“新課改”背景下高中校長的教學管理策略

【摘要】:當前我國推行的新一輪基礎教育新課程改革是新中國建立以來改革力度最大、影響最為深遠的一次教育改革,是鄧小平同志提出的“教育要面向現(xiàn)代化,面向世界,面向未來”理論的偉大實踐,是全面貫徹科學的教育方針,全方位推進素質教育的重大戰(zhàn)略舉措。 改革的先導應該是觀念,一切先進的改革都應該是從先進的觀念生發(fā)出來的。高中新課程改革正是以其全新的管理理念,充分關注著教學管理團隊的建設,深入挖掘著教學管理者的創(chuàng)造潛能,是推動學校教學管理不斷推陳出新與和諧發(fā)展的關鍵所在。高中校長作為高中教育改革的主要領導者和具體執(zhí)行者,,有必要全面而深入地研究教學管理的新走向、新趨勢、新問題,提出科學而合理的適應“新課改”的教學管理策略。 依據(jù)“新課改”的要求,筆者在大量閱讀有關文獻的基礎上,深入分析了“新課改”對學校教學管理的影響,提出并論證了“新課改”背景下高中校長的教學管理策略:以更新教學管理理念為突破口;以重建或優(yōu)化教學管理制度為抓手;以強化教師管理為重點;以改進評價機制為保障。 “新課改”對校長的管理,尤其是教學管理提出了許多更高的要求,本文所提出的策略,仍需繼續(xù)研究與實踐。
[Abstract]:The new round of new curriculum reform of basic education in our country is the most powerful and far-reaching educational reform since the founding of New China. It is Comrade Deng Xiaoping's proposal that "Education should be oriented towards modernization and the world." The great practice of "future-oriented" theory is an important strategic measure to carry out the scientific educational policy and promote all-around quality education. The forerunner of reform should be ideas, and all advanced reforms should be born out of advanced ideas. The new curriculum reform of senior high school is precisely with its brand-new management idea, paying full attention to the construction of teaching management team, digging into the creative potential of the teaching manager deeply, and is the key to promote the school teaching management to bring forth the new and develop harmoniously. As the main leader and concrete executor of high school education reform, it is necessary for the principal of high school to study the new direction, new trend and new problems of teaching management comprehensively and deeply, and to put forward the scientific and reasonable teaching management strategy to adapt to the "new curriculum reform". According to the requirements of "New Curriculum Reform", on the basis of reading a large number of relevant documents, the author deeply analyzes the influence of "New Curriculum Reform" on school teaching management. This paper puts forward and demonstrates the teaching management strategies of high school principals under the background of "new curriculum reform": to renew the teaching management concept as the breakthrough point, to rebuild or optimize the teaching management system as the grasp, to strengthen the teacher management as the emphasis; To improve the evaluation mechanism as a guarantee. The "New Curriculum Reform" puts forward many higher requirements for the principal's management, especially for the teaching management. The strategies put forward in this paper still need to be studied and put into practice.
