【摘要】：剛進(jìn)入大二的學(xué)習(xí),卻發(fā)現(xiàn)自己更喜歡其他的專業(yè),可是對新專業(yè)的學(xué)習(xí)又沒有足夠的信心,來尋者糾結(jié)于是否應(yīng)該轉(zhuǎn)專業(yè),對未來的發(fā)展也是一片茫然。根據(jù)職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃的信息加工理論(CIP),引導(dǎo)來詢者分別對自我、工作世界進(jìn)行探索,學(xué)會理性決策方法和目標(biāo)制定,并且努力將自己的行動力和目標(biāo)統(tǒng)一起來,最終明確自己的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃,能制定相應(yīng)的短中長期目標(biāo),使自己對未來有一個清晰地把握。同時,鼓勵其樹立生涯動態(tài)平衡的觀點(diǎn),在實踐過程中,做好靈活應(yīng)對,及時評估和調(diào)整。
[Abstract]:Just entered sophomore study, but found that they prefer other majors, but not enough confidence in the study of new majors, to find out whether they should change major, the future development is also a blank. According to the information processing theory of career planning, (CIP), guides the interrogators to explore themselves and the world of work, learn to make rational decision methods and goals, and try to unify their actions and goals. Finally, we can define our career plan, make the short-medium-term goals, so that we can have a clear understanding of the future. At the same time, we encourage them to set up the view of dynamic balance of their career, and in the process of practice, to do a good job of flexible response, timely evaluation and adjustment.
