【摘要】：大數(shù)據(jù)改變了人們探索世界的方式,使得高校思想政治工作者主體行為具有關(guān)注學(xué)生信息的全面性、混雜性、相關(guān)性等品質(zhì)特性。大數(shù)據(jù)也促進(jìn)了思想政治工作者主體行為能力的發(fā)展。高校思想政治工作者應(yīng)樹立大數(shù)據(jù)意識,創(chuàng)新數(shù)據(jù)收集處理的技術(shù)與方法,并將數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)化為行動、創(chuàng)新思維與工作方式,以適應(yīng)大數(shù)據(jù)時代對高校思想政治工作的新要求。
[Abstract]:Big data has changed the way people explore the world, making the main body behavior of ideological and political workers in colleges and universities have the characteristics of paying attention to the comprehensiveness, intermixture and relevance of students' information. Big data also promoted the development of ideological and political workers'subjective capacity. The ideological and political workers in colleges and universities should set up big data's consciousness, innovate the techniques and methods of data collection and processing, and transform the data into actions, and innovate their thinking and working methods in order to meet the new requirements for ideological and political work in colleges and universities in the age of big data.
