人力資本與社會資本對大學生就業(yè)質量的影響—專業(yè)差異的視角

【摘要】:大學生就業(yè)是涉及國家民生根本的重要議題。但是高校擴招、金融危機相繼引發(fā)了大學生社會供需比例失衡,大學教育與社會需求的脫節(jié)進一步導致了大學生就業(yè)競爭力下降,在就業(yè)形勢嚴峻的大背景下,“官二代”、“富二代”等事件引發(fā)了大學生就業(yè)“拼爹”還是“拼才”的網絡大討論;诖耍狙芯繃L試以華中科技大學2012屆大學畢業(yè)生為調查對象,從專業(yè)差異的權變視角,以實證數(shù)據(jù)研究該校大學生人力資本與社會資本對就業(yè)質量的影響及其原因。 本文共分為六個章節(jié):第一章為緒論,闡述了研究的背景、意義、目的及結構安排。第二章為文獻回顧,對人力資本、社會資本及其對就業(yè)質量影響的相關文獻進行了梳理。第三章為研究假設與理論模型,提出了研究的理論模型,并從人力資本、社會資本對就業(yè)質量的影響及專業(yè)差異的調節(jié)作用等三個方面提出了本文的研究假設。第四章為問卷設計與數(shù)據(jù)獲取,闡述了包括調查問卷的設計流程、框架、修改、變量的測量等。第五章為數(shù)據(jù)分析與假設檢驗,闡述了數(shù)據(jù)分析的結論,通過對該校17個學院共計325名大學生的就業(yè)情況分析發(fā)現(xiàn),在學校層級及學歷背景相同的325名本科畢業(yè)生中:(1)大學生人力資本差異對就業(yè)質量無顯著影響。(2)大學生基于家庭的社會資本對就業(yè)質量有正向的顯著影響;基于學校的社會資本對就業(yè)質量沒有正向顯著影響。(3)大學生的社會資本比人力資本對就業(yè)質量有更顯著的正相關。(4)專業(yè)供需比與大學生人力資本有交互作用,,在專業(yè)供需比越大的情況下,就業(yè)競爭越激烈,大學生人力資本顯著正向影響其就業(yè)質量。(5)專業(yè)供需比對大學生基于家庭的社會資本與就業(yè)質量的關系沒有調節(jié)作用,但顯著加強了大學生基于學校的社會資本對就業(yè)質量的正向影響。(6)專業(yè)社會化程度對大學生人力資本及基于家庭的社會資本與就業(yè)質量的關系沒有調節(jié)作用,但顯著加強了大學生基于學校的社會資本對就業(yè)質量的正向影響。最后一章為總結與展望?偨Y了研究的結論,分析了研究的理論貢獻和實踐建議,并闡述了研究的不足和展望。
[Abstract]:The employment of college students is an important issue concerning the national livelihood. However, the expansion of university enrollment and the financial crisis have led to the imbalance of the social supply and demand ratio of college students one after another. The disconnection between university education and social demand has further led to a decline in the employment competitiveness of college students. Under the background of the severe employment situation, the "official and second generation" Events such as the second generation of wealth have led to an online debate about whether to fight for a father or a talent for college students' employment. Based on this, this study attempts to investigate the effects of human capital and social capital on the employment quality of the college students from the perspective of contingency of professional differences, taking the graduates of Huazhong University of Science and Technology (Huazhong University of Science and Technology) as the research objects, and the reasons for the impact of human and social capital on the quality of employment. This paper is divided into six chapters: the first chapter is an introduction, describing the background, significance, purpose and structure of the research. The second chapter reviews the literature on human capital, social capital and its impact on employment quality. The third chapter is the research hypothesis and theoretical model, and puts forward the research hypothesis from three aspects: human capital, the influence of social capital on employment quality and the adjustment of professional difference. The fourth chapter is questionnaire design and data acquisition, including the questionnaire design process, framework, modification, variables measurement and so on. The fifth chapter is the data analysis and hypothesis test, elaborated the conclusion of the data analysis, through the analysis of the employment situation of 325 college students in 17 colleges of this school. Among 325 undergraduate graduates with the same school level and educational background: (1) the difference of college students' human capital has no significant influence on the quality of employment; (2) the social capital based on family has a positive and significant effect on the quality of employment; Social capital based on school has no significant positive effect on employment quality. (3) Social capital of college students has more significant positive correlation with employment quality than human capital. (4) the ratio of supply and demand of major has interaction with human capital of college students. When the ratio of professional supply to demand is greater, the competition for employment is more intense, and the human capital of college students has a significant positive effect on the quality of employment. (5) the ratio of professional supply and demand has no regulating effect on the relationship between social capital and employment quality of college students based on family. But it significantly strengthened the positive influence of college students' social capital based on school on the quality of employment. (6) the degree of professional socialization has no regulative effect on the relationship between college students' human capital and family-based social capital and employment quality. But it strengthens the positive influence of college students'social capital based on school on the quality of employment. The last chapter is the summary and prospect. The conclusions of the study are summarized, the theoretical contributions and practical suggestions are analyzed, and the shortcomings and prospects of the research are expounded.
