大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)的實踐環(huán)境分析

【摘要】:在當(dāng)前的國際舞臺上,中國的綜合實力不斷提升,國際地位不斷提高,這與中國的人才輩出是難以分離的。大學(xué)生作為社會人才的主要儲備力量,在國家建設(shè)中的作用不言而喻,而大學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新能力,更是關(guān)系到區(qū)域能否創(chuàng)新、國家能否創(chuàng)新的關(guān)鍵。 本文是以“大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力的實踐環(huán)境分析”為題。首先,介紹了本論文的研究背景,闡述了在當(dāng)今社會競爭中,大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)的實踐環(huán)境的研究是至關(guān)重要的。然后,本文從創(chuàng)新能力的概念和創(chuàng)新理論的提出與發(fā)展入手,界定了大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力的涵義,探討了實踐環(huán)境的內(nèi)涵,分析了當(dāng)今我國大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力的現(xiàn)狀及成因,指出大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力是大學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)理論知識的基礎(chǔ)上,通過對自身能力的培養(yǎng)和提高,而逐漸擁有的對新事物的見解和研究解決新事物的能力。闡述了大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)模式理論,分析了大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力形成于實踐環(huán)境的作用機理。再次,從校外實踐環(huán)境和校園實踐環(huán)境兩個方面分析了大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力的實踐環(huán)境,將校外實踐環(huán)境分成政治因素、經(jīng)濟因素、社會文化因素、科技因素四部分,將校園實踐環(huán)境分成校園物質(zhì)環(huán)境和校園人文環(huán)境兩部分進行了探討。最后,在對當(dāng)今大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)的實踐環(huán)境進行的上述分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了一系列針對性的建議對策,以促進實踐環(huán)境的改善,,保障大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力的不斷提高。
[Abstract]:On the current international stage, China's comprehensive strength and international status are constantly improving, which is inseparable from the emergence of a large number of talented people in China. As the main reserve force of social talents, college students play a self-evident role in national construction, and the innovation ability of college students is the key to regional innovation and national innovation. This paper focuses on the practical environment analysis of college students'innovation ability. Firstly, the research background of this paper is introduced, and the research on the practical environment of the cultivation of college students' innovative ability is very important in the present social competition. Then, starting with the concept of innovation ability and the development of innovation theory, this paper defines the meaning of college students' innovation ability, probes into the connotation of practice environment, and analyzes the present situation and causes of college students' innovation ability in our country. It is pointed out that the innovative ability of college students is the ability to develop and improve their own ability on the basis of learning theoretical knowledge, and gradually possess the view of new things and the ability to study and solve new things. This paper expounds the theory of cultivating the innovative ability of college students, and analyzes on the mechanism of the formation of the innovative ability of college students in the practical environment. Thirdly, the paper analyzes the practice environment of college students' innovation ability from two aspects: the outside practice environment and the campus practice environment. The practice environment is divided into four parts: political factor, economic factor, social and cultural factor, and scientific and technological factor. The campus practical environment is divided into two parts: campus material environment and campus humanistic environment. Finally, on the basis of the above analysis on the practical environment of cultivating college students' innovative ability, this paper puts forward a series of targeted countermeasures to promote the improvement of the practical environment and to ensure the continuous improvement of college students' innovative ability.
