“大德育”背景下的高校德育資源配置研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前的高校德育教育是在“大德育”背景下開展的,在此背景下,高校德育資源由原來(lái)的狹義德育資源轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)閺V義的德育資源。隨著高校德育資源內(nèi)涵的不斷擴(kuò)大,對(duì)高校德育資源內(nèi)部關(guān)系的研究也就顯得尤為重要。本文以“大德育”理論為背景,以實(shí)證研究為輔助,對(duì)高校德育資源及德育資源配置進(jìn)行研究,,主要側(cè)重點(diǎn)在于對(duì)高校德育資源的內(nèi)涵、內(nèi)部關(guān)系和德育資源配置情況的研究。 本論文以五個(gè)篇章來(lái)探討高校德育資源配置情況。第一章闡述高校德育資源的內(nèi)涵,總體上介紹我國(guó)高校德育資源研究的現(xiàn)狀;通過(guò)對(duì)比國(guó)內(nèi)外高校在德育資源開發(fā)利用上的不同,揭示外國(guó)高校德育教育實(shí)踐對(duì)我國(guó)的啟示。第二章闡述高校德育資源與高校德育工作的關(guān)系研究。通過(guò)對(duì)高校德育資源內(nèi)部關(guān)系的探索、經(jīng)歷對(duì)高校德育資源與德育工作關(guān)系的探索,研究高校德育資源各資源間的緊密聯(lián)系,把握高校德育資源的重要內(nèi)涵。第三章闡述高校德育資源配置研究的情況。從概念、原則、作用、方法與途徑四個(gè)層次了解高校德育資源配置的內(nèi)涵;從當(dāng)前高校德育資源的開發(fā)和利用情況,闡述當(dāng)前高校高校德育資源配置的情況。第四章闡述對(duì)高校德育資源優(yōu)化配置的理論思考。第五章闡述對(duì)高校德育資源優(yōu)化配置的實(shí)踐思考。
[Abstract]:The current moral education in colleges and universities is carried out under the background of "big moral education". Under this background, the resources of moral education in colleges and universities have changed from the original narrow sense resources of moral education to the broad sense of moral resources. With the expansion of the connotation of moral education resources in colleges and universities, it is particularly important to study the internal relationship of moral education resources in colleges and universities. Based on the theory of "big moral education" and the empirical research, this paper studies the moral education resources and the allocation of moral education resources in colleges and universities. The main focus is on the connotation of moral education resources in colleges and universities, the internal relations and the allocation of moral education resources. This paper discusses the allocation of moral education resources in colleges and universities in five chapters. The first chapter expounds the connotation of moral education resources in colleges and universities, introduces the present situation of moral education resources research in colleges and universities in China, and reveals the enlightenment to our country from the practice of moral education in foreign colleges and universities by comparing the differences in the development and utilization of moral education resources at home and abroad. The second chapter expounds the relationship between moral education resources and moral education in colleges and universities. Through the exploration of the internal relationship between moral education resources in colleges and universities, and through the exploration of the relationship between moral education resources and moral education work in colleges and universities, this paper studies the close relationship between the various resources of moral education resources in colleges and universities, and grasps the important connotation of moral education resources in colleges and universities. The third chapter expounds the situation of the research on the allocation of moral education resources in colleges and universities. This paper discusses the connotation of moral education resource allocation in colleges and universities from four levels of concept, principle, function, method and approach, and expounds the situation of moral education resource allocation in colleges and universities from the current situation of development and utilization of moral education resources in colleges and universities. Chapter four expounds the theoretical thinking on the optimal allocation of moral education resources in colleges and universities. The fifth chapter expounds the practical thinking on the optimal allocation of moral education resources in colleges and universities.
