【摘要】：大學(xué)文化是維系一所大學(xué)與時(shí)代同行的思想體系和工作體系,綜合反映大學(xué)的歷史積淀與現(xiàn)實(shí)訴求,是大學(xué)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要標(biāo)識(shí),也是推進(jìn)大學(xué)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的關(guān)鍵力量。20世紀(jì)末期,隨著高等教育界對(duì)全球化影響的關(guān)注和討論,大學(xué)文化也不可阻擋地卷入其中。全球經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、文化等因素逐漸成為我國(guó)大學(xué)文化建設(shè)的背景和動(dòng)力,也使我國(guó)大學(xué)文化表現(xiàn)出趨同的發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)。作為社會(huì)文化體系中的亞文化,大學(xué)文化根植特定國(guó)家、地區(qū),繼承并發(fā)揚(yáng)民族優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化,存在顯著的地方性差異。“全球地方化”范式增加了“全球同質(zhì)化”與“地方異質(zhì)化”的互融,是全球化進(jìn)程中實(shí)現(xiàn)大學(xué)文化特色建設(shè)的新視角。 本研究借助“全球地方化”范式的研究視角,以我國(guó)大學(xué)文化建設(shè)為研究對(duì)象,以全球化進(jìn)程為研究背景,采用文獻(xiàn)法、歷史法、比較法,試圖從高等教育學(xué)、文化學(xué)、管理學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)等多學(xué)科角度,探索全球化進(jìn)程中加強(qiáng)我國(guó)大學(xué)文化建設(shè)的有效途徑。首先通過(guò)學(xué)理研究,認(rèn)識(shí)到“普遍性的特殊化”和“特殊性的普遍化”是全球化發(fā)展的主要?jiǎng)恿?我國(guó)大學(xué)文化是在我國(guó)大學(xué)長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展過(guò)程中形成的精神成果與物質(zhì)成果總和。然后通過(guò)歷程研究,縱橫分析我國(guó)大學(xué)文化歷史演變與現(xiàn)狀特點(diǎn),并基于此,在問(wèn)題研究中提出全球性因素、地方性因素與大學(xué)文化內(nèi)在邏輯因素形成的互動(dòng)合力是全球化進(jìn)程中推進(jìn)大學(xué)文化發(fā)展的動(dòng)力機(jī)制。最后對(duì)這一動(dòng)力機(jī)制當(dāng)前存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行對(duì)策研究,重構(gòu)全球——地方關(guān)系,提出明確地方性因素在我國(guó)大學(xué)文化建設(shè)中的核心地位、根據(jù)“大學(xué)文化全球場(chǎng)域”構(gòu)建和諧大學(xué)文化、提升并踐行大學(xué)文化自覺(jué)、以及加強(qiáng)大學(xué)網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化建設(shè)的相關(guān)對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:The university culture is the thought system and work system which maintains a university and the time colleague, synthetically reflects the historical accumulation and the realistic demand of the university, is the important symbol of the university core competitive power. It is also the key force to promote the modernization of universities. In the end of the 20th century, with the concern and discussion of the impact of globalization in higher education circles, university culture is irresistibly involved in it. The global economy, politics, culture and other factors have gradually become the background and motive force of the university culture construction in our country, and also make the university culture of our country show the development trend of convergence. As the subculture in the social culture system, the university culture is rooted in the specific countries and regions, inherits and develops the national excellent traditional culture, there are obvious local differences. The "global localization" paradigm increases the mutual integration of "global homogeneity" and "local heterogeneity", and is a new perspective to realize the construction of university cultural characteristics in the process of globalization. From the perspective of "global localization" paradigm, this study takes the university culture construction in China as the research object, takes the globalization process as the research background, adopts the literature method, the historical law, the comparative method, attempts from the higher education science, the culture science, From the perspectives of management and sociology, this paper explores the effective ways to strengthen the construction of university culture in the process of globalization. First of all, through theoretical research, it is recognized that "universality of specialization" and "universality of particularity" are the main driving forces of the development of globalization, and that university culture in China is the sum total of spiritual and material achievements formed in the long-term development of Chinese universities. Then, through the historical research, the author analyzes the historical evolution and current situation of university culture in China, and based on this, puts forward the global factors in the research of the problem. The interaction between local factors and internal logical factors of university culture is the motive mechanism to promote the development of university culture in the process of globalization. Finally, this paper studies the existing problems of this dynamic mechanism, reconstructs the global-local relationship, and points out the core position of local factors in the construction of university culture in China. According to the "global field of university culture", this paper constructs harmonious university culture, promotes and practices the consciousness of university culture, and puts into practice the relevant countermeasures of strengthening the construction of university network culture.
