【摘要】：湖湘文化歷經(jīng)湖湘士子的不斷繼承和發(fā)揚(yáng),推陳出新,兼收并蓄,逐步形成了獨(dú)具一格的文化內(nèi)涵和地方特色。湖湘文化以治學(xué)內(nèi)修為“內(nèi)圣”之根基,推崇經(jīng)世致用、知行合一的務(wù)實(shí)學(xué)風(fēng),博采眾長(zhǎng)的開明風(fēng)格,傳道求仁、力行踐履的道德體驗(yàn)。以經(jīng)邦濟(jì)世為“外王”之準(zhǔn)繩,傳承重教興學(xué)、磨血育人的民風(fēng)傳統(tǒng),陶冶堅(jiān)忍弘毅、憂國(guó)憂民的愛國(guó)情懷,砥礪圖變求新、敢為天下先的革新精神。其所具有的意蘊(yùn)深長(zhǎng)的文化特質(zhì)和獨(dú)有魅力,能起到抬升高校思想政治教育之文化品味的功效。如何將湖湘文化的優(yōu)秀成果融化于大學(xué)生思想政治教育中,以豐富教育內(nèi)容,創(chuàng)新教育方法,實(shí)現(xiàn)教育目標(biāo),就這一論題展開研究有著不同尋常的現(xiàn)實(shí)價(jià)值。 湖湘文化蘊(yùn)涵著豐富的思想政治教育資源,這些資源多是以湖南本土存在的精神特質(zhì)和物質(zhì)實(shí)體構(gòu)成,它是看得見、聽得著、感受得到的,極具親和力,能使大學(xué)生身臨其境、體驗(yàn)其中而受到教育。同時(shí),湖湘文化與高校思想政治教育存在高度一致性,傳承和創(chuàng)新湖湘文化與高校思想政治教育在本質(zhì)上是密切聯(lián)系的,兩者都是以“育人”為根本目的。 高校大學(xué)生思想政治教育中的湖湘文化的融入研究從四個(gè)層次逐步深入進(jìn)行。第一是對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀的分析,著重研究分析了國(guó)內(nèi),抓住湖湘文化應(yīng)用于大學(xué)生思想政治教育的研究不足之處,提出本論文的研究?jī)?nèi)容、研究方法以及創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。第二是論述了湖湘文化融入高校學(xué)生思想政治教育的意義。第三是以湖南省長(zhǎng)沙市某兩所高校為例開展“湖湘文化在高校大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作中應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查”,并對(duì)湖湘文化在高校大學(xué)生思想政治教育應(yīng)用中存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行及其原因分析。第四是如何加強(qiáng)湖湘文化在湖南高校大學(xué)生思想政治教育中的應(yīng)用,從豐富湖湘文化在大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作中應(yīng)用的方法,營(yíng)造湖湘文化在在大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作中應(yīng)用的良好環(huán)境,拓展湖湘文化在大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作中應(yīng)用的載體,以及理順湖湘文化在大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作中應(yīng)用的體制等幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行綜合論述。從而在推動(dòng)新時(shí)期湖湘文化的傳承和發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)上,尋求大學(xué)生思想政治教育取得新的突破,將湖湘文化道統(tǒng)的基因融合到大學(xué)生思想政治教育中去。
[Abstract]:The culture of Huxiang has been inherited and carried forward by the Shizi of Huxiang and has gradually formed its unique cultural connotation and local characteristics. The culture of Huxiang is based on the inner sainthood, which advocates the practical style of study which is practical and practical, and adopts the enlightened style of the masses, preaching for benevolence and practicing the moral experience of practice. Take the classics as the "outside king", inherit the tradition of education and education, cultivate perseverance, worry about the country and people's patriotic feelings, and strive to change the spirit of innovation, and dare to be the first in the world. With its profound cultural characteristics and unique charm, it can promote the cultural taste of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. How to melt the outstanding achievements of Huxiang culture into the ideological and political education of college students in order to enrich the educational content, innovate the educational methods and realize the educational goal, it is of unusual practical value to carry out the research on this topic. Huxiang culture contains abundant resources of ideological and political education. Most of these resources are made up of the spiritual characteristics and material entities of Hunan's native existence. Experience it and be educated. At the same time, there is a high consistency between Huxiang culture and ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Inheriting and innovating Huxiang culture is closely related to ideological and political education in colleges and universities in essence, both of which are aimed at "educating people". The research on the integration of Huxiang culture in the ideological and political education of college students is carried out step by step from four levels. The first is the analysis of the current research situation at home and abroad, focusing on the analysis of the domestic, Huxiang culture applied to the ideological and political education of college students, put forward the research content of this paper, research methods and innovative points. The second is to discuss the significance of Huxiang culture in the ideological and political education of college students. The third is to carry out an investigation on the application of Huxiang culture in the ideological and political education of college students, taking two universities in Changsha, Hunan Province, as an example. The problems in the application of Huxiang culture in the ideological and political education of college students are analyzed. Fourth, how to strengthen the application of Huxiang culture in the ideological and political education of college students in Hunan, and how to enrich the application of Huxiang culture in the ideological and political education of college students. To create a favorable environment for the application of Huxiang culture in the ideological and political education of college students, and to expand the carrier of the application of Huxiang culture in the ideological and political education of college students. And straighten out the application system of Huxiang culture in the ideological and political education of college students. Therefore, on the basis of promoting the inheritance and development of Huxiang culture in the new period, we seek a new breakthrough in the ideological and political education of college students, and integrate the genes of the culture of Huxiang culture into the ideological and political education of college students.
