【摘要】：對北京市新招聘的大學(xué)生社區(qū)工作者生活和工作狀況的調(diào)查分析顯示:大學(xué)生社區(qū)工作者對崗位的人際關(guān)系滿意度最高,對收入的滿意度最低;能力提升和職業(yè)前景是大學(xué)生職業(yè)選擇最看重的兩個因素。要提升大學(xué)生人力資源的利用效率,保持社區(qū)良好的人際關(guān)系環(huán)境,明確社區(qū)工作者的職責(zé),拓寬大學(xué)生社區(qū)工作者職業(yè)發(fā)展空間,強(qiáng)化培訓(xùn)工作。
[Abstract]:The investigation and analysis on the living and working conditions of the newly recruited college students' community workers in Beijing show that the college students' community workers have the highest satisfaction with their posts and the lowest on their income; Ability improvement and career prospect are the two most important factors in college students' career choice. It is necessary to improve the utilization efficiency of college students' human resources, maintain a good interpersonal environment in the community, clarify the responsibilities of community workers, broaden the career development space of college students' community workers, and strengthen the training work.
