高校思想政治教育視角下的社團(tuán)建設(shè)研究

【摘要】:二十世紀(jì)九十年代,以大學(xué)生社團(tuán)為載體開展思想政治教育開始成為熱門研究課題。大學(xué)生社團(tuán)的組織形式、活動(dòng)內(nèi)容非常符合其個(gè)性特點(diǎn)和成長需要,但傳統(tǒng)的社團(tuán)建設(shè)思路把社團(tuán)作為單純的大學(xué)生校園文化活動(dòng)的一種形式,嚴(yán)重限制了社團(tuán)思想政治教育功能的發(fā)揮;同時(shí),社團(tuán)建設(shè)機(jī)制缺少長期性與深度,管理者或?qū)ι鐖F(tuán)控制過多,使社團(tuán)成為了單純的教育工具,喪失了主動(dòng)性;或?qū)ι鐖F(tuán)放手不管,視之為學(xué)生自娛自樂的玩具,缺少扶持,導(dǎo)致社團(tuán)生存能力極差,水平難以提高。歐美國家雖沒有明確的“思想政治教育”的概念,但在類似的公民教育、社會(huì)教育、政治教育和道德教育中,社團(tuán)都發(fā)揮了重要的作用。社團(tuán)既是大學(xué)生活的重要內(nèi)容,又是開展素質(zhì)教育的重要手段,社團(tuán)文化也是校園文化的主流。我國高校的部分社團(tuán)也具備了類似的特點(diǎn),充分證明只要對(duì)社團(tuán)進(jìn)行合理定位和科學(xué)的建設(shè),社團(tuán)完全有能力成為思想政治教育的有力武器。本文從社團(tuán)建設(shè)的角度出發(fā),結(jié)合大學(xué)思想政治教育的內(nèi)容和要求,對(duì)以社團(tuán)為載體開展思想政治教育進(jìn)行研究。從社團(tuán)的類型和特點(diǎn)出發(fā),在四個(gè)方面對(duì)社團(tuán)的思想政治教育功能進(jìn)行分析,并對(duì)制約因素進(jìn)行了歸納與分析,重點(diǎn)從社團(tuán)建設(shè)的理念和方法上進(jìn)行了研究。并結(jié)合國外大學(xué)社團(tuán)建設(shè)的經(jīng)驗(yàn),,期望提出符合我國思想政治教育要求和實(shí)際情況的社團(tuán)建設(shè)模式。 第一章給出了大學(xué)生社團(tuán)的定義和社團(tuán)建設(shè)的內(nèi)容,對(duì)社團(tuán)進(jìn)行了分類,并對(duì)我國高校社團(tuán)和歐美國家大學(xué)社團(tuán)的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了對(duì)比;第二章根據(jù)筆者對(duì)大學(xué)生思想政治教育的內(nèi)容和目的的理解,結(jié)合社團(tuán)的特點(diǎn)分析了社團(tuán)的思想政治教育功能;第三章分別從社團(tuán)建設(shè)的環(huán)境因素和社團(tuán)自身缺陷分析了制約社團(tuán)思想政治教育功能發(fā)揮的因素;第四章根據(jù)大學(xué)生思想政治教育的內(nèi)容和要求,以社團(tuán)建設(shè)為手段提出了發(fā)揮社團(tuán)思想政治教育功能的具體措施,對(duì)社團(tuán)的構(gòu)建理念、活動(dòng)組織與指導(dǎo)、文化建設(shè)和所需環(huán)境支持因素進(jìn)行了論述,提出了立足社會(huì)的要求和學(xué)生的需要組建社團(tuán)的思路、社團(tuán)建設(shè)空間的拓展、以建設(shè)社團(tuán)的思路建設(shè)校辦學(xué)生團(tuán)體、以青年志愿者協(xié)會(huì)為重點(diǎn)的社團(tuán)建設(shè)新思路等觀點(diǎn),最后以美國大學(xué)社團(tuán)為例介紹了歐美發(fā)達(dá)國家的社團(tuán)建設(shè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:In the 1990 s, ideological and political education based on college students' associations became a hot research topic. The form of organization and the content of activities of college students' associations are very suitable for their individual characteristics and growth needs. But the traditional way of community construction regards the community as a form of simple campus cultural activities of college students. At the same time, the lack of long-term and depth of the community construction mechanism, too much control over the community managers or managers, so that the community has become a simple educational tool, lost the initiative; Or let go of the community, regard it as a toy for students to amuse themselves, lack of support, resulting in very poor survival ability of the community, difficult to improve the level. Although there is no clear concept of "ideological and political education" in Europe and America, associations play an important role in similar civic, social, political and moral education. Community is not only an important content of college life, but also an important means to carry out quality education. Community culture is also the mainstream of campus culture. Some associations in colleges and universities in our country also have similar characteristics. It is fully proved that as long as the societies are rationally located and scientifically constructed, the societies are fully capable of becoming a powerful weapon for ideological and political education. From the angle of community construction and combining with the contents and requirements of ideological and political education in universities, this paper studies the ideological and political education carried out by associations. Starting from the types and characteristics of the community, this paper analyzes the ideological and political education function of the association in four aspects, summarizes and analyzes the restrictive factors, and studies the concept and method of the construction of the association. Combined with the experience of university association construction in foreign countries, the author expects to put forward the mode of association construction which accords with the requirement of ideological and political education and the actual situation of our country. The first chapter gives the definition of college students' associations and the contents of their construction, classifies the associations, and compares the characteristics of the university associations in our country with those in Europe and the United States. The second chapter analyzes the function of ideological and political education according to the author's understanding of the content and purpose of college students' ideological and political education and the characteristics of the community. The third chapter analyzes the factors that restrict the function of ideological and political education from the environmental factors of association construction and the defects of the association itself, the fourth chapter according to the content and requirements of ideological and political education of college students. This paper puts forward some concrete measures to give play to the function of the ideological and political education of the association by means of the construction of the association, and discusses the construction idea, the organization and the guidance of the activities, the cultural construction and the necessary environmental support factors of the association. This paper puts forward the ideas of establishing associations based on the requirements of society and the needs of students, expanding the space for the construction of associations, building new ideas of building student groups with the idea of building associations, and building new ideas of building associations with emphasis on youth volunteer associations, and so on. Finally, taking American university community as an example, the paper introduces the experience of association construction in developed countries in Europe and America.
