天津市屬高校本科專(zhuān)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:專(zhuān)業(yè)是高等學(xué)校重要的、最基本的教學(xué)組織單元,,是高等學(xué)校生存和發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)。專(zhuān)業(yè)設(shè)置與專(zhuān)業(yè)內(nèi)涵建設(shè)直接決定了人才培養(yǎng)的結(jié)構(gòu)與質(zhì)量,是高校辦學(xué)實(shí)力的重要體現(xiàn),是學(xué)校發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵。 當(dāng)前,我國(guó)高等教育正處在大眾化階段,而天津已進(jìn)入高等教育普及化階段。在這樣的背景下,天津高等教育如何更好地實(shí)現(xiàn)服務(wù)社會(huì)的功能,如何實(shí)現(xiàn)人才鏈、學(xué)科專(zhuān)業(yè)鏈與產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的緊密結(jié)合和有效對(duì)接,如何滿(mǎn)足濱海新區(qū)開(kāi)發(fā)開(kāi)放對(duì)人才培養(yǎng)提出的新的更高的要求,都是目前高等教育中迫切需要關(guān)注和研究的問(wèn)題。 本文以天津市屬高校本科專(zhuān)業(yè)為研究對(duì)象,從專(zhuān)業(yè)和專(zhuān)業(yè)建設(shè)的基本概念和基本理論入手,簡(jiǎn)要回顧了我國(guó)高校本科專(zhuān)業(yè)設(shè)置和發(fā)展的歷史,以及近年來(lái)天津市在本科專(zhuān)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整方面所做的工作,分析了近年天津市市屬本科高校專(zhuān)業(yè)布點(diǎn)、招生和就業(yè)狀況,以及專(zhuān)業(yè)建設(shè)與天津市支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)和主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)接情況,找出天津市高校在專(zhuān)業(yè)規(guī)劃、建設(shè)和發(fā)展中存在的主要問(wèn)題;提出專(zhuān)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的動(dòng)態(tài)三維模型,并利用層次分析法,建立相應(yīng)的指標(biāo)體系;通過(guò)有針對(duì)性的量化分析,按照各專(zhuān)業(yè)在模型中所處的不同位置,提出專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展的不同策略和路徑;最后用營(yíng)銷(xiāo)學(xué)的基本原理,提出專(zhuān)業(yè)建設(shè)和優(yōu)化的建議。 本文的主要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新之處在于:建立了三維動(dòng)態(tài)專(zhuān)業(yè)評(píng)價(jià)模型,并據(jù)此以“專(zhuān)業(yè)比較優(yōu)勢(shì)”、“專(zhuān)業(yè)建設(shè)資源配置能力”和“專(zhuān)業(yè)拓展空間”為一級(jí)指標(biāo),構(gòu)建了專(zhuān)業(yè)建設(shè)評(píng)價(jià)體系。該模型可幫助決策者針對(duì)不同學(xué)校不同專(zhuān)業(yè)的具體情況,通過(guò)定性與定量相結(jié)合的分析方法,更清晰地了解專(zhuān)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀和在模型中所處的位置,從而選擇不同的發(fā)展策略和路徑。
[Abstract]:Specialty is an important and basic unit of teaching organization in colleges and universities, and is the basis for the survival and development of institutions of higher learning. The structure and quality of talent training are directly determined by specialty setup and connotation construction. It is an important embodiment of the strength of running a university and the key to the development of a university. At present, China's higher education is in the stage of popularization, and Tianjin has entered the stage of popularization of higher education. Under this background, how to better realize the function of serving the society, how to realize the talent chain, how to combine the discipline chain with the industry chain and how to effectively connect Tianjin higher education, How to meet the new and higher requirements of the development and opening up of Binhai New area for talents training is an urgent need for attention and research in the current higher education. Based on the basic concepts and theories of specialty and specialty construction, this paper briefly reviews the history of undergraduate specialty establishment and development in colleges and universities in Tianjin. As well as the work done in recent years in the adjustment of undergraduate specialty structure in Tianjin, this paper analyzes the situation of specialty placement, enrollment and employment in Tianjin municipal undergraduate colleges and universities in recent years, as well as the connection between professional construction and the pillar industries and leading industries in Tianjin. To find out the main problems existing in the professional planning, construction and development of Tianjin universities, to put forward the dynamic three-dimensional model of professional structure optimization, and to establish the corresponding index system by using the analytic hierarchy process. According to the different positions of each major in the model, different strategies and paths of professional development are put forward, and the suggestions of specialty construction and optimization are put forward with the basic principles of marketing. The main innovation of this paper lies in the establishment of a three-dimensional dynamic professional evaluation model. According to this model, "professional comparative advantage", "professional construction resource allocation ability" and "professional expansion space" are regarded as the primary indicators. The evaluation system of professional construction is constructed. The model can help decision-makers to choose different development strategies and paths by combining qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to understand the status quo of majors and their position in the model more clearly according to the specific conditions of different majors in different schools.
