【摘要】：大學(xué)生是祖國的未來和民族的希望，他們的道德水平如何直接關(guān)系著未來中國整體的道德水平和社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)事業(yè)的成敗，關(guān)系到未來中國的前途和命運。當前，隨著我國社會主義市場經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展和改革開放的逐步深化，在政治、經(jīng)濟和思想文化等領(lǐng)域都出現(xiàn)了許多新的變化，，對大學(xué)生的道德形成產(chǎn)生了一些影響。新時期加強大學(xué)生的道德建設(shè)，提高大學(xué)生的道德水平是一項重要的任務(wù)。新時期大學(xué)生道德建設(shè)的意義：大學(xué)生道德建設(shè)是高校德育的重要議題，是大學(xué)生自我完善的需要，更是社會發(fā)展進步的重要保證。道德對一個人的心理活動有很強的制約作用。它能滲透到人的內(nèi)心并內(nèi)化為人的品質(zhì)，同人的非智力因素包括動機、理想、意志、興趣、情感、信念和習(xí)慣等結(jié)合起來，形成一種內(nèi)在的力量，構(gòu)成個人學(xué)習(xí)與成才的動力機制。良好的道德品質(zhì)不僅保證大學(xué)生成才的正確方向，而且為大學(xué)生提供精神動力。新時期大學(xué)生道德缺失的表現(xiàn)及原因：從整體上來看，當前大學(xué)生道德狀況的主流是好的，是積極向上的，但不可否認也存在著一些問題，即表現(xiàn)為：有些大學(xué)生在道德境界上缺乏為人民服務(wù)的精神、在道德實踐上偏重個人享受、在道德觀念上強調(diào)個人主義、在道德理想上存在低層次的理想。造成大學(xué)生道德缺失的主要原因：社會的某些不良影響、學(xué)校教育的缺陷、家庭教育的負面影響以及大學(xué)生自身道德修養(yǎng)的缺乏。新時期大學(xué)生道德建設(shè)的內(nèi)容：立足于社會現(xiàn)實，新時期大學(xué)生道德建設(shè)的內(nèi)容應(yīng)該是：樹立崇高的社會道德理想、練就慎獨自律的道德品質(zhì)、培養(yǎng)善于溝通合作的處事之道、培育誠信守法的道德意識、形成正確的兩性愛戀的道德觀念。新時期大學(xué)生道德建設(shè)的基本路徑：加強大學(xué)生的道德教育；促進大學(xué)生的道德內(nèi)化；加強大學(xué)生道德的相關(guān)制度建設(shè)；優(yōu)化大學(xué)生道德教育環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:College students are the future of the motherland and the hope of the nation. How their moral level is directly related to the overall moral level of China in the future and the success or failure of the cause of socialist modernization, related to the future and destiny of China. At present, with the development of socialist market economy and the gradual deepening of reform and opening up, many new changes have appeared in the fields of politics, economy, ideology and culture, which have had some influence on the moral formation of college students. It is an important task to strengthen the moral construction of college students and improve their moral level in the new period. The significance of the moral construction of college students in the new period: the moral construction of college students is an important topic of moral education in colleges and universities, the needs of self-improvement of college students, and the important guarantee of social development and progress. Morality has a strong restriction on one's psychological activities. It can penetrate into the human heart and internalize the quality of the human being. It combines with human non-intelligence factors, including motive, ideal, will, interest, emotion, belief and habit, to form an internal force. Constitute the motive mechanism of individual learning and talent. Good moral quality not only ensures the correct direction of college students, but also provides spiritual power for college students. On the whole, the mainstream of college students' moral condition is good and positive, but there are also some problems. That is to say, some college students lack the spirit of serving the people in moral realm, emphasize individual enjoyment in moral practice, emphasize individualism in moral concept, and have low level ideal in moral ideal. The main reasons for the moral deficiency of college students are the negative influence of society, the defect of school education, the negative influence of family education and the lack of moral accomplishment of college students themselves. The content of the moral construction of college students in the new period: based on the social reality, the content of the moral construction of the college students in the new period should be: to establish the lofty social moral ideal, to practice the moral quality of being cautious and self-discipline, and to cultivate the way to deal with the affairs which is good at communication and cooperation. Cultivate the moral consciousness of honesty and abide by the law, and form the correct moral concept of love between the two sexes. The basic path of college students' moral construction in the new period is to strengthen the moral education of college students, to promote their moral internalization, to strengthen the related system construction of college students' morality, and to optimize the moral education environment for college students.
