工科院校大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)研究

【摘要】:隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的進(jìn)步和知識經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,,我國產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和企業(yè)改革步伐越來越快,高科技產(chǎn)業(yè)和新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的大力發(fā)展對創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)型人才的培養(yǎng)提出更高要求,工科院校大學(xué)生作為未來的社會建設(shè)者,在建設(shè)創(chuàng)新型國家的過程中承擔(dān)著不可推卸的責(zé)任。研究工科院校大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力素質(zhì)的構(gòu)成要素及影響因素,探索創(chuàng)新培養(yǎng)模式對高校開展創(chuàng)業(yè)教育具有重要的意義。 本文研究在工科院校的背景下,大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的對策,首先對創(chuàng)業(yè)、創(chuàng)業(yè)教育、創(chuàng)業(yè)能力素質(zhì)的理論進(jìn)行研究,確定研究內(nèi)容和范圍,然后運(yùn)用層次分析法構(gòu)建工科院校大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力素質(zhì)綜合模型,提出了工科院校大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的新模式,最后根據(jù)個(gè)人、家庭、高校、社會、政府五個(gè)方面影響因素分析結(jié)果并結(jié)合合肥工業(yè)大學(xué)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的經(jīng)驗(yàn),對工科院校大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)提出建議和對策。 全文共分為六個(gè)部分。 第一章為緒論。主要介紹本文的研究背景、研究意義、國內(nèi)外創(chuàng)業(yè)能力素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的研究現(xiàn)狀、主要研究內(nèi)容以及擬采用的研究方法。 第二章為創(chuàng)業(yè)理論及相關(guān)模型綜述。首先對創(chuàng)業(yè)、創(chuàng)業(yè)教育和創(chuàng)業(yè)能力素質(zhì)的概念進(jìn)行研究分析,然后總結(jié)了工科院校大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)的特點(diǎn),最后對本文研究所借鑒的幾個(gè)理論模型進(jìn)行了研究分析。 第三章為模型構(gòu)建。通過文獻(xiàn)綜述和歸納總結(jié)的方法確定模型構(gòu)成要素,初步構(gòu)建模型,然后運(yùn)用層次分析法對模型要素的權(quán)重進(jìn)行計(jì)算分析,對模型進(jìn)行修正,最后對工科院校大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力素質(zhì)綜合模型進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。 第四章為工科院校大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力素質(zhì)新模式及影響因素分析。研究分析個(gè)人、高校、家庭、社會、政府五個(gè)方面對創(chuàng)業(yè)能力素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的影響作用,并提出了存在的問題。 第五章為工科院校大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的對策。結(jié)合合肥工業(yè)大學(xué)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)提出了工科院校大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的對策。 第六章為結(jié)論與展望。
[Abstract]:With the progress of science and technology and the development of knowledge economy, the pace of industrial structure adjustment and enterprise reform in China is getting faster and faster. As the future social constructors, engineering college students bear the unshirkable responsibility in the process of building an innovative country. It is of great significance to study the constituent elements and influencing factors of entrepreneurial ability quality of college students in engineering colleges and to explore the innovative training mode for the development of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. In this paper, under the background of engineering colleges, the countermeasures of cultivating college students' entrepreneurial ability quality are studied. Firstly, the theory of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial ability quality is studied, and the content and scope of the research are determined. Then the comprehensive model of entrepreneurial ability quality of engineering college students is constructed by AHP, and a new model of entrepreneurial ability quality training for engineering college students is put forward. Finally, according to individual, family, university and society, Based on the analysis of the five influencing factors of the government and the experience of cultivating the entrepreneurial ability of Hefei industrial college students, the author puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for the cultivation of the entrepreneurial ability quality of the engineering college students. The full text is divided into six parts. The first chapter is the introduction. This paper mainly introduces the research background, research significance, domestic and foreign entrepreneurial ability quality training research status, the main research content and the research methods to be adopted. The second chapter is an overview of entrepreneurship theory and related models. Firstly, the concepts of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial ability quality are studied and analyzed, then the characteristics of entrepreneurship among college students in engineering colleges are summarized. Finally, several theoretical models used for reference in this paper are studied and analyzed. The third chapter is model building. Through the methods of literature review and summary, the model elements are determined, and the model is preliminarily constructed. Then the weight of the model elements is calculated and analyzed by analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and the model is revised. Finally, the comprehensive model of entrepreneurial ability quality of engineering college students is verified. The fourth chapter analyzes the new mode and influencing factors of entrepreneurial ability quality of engineering college students. This paper analyzes the influence of individual, college, family, society and government on the cultivation of entrepreneurial ability and puts forward the existing problems. The fifth chapter is the countermeasures to cultivate the entrepreneurial ability of engineering college students. Combined with the experience of cultivating the entrepreneurial ability quality of Hefei industrial college students, the author puts forward the countermeasures of cultivating the entrepreneurial ability quality of engineering college students. Chapter six is the conclusion and prospect.
