【摘要】：我國高校輔導(dǎo)員制度是高等教育事業(yè)的重要組成部分,是思想政治工作順利開展的制度保障。探析高校輔導(dǎo)員制度的歷史演變過程,梳理這一制度發(fā)展的脈絡(luò)對于今后高校思想政治教育的開展具有重要意義。 本文從兩個(gè)角度對高校輔導(dǎo)員制度進(jìn)行研究探討。首先,宏觀角度下,把高校輔導(dǎo)員制度的發(fā)展分為四個(gè)階段,分別是高校輔導(dǎo)員制度的起源階段、初創(chuàng)階段、停滯階段以及發(fā)展階段,輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍建設(shè)也在這一發(fā)展過程中逐步走向了科學(xué)、規(guī)范化的道路。微觀角度下,對輔導(dǎo)員制度中關(guān)于輔導(dǎo)員的工作任務(wù)、選聘標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、考核管理以及職業(yè)發(fā)展方向幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行分析并得出啟示。在總結(jié)分析后,立足實(shí)際指出輔導(dǎo)員制度在新時(shí)期的發(fā)展機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn),根據(jù)歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn)以及現(xiàn)實(shí)實(shí)踐的情況提出有針對性的應(yīng)對策略。
[Abstract]:The system of college counselors is an important part of higher education and a guarantee for the smooth development of ideological and political work. It is of great significance for the ideological and political education in colleges and universities to explore the historical evolution of the college counselor system and to sort out the development of this system. This paper probes into the system of college counselors from two angles. First of all, from a macro perspective, the development of the college counselor system is divided into four stages, namely, the origin stage, the initial stage, the stagnation stage and the development stage of the college counselor system. In this development process, the counsellor team construction has gradually moved toward the scientific and standardized road. From the micro point of view, this paper analyzes the work tasks, selection criteria, assessment management and career development direction of counselors in the system of counselors and draws some enlightenment. After summing up and analyzing, this paper points out the opportunities and challenges of the development of the counselor system in the new period based on the reality, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures according to the historical experience and the actual practice.
