【摘要】：大學(xué)的聲譽主要依賴于其培養(yǎng)人才的能力,而大學(xué)人才培養(yǎng)的能力在很大程度上則由其教師的教學(xué)水平所決定。因此準確評估教師的教學(xué)水平,幫助教師提升教學(xué)能力就成了大學(xué)師資和教學(xué)管理的核心工作,這對大學(xué)的發(fā)展有著舉足輕重的作用。本文主要研究了高校教師教學(xué)水平綜合評價的理論,并依據(jù)研究成果設(shè)計了一套行之有效的教師教學(xué)水平綜合評價方法。 本文首先從進行本研究的必要性出發(fā),探討了對高校教師教學(xué)水平進行綜合評價的意義和作用,通過文獻檢索的方法研究了有關(guān)綜合評價的理論基礎(chǔ)及發(fā)展情況,并討論了將綜合評價方法應(yīng)用到教師教學(xué)水平評價中來的可行性。文章綜合分析了當前國內(nèi)外教育界對高校教師教學(xué)水平綜合評價的研究狀況,分析其他同類研究和實踐中存在的問題,將對教師教學(xué)水平的綜合評價分拆成綜合評價方法評價指標構(gòu)建和綜合評價方法確立兩部分進行理論探討和研究,明確了對高校教師教學(xué)水平進行綜合評價的實踐中應(yīng)注意的問題,確立了綜合評價應(yīng)堅持的原則,包括綜合評價指標體系建立的原則和綜合評價方法選擇和實施的原則。 其次介紹了高校教師教學(xué)水平綜合評價的綜合評價理論和評價模型,詳細闡述了本研究中采用的數(shù)學(xué)工具以及其在本研究中的應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ),是對本研究所采用的綜合評價方法的一般性研究和論述。隨后將綜合評價的研究進行匯總,把綜合評價方法的一般性理論跟高校教師教學(xué)工作的實際情況相結(jié)合,確立了高校教師教學(xué)水平綜合評價的指標體系和評價內(nèi)容,利用層次分析法建立了教師教學(xué)水平綜合評價的模型體系,并對評價標準進行了詳細解釋。 最后對本研究在高校教師教學(xué)水平綜合評價實踐中的應(yīng)用情況進行了介紹,對高校教師教學(xué)水平綜合評價的前景進行了展望。
[Abstract]:The reputation of a university mainly depends on its ability to train talents, while the ability of cultivating talents is largely determined by the teaching level of its teachers. Therefore, accurately evaluating teachers' teaching level and helping teachers to improve their teaching ability become the core work of university teachers and teaching management, which plays an important role in the development of universities. This paper mainly studies the theory of comprehensive evaluation of teachers' teaching level in colleges and universities, and designs a set of effective comprehensive evaluation methods of teachers' teaching level according to the research results. Based on the necessity of this study, this paper discusses the significance and function of comprehensive evaluation of teachers' teaching level in colleges and universities, and studies the theoretical basis and development of comprehensive evaluation through the method of literature retrieval. The feasibility of applying the comprehensive evaluation method to the evaluation of teachers' teaching level is also discussed. This paper comprehensively analyzes the current situation of the research on the comprehensive evaluation of the teaching level of university teachers at home and abroad, and analyzes the problems existing in other similar researches and practices. The comprehensive evaluation of teachers' teaching level is divided into two parts: the construction of comprehensive evaluation index and the establishment of comprehensive evaluation method. This paper clarifies the problems that should be paid attention to in the practice of comprehensive evaluation of college teachers' teaching level, and establishes the principles that should be adhered to in the comprehensive evaluation, including the establishment of comprehensive evaluation index system and the selection and implementation of comprehensive evaluation methods. Secondly, it introduces the comprehensive evaluation theory and evaluation model of college teachers' teaching level, and expounds in detail the mathematical tools used in this study and its application basis in this study. It is a general research and discussion on the comprehensive evaluation method used in this study. Then the research on comprehensive evaluation is summarized and the general theory of comprehensive evaluation method is combined with the actual situation of college teachers' teaching work, and the index system and evaluation content of comprehensive evaluation of college teachers' teaching level are established. The comprehensive evaluation model system of teachers' teaching level is established by AHP, and the evaluation standard is explained in detail. Finally, this paper introduces the application of this research in the practice of comprehensive evaluation of college teachers' teaching level, and looks forward to the prospect of comprehensive evaluation of college teachers' teaching level.
