【摘要】：隨著高等教育大眾化的不斷發(fā)展,大學(xué)與社會(huì)的關(guān)系越來(lái)越密切,大學(xué)與社會(huì)的互動(dòng)日益活躍,在此過(guò)程中,大學(xué)獲得了來(lái)自國(guó)家、社會(huì)等多方面的投入、支持與幫助。那么,大學(xué)究竟能為社會(huì)做出多大的貢獻(xiàn)就成為國(guó)家和社會(huì)各界關(guān)心的話題。要評(píng)價(jià)大學(xué)的社會(huì)貢獻(xiàn),就需要建立一套評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。綜合研究的實(shí)際以及評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)象的特點(diǎn),本文選擇了地方綜合性大學(xué)作為對(duì)象,試圖設(shè)計(jì)出一套可觀察、可操作的,能夠反映地方綜合性大學(xué)社會(huì)貢獻(xiàn)的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。 本文在厘清地方綜合性大學(xué)社會(huì)貢獻(xiàn)的內(nèi)涵、特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,遵循評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系建立的原則和程序,綜合運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)法、德?tīng)柗品ā⒕仃噷?duì)偶法等方法來(lái)探討地方綜合性大學(xué)社會(huì)貢獻(xiàn)的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。這一指標(biāo)體系的建立主要由評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的篩選、評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)權(quán)重的確定以及評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的解釋等方面的內(nèi)容組成。具體過(guò)程如下：首先,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)法及向?qū)＜易稍兊确绞剿鸭⒄沓龀醪降脑u(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)；其次,運(yùn)用德?tīng)柗品ㄕ?qǐng)專家對(duì)初步形成的指標(biāo)進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證并在此基礎(chǔ)上步斷修改完善；再次,運(yùn)用矩陣對(duì)偶法求出各個(gè)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重；最后對(duì)所形成的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行解釋說(shuō)明。最終形成了包括3個(gè)一級(jí)指標(biāo),10個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo)和35個(gè)三級(jí)指標(biāo)的地方綜合性大學(xué)社會(huì)貢獻(xiàn)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of the popularization of higher education, the relationship between university and society is more and more close, and the interaction between university and society is becoming more and more active. In this process, the university has received input, support and help from various aspects, such as country, society and so on. So, the university can make a great contribution to the society and become a topic of concern to the country and all sectors of society. To evaluate the social contribution of universities, it is necessary to establish a set of evaluation index system. This paper chooses the local comprehensive university as the object, and tries to design a set of observable and operable evaluation index system which can reflect the social contribution of the local comprehensive university. On the basis of clarifying the connotation and characteristics of the social contribution of the local comprehensive universities, this paper follows the principles and procedures of the establishment of the evaluation index system, and synthetically applies the literature method, the Delphi method, The matrix duality method is used to study the evaluation index system of the social contribution of local comprehensive universities. The establishment of this index system is mainly composed of the selection of evaluation index, the determination of evaluation index weight and the interpretation of evaluation index. The specific process is as follows: firstly, the preliminary evaluation indexes are collected and sorted out by using the literature method and consulting with experts; secondly, the experts are asked to verify the preliminary formed indicators by using Delphi method, and on this basis, the preliminary indicators are amended and improved. Thirdly, the weight of each evaluation index is calculated by matrix duality method. Finally, the evaluation index is explained. Finally, the evaluation index system of social contribution of local comprehensive universities is formed, which includes 3 primary indexes, 10 secondary indexes and 35 tertiary indexes.
