【摘要】：闡述大學(xué)科技園創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)的內(nèi)涵,重點(diǎn)借鑒美國(guó)、英國(guó)和日本大學(xué)科技園培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)人才的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)和特點(diǎn),從樹立創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)理念和氛圍、形成大學(xué)激勵(lì)機(jī)制和政策以及開設(shè)創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)課程、建立中介服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)、構(gòu)建產(chǎn)學(xué)研時(shí)空優(yōu)勢(shì)和投融資體系創(chuàng)業(yè)環(huán)境等方面對(duì)我國(guó)大學(xué)科技園培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)人才提出建議。
[Abstract]:This paper expounds the connotation of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents in University Science and technology parks, with emphasis on the successful experience and characteristics of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents in University Science and Technology Parks of the United States, the United Kingdom and Japan, from the establishment of innovative and entrepreneurial ideas and atmosphere, the formation of University incentive mechanisms and policies, as well as the opening of innovative and entrepreneurial courses, the establishment of intermediary services, and the construction of production, teaching and research hours. Suggestions on the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in China's University Science and technology parks are put forward from the aspects of air superiority, investment and financing system and entrepreneurial environment.
