【摘要】：本研究以方便抽樣法抽取美國東部、中部和西部3所大學(xué)人力資源管理相關(guān)院系73門專業(yè)課程的內(nèi)容大綱,分析其課程分類與內(nèi)容,透視美國人力資源管理高等教育最新面貌,探討該專業(yè)從業(yè)者勝任力培養(yǎng)議題,關(guān)注出現(xiàn)的新問題和未來走向,評述美國大學(xué)的課程設(shè)置在人力資源管理專業(yè)人才勝任力培養(yǎng)中的作用與意義。
[Abstract]:In this study, the contents of 73 major courses in three universities in the eastern, central and western parts of the United States were selected by a convenient sampling method, and the classification and contents of the courses were analyzed, and the latest features of the higher education of human resources management in the United States were analyzed. This paper probes into the topic of competence training for practitioners of this major, pays attention to the new problems and future trends, and comments on the role and significance of curriculum design in the training of human resources management talents in American universities.
