江西省民辦高校的招生現狀與對策研究

【摘要】：經過改革開放30多年來的發(fā)展,我國民辦高等教育得到了快速發(fā)展,但同時,民辦高校的招生面臨著更為激烈的競爭,公辦高校的擴張與獨立學院的興起使民辦高校的招生面臨嚴峻的形勢,民辦高校均不同程度地出現了“招生難”的現象。江西民辦高校同樣也面臨“招生難”的瓶頸問題。 本研究以江西省民辦教育招生作為切入點,采取個案研究和問卷調查的方法,進行實證研究,旨在針對我省的民辦高校的招生現狀及問題,找出適合針對江西省民辦高校的招生對策,致力于找出相應的完善的解決方案。同時針對我省民辦高校招生存在的問題,本研究綜合大量的文獻和數據研究,總結出民辦高校如何進行改革和調整的對策和方法,遵循和踐行這些建議和方法,民辦高校招生才能步入和實現又好又快的發(fā)展。我國的民辦教育事業(yè),將取得另一個輝煌的起點。 民辦高校辦出自己的特色,在一定程度上滿足社會多樣化、多層次對人才的需求,培養(yǎng)一批面向基層、面向生產第一線的應用型人才,打破孤立幽閉狀態(tài),加強跨省的橫向聯系,并力爭走出國門,開展國際間的交流與合作,真正營造公開、公平、公正的競爭機制與環(huán)境,使民辦高校在生源市場更具競爭力,擁有較多較好的生源。這也是我國民辦高等教育的一個長期奮斗目標。
[Abstract]:After more than 30 years of reform and opening up, private higher education in China has been developing rapidly, but at the same time, the enrollment of private colleges and universities is facing more fierce competition. The expansion of public universities and the rise of independent colleges make the enrollment of private universities face a severe situation. Jiangxi private colleges and universities are also faced with the bottleneck of difficult enrollment. This study takes the enrollment of private education in Jiangxi Province as the starting point, adopts the method of case study and questionnaire, and carries on the empirical research, aiming at the current situation and problems of enrollment of private colleges and universities in our province. To find out the suitable enrollment strategy for private colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province, and to find out the corresponding perfect solution. At the same time, in view of the problems existing in the enrollment of private colleges and universities in our province, this study synthesizes a large number of literature and data studies, summarizes the countermeasures and methods of how to reform and adjust private colleges and universities, and follows and practices these suggestions and methods. The enrollment of private colleges and universities can enter and realize a good and fast development. China's private education, will achieve another brilliant starting point. Private colleges and universities have their own characteristics, to a certain extent, meet the diverse needs of society, multi-level demand for talents, cultivate a group of applied talents facing the grass-roots level and the front line of production, and break the isolated claustrophobia. Strengthen cross-provincial horizontal contact, and strive to go out of the country, carry out international exchanges and cooperation, truly create an open, fair and just competition mechanism and environment, so that private colleges and universities in the student market more competitive, with more better student resources. This is also a long-term goal of private higher education in China.
