應(yīng)信息化趨勢是唯一正確的選擇，懂網(wǎng)、用網(wǎng)、馭網(wǎng)成為各級單位和部門必須要面對的重要課題。 如今大學(xué)生的生活、學(xué)習(xí)已經(jīng)離不開網(wǎng)絡(luò)，校園網(wǎng)絡(luò)成為師生相互交流的新渠道，也是學(xué)生認(rèn)識了解世界、展示自我的重要窗口，由此產(chǎn)生的校園網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論成為影響大學(xué)生思想政治工作、關(guān)系大學(xué)校園和諧穩(wěn)定的重要因素。因此加強大學(xué)校園網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論環(huán)境建設(shè)，占領(lǐng)網(wǎng)上宣傳思想主陣地，是一項急需解決的重要任務(wù)。 本文引言部分主要對選題背景和意義、國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀及問題、主要研究內(nèi)容和方法、技術(shù)路線和創(chuàng)新點進(jìn)行介紹。正文部分首先對網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論和大學(xué)校園網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論的相關(guān)概念和理論進(jìn)行介紹。然后介紹了大學(xué)生使用網(wǎng)絡(luò)現(xiàn)狀，對校園網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論的作用及影響進(jìn)行分析，闡述了加強大學(xué)校園網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論環(huán)境建設(shè)的意義。之后通過回顧校園網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論環(huán)境建設(shè)發(fā)展歷程以及對其現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析，找出了目前大學(xué)校園網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論建設(shè)中的問題。接下來對國內(nèi)外網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論建設(shè)經(jīng)驗進(jìn)行總結(jié)并得到一些啟示。本文最后提出建設(shè)良好大學(xué)校園網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論環(huán)境的對策，包括優(yōu)化校園網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論環(huán)境、加強校園網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論引導(dǎo)隊伍建設(shè)、提高大學(xué)生自身素質(zhì)等方面的內(nèi)容，，力求能對高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論建設(shè)工作起到一定的參考作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of the Internet, new technologies and applications have emerged, and the way and efficiency of information dissemination, dissemination and acquisition have all undergone tremendous changes. This kind of information revolution is changing people's way of thinking and social relations. In particular, the network of public opinion derived from this unprecedented influence, growing. The trend of informatization has become irreversible, and it is the only correct choice to adapt to the trend of informatization actively. Knowing the net, using the net and controlling the net has become an important subject that must be faced by all levels of units and departments. Nowadays, college students' life and learning have become inseparable from the Internet. The campus network has become a new channel for teachers and students to communicate with each other. It is also an important window for students to understand the world and show themselves. The resulting campus network public opinion has become an important factor affecting the ideological and political work of college students and the harmony and stability of the university campus. Therefore, it is an important task to strengthen the construction of public opinion environment on campus network and occupy the main position of propaganda and ideology on the Internet. The introduction of this paper mainly introduces the background and significance of the topic, the current situation and problems at home and abroad, the main research contents and methods, the technical route and innovation points. The main body part first introduces the related concepts and theories of network public opinion and university campus network public opinion. Then it introduces the current situation of college students' use of network, analyzes the function and influence of campus network public opinion, and expounds the significance of strengthening the construction of campus network public opinion environment. Then, by reviewing the development course of campus network public opinion environment construction and analyzing its present situation, this paper finds out the problems in the current campus network public opinion construction. Then it summarizes the experience of public opinion construction at home and abroad and gets some enlightenment. Finally, this paper puts forward the countermeasures of constructing a good campus network public opinion environment, including optimizing the campus network public opinion environment, strengthening the campus network public opinion leading team construction, improving the college students' own quality and so on. Strive to be able to university network public opinion construction work to play a certain reference role.
