西南民族地區(qū)師范生多元文化素養(yǎng)培育策略研究

【摘要】:本研究從多元文化的角度出發(fā),堅(jiān)持促進(jìn)多元文化教育發(fā)展,提升民族教育水平,實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)公平與正義這一根本理念,以教師作為多元文化教育實(shí)施的關(guān)鍵因素進(jìn)行分析,探究教師多元文化素養(yǎng)的基本結(jié)構(gòu),闡明多元文化背景下教師的真正歷史使命,構(gòu)想教師教育發(fā)展之路。西南地區(qū)是少數(shù)民族聚居地,有著歷史悠久的民族文化和人文特色,具有典型的多元文化特征,這些特點(diǎn)決定了西南地區(qū)具有一定的代表性,需要大力發(fā)展其多元文化教育,以促進(jìn)民族文化的傳承與發(fā)展。本研究正是基于這樣一些緣由,以西南民族地區(qū)為研究點(diǎn),對(duì)師范生的多元文化素養(yǎng)及培育問題進(jìn)行了研究。本研究的主要內(nèi)容及觀點(diǎn)如下: 本論文的研究內(nèi)容主要是,根據(jù)對(duì)多元文化背景下教師所應(yīng)具備的素養(yǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)的分析,結(jié)合對(duì)重慶、貴州、云南、四川地區(qū)的師范生多元文化素養(yǎng)培育的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)師范生存在的不足,探索出多元文化教師教育的有效途徑及措施。 第一部分為“理論探討:教師多元文化素養(yǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)分析”,這部分的主要內(nèi)容是對(duì)多元文化教師所應(yīng)該具備的素養(yǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了全面細(xì)致的分析,主要從三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行闡述:1.多元文化相關(guān)知識(shí)是教師實(shí)施多元文化教育的基礎(chǔ)。2.多元文化的情感、態(tài)度、價(jià)值觀是教師實(shí)施多元文化教育的關(guān)鍵。3.多元文化教育能力是教師實(shí)施多元文化教育的有力保障。 第二部分為“現(xiàn)實(shí)遭遇:西南民族地區(qū)師范生多元文化素養(yǎng)及培育的現(xiàn)狀分析”,通過對(duì)西南重慶、貴州、云南、四川等地區(qū)的師范生多元文化素養(yǎng)及培育的現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查,發(fā)現(xiàn)在關(guān)于西南民族地區(qū)師范生多元文化素養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀中,學(xué)生對(duì)多元文化教育相關(guān)知識(shí)持較高認(rèn)同態(tài)度,對(duì)民族文化知識(shí)的極大興趣卻疏于了解的尷尬,對(duì)多元文化教育技能的認(rèn)同度較低,多元文化技能不完善,師范生對(duì)于多元文化教育理念的認(rèn)同并具備一定的多元文化情感、價(jià)值觀。在高師院校中多元文化教師培育的現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查中發(fā)現(xiàn),課程設(shè)置中缺乏對(duì)多元文化的關(guān)照,高師院校教師多元文化素養(yǎng)不充分,高師院校實(shí)習(xí)安排中存在諸多不合理因素,師范生對(duì)多元文化方面培訓(xùn)的認(rèn)同態(tài)度。 第三部分為“實(shí)施策略:促進(jìn)師范生多元文化素養(yǎng)提高的有效路徑”,根據(jù)理論的分析與現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查,構(gòu)想出促進(jìn)師范生多元文化素養(yǎng)提高的有效路徑。主要包括以下幾個(gè)方面:高師院校多元文化課程構(gòu)建,多樣化與合理化的實(shí)習(xí)過程,多元文化校園環(huán)境建設(shè),提高高師院校教師的多元文化素養(yǎng),以及制度、物質(zhì)、專業(yè)支撐方面保障系統(tǒng)建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of multiculturalism, this study insists on promoting the development of multicultural education, improving the level of national education, realizing the social equity and justice, and taking teachers as the key factors in the implementation of multicultural education. This paper probes into the basic structure of teachers' multicultural accomplishment, clarifies the real historical mission of teachers under the multicultural background, and conceive the way of teachers' education development. The southwest region is inhabited by ethnic minorities, has a long history of national culture and humanistic characteristics, and has typical multicultural characteristics. These characteristics determine that the southwest region has a certain degree of representativeness, so it is necessary to vigorously develop its multicultural education. In order to promote the inheritance and development of national culture. Based on these reasons, this paper studies the multiculturalism and cultivation of normal students in southwest minority areas. The main contents and viewpoints of this study are as follows: the main contents of this thesis are: according to the analysis of the literacy structure of teachers under the multicultural background, combined with Chongqing, Guizhou, Yunnan, Based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the cultivation of multiculturalism literacy of normal students in Sichuan area, the author finds out the deficiency of the normal students, and explores the effective ways and measures of multicultural teacher education. The first part is "theoretical discussion: analysis of teachers' multicultural literacy structure", the main content of this part is to carry out a comprehensive and detailed analysis of the literacy structure of multicultural teachers, mainly from three aspects: 1. Multiculturalism related knowledge is the basis for teachers to carry out multicultural education. Multi-cultural emotion, attitude and values are the key for teachers to carry out multicultural education. The ability of multicultural education is an effective guarantee for teachers to carry out multicultural education. The second part is "realistic encounter: analysis of the present situation of normal students' multicultural literacy and cultivation in southwest ethnic minority areas", through the investigation of the status quo of normal students' multicultural literacy and cultivation in Southwest Chongqing, Guizhou, Yunnan, Sichuan, etc. It is found that in the present situation of multiculturalism literacy of normal students in southwest ethnic areas, students hold a relatively high attitude towards multicultural education related knowledge, and are embarrassed by their great interest in national cultural knowledge but neglect of understanding. The degree of recognition of multicultural education skills is low, the multicultural skills are not perfect, and teachers' students identify with the concept of multicultural education and have certain multicultural feelings and values. In the investigation of the status quo of multicultural teacher cultivation in normal universities, it is found that the curriculum is short of attention to multiculturalism, the multicultural literacy of teachers in normal colleges is not sufficient, and there are many unreasonable factors in the practice arrangement in normal universities. The third part is "implementation strategy: an effective way to promote the improvement of multi-cultural literacy of normal school students". According to the theoretical analysis and the investigation of the present situation, the author conceive the effective path to promote the improvement of multi-cultural literacy of normal school students. It mainly includes the following aspects: the construction of multicultural curriculum in normal universities, the practice process of diversification and rationalization, the construction of multicultural campus environment, the improvement of teachers' multicultural literacy, as well as the system and material.
