基于CAS理論的大學(xué)生主體性思想政治教育方法創(chuàng)新研究

【摘要】:本文以馬克思主義理論為指導(dǎo),運(yùn)用思想政治教育學(xué)等多學(xué)科知識,基于CAS理論,較為系統(tǒng)深入地探討當(dāng)前大學(xué)生主體性思想政治教育方法創(chuàng)新這一重要課題。本文共分為五部分: 第一部分:導(dǎo)論。簡單闡述本文的選題緣由及意義。介紹大學(xué)生主體性思想政治教育方法研究的現(xiàn)狀。對本文的研究思路和方法進(jìn)行扼要說明。 第二部分:對CAS相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行闡述。CAS理論的核心思想是強(qiáng)調(diào)由適應(yīng)性造就的復(fù)雜性,所謂具有適應(yīng)性,就是指系統(tǒng)中的主體能夠與環(huán)境以及其它主體進(jìn)行交互作用。圍繞適應(yīng)性主體這個最核心的概念,霍蘭進(jìn)一步提出了研究適應(yīng)和演化過程中特別需要注意的七個基本點(diǎn)。它們是:聚集、非線性、流、多樣性、標(biāo)識、內(nèi)部模型、積木,其中前面四個是主體的某種屬性,它們將在主體適應(yīng)和進(jìn)化過程中發(fā)揮作用;后面三個則是主體之間以及主體與環(huán)境之間進(jìn)行交流時的機(jī)制和有關(guān)概念。CAS理論有三個主要特點(diǎn),一是強(qiáng)調(diào)主體的主動性,二是強(qiáng)調(diào)主體與環(huán)境的交互作用,三是理論的普適性和實用性。這三個特點(diǎn)為我們利用CAS理論來創(chuàng)新大學(xué)生主體性思想政治教育方法提供了前提條件。 第三部分:對基于CAS理論的大學(xué)生主體性思想政治教育方法創(chuàng)新的可行性問題進(jìn)行深入探討。所謂主體性思想政治教育方法就是使教育者和受教育者都成為人的方法,是激發(fā)兩者的自我認(rèn)同性、自覺性和創(chuàng)造性,實現(xiàn)人地位的提升、人價值的發(fā)現(xiàn)、人潛能的挖掘的思想方法和工作方法。當(dāng)前大學(xué)生主體性思想政治教育方法存在著在認(rèn)識方法上重教育者的主導(dǎo)性、輕受教育者的主體性,在實施方法上存在重顯性途徑,輕隱性途徑,內(nèi)容選擇不能反映和適應(yīng)社會發(fā)展需求等一些不足,這些不足主要是由思維的簡單性造成的。為克服這些不足,我們應(yīng)該借鑒CAS理論的研究成果,將大學(xué)生思想政治教育系統(tǒng)看作是一個由教育者和大學(xué)生等適應(yīng)性主體組成的復(fù)雜適應(yīng)系統(tǒng),依此來進(jìn)行教育方法上的創(chuàng)新。在進(jìn)行方法創(chuàng)新時,我們要遵循以下原則:主體性原則、復(fù)雜性原則、平等交往原則、整體涌現(xiàn)原則、活力原則等大學(xué)生主體性思想政治教育原則。 第四部分:論述基于CAS理論的大學(xué)生主體性思想政治教育認(rèn)識方法創(chuàng)新。大學(xué)生主體性思想政治教育認(rèn)識方法,是高校思想政治教育者在認(rèn)識大學(xué)生和教育環(huán)境中所采用的方法。 CAS理論蘊(yùn)含著豐富的科學(xué)和哲學(xué)意蘊(yùn),對指導(dǎo)教育者認(rèn)識大學(xué)生的思想動態(tài)具有重要的啟示作用。首先,它強(qiáng)調(diào)主體具有自己的內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)和生存動力,因此,主體是活生生的,主體表現(xiàn)出來的情況是復(fù)雜的,這啟示著教育者要多觀察體驗大學(xué)生的生活和學(xué)習(xí),從觀察體驗中獲取重要的思想信息資料。其次,CAS理論強(qiáng)調(diào)主體與系統(tǒng)關(guān)系的層次性,認(rèn)為主體經(jīng)過聚集會形成介主體,介主體又經(jīng)過聚集形成介介主體,主體與系統(tǒng)之間的關(guān)系就在這種單主體變介主體的層次疊加中得以實現(xiàn)。這啟示著我們對大學(xué)生思想信息的分析要注重層次性,這樣才能在認(rèn)識好個體思想的同時把握好整體的思想。最后,CAS理論將主體認(rèn)識、預(yù)知世界的模型稱為內(nèi)部模型,這就啟示著教育者要關(guān)注大學(xué)生的內(nèi)部模型,明確哪些是需要保護(hù)的能激發(fā)大學(xué)生主體性的因素,哪些是需要教育者充分發(fā)掘的主體性因素。 最后,論述了基于CAS理論的大學(xué)生主體性思想政治教育實施方法創(chuàng)新。大學(xué)生主體性思想政治教育實施方法,也叫大學(xué)生主體性思想政治教育工作方法,是高校思想政治教育者面向大學(xué)生在教育過程中所采用的方法。CAS理論認(rèn)為主體與環(huán)境、主體與主體之間的相互作用是非線性的,這就為我們在實施大學(xué)生主體性思想政治教育方法中,克服簡單思維,實施非線性教育提供了一個重要的啟示。CAS理論認(rèn)為,系統(tǒng)中的流具有乘數(shù)效應(yīng)和再循環(huán)效應(yīng)的特性,這就為我們對大學(xué)生思想政治教育系統(tǒng)中的信息流,尤其是對隱性信息流進(jìn)行擴(kuò)大和再循環(huán)提供了一個實施方法上的重要啟發(fā)點(diǎn)。CAS理論認(rèn)為主體與主體以及主體與環(huán)境的交互作用是一種積累經(jīng)驗和學(xué)習(xí)的過程,他們根據(jù)學(xué)到的經(jīng)驗來改變自己的內(nèi)部模型,調(diào)整自己的行為方式,這就啟示我們教育者要善于利用大學(xué)生之間以及大學(xué)生和教育環(huán)境之間的交互作用,實施多角色體驗,有效促進(jìn)大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)的提高。同樣,CAS理論也啟示著我們要增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生適應(yīng)環(huán)境的能力、建立“適應(yīng)型”師生關(guān)系等大學(xué)生主體性思想政治教育實施方法。
[Abstract]:This paper, based on the theory of Marx, uses the multi-disciplinary knowledge of Ideological and political education, and based on the CAS theory, makes a systematic and in-depth discussion on the important subject of the method innovation of the ideological and political education of college students. This paper is divided into five parts.
The first part: introduction. A brief description of the origin and significance of the topic of this article. The present situation of the research on the methods of Ideological and political education of college students is introduced. The research ideas and methods of this article are briefly explained.
The second part: the core idea of CAS related theory is that the core idea of.CAS theory is to emphasize the complexity created by adaptability. So called adaptability means that the subject in the system can interact with the environment and other subjects. Holland further puts forward the adaptation and performance of the research on the core concept of the adaptive subject. Seven basic points that need to be paid attention to. They are aggregation, nonlinearity, flow, diversity, identification, internal model, and building blocks, of which the first four are the attributes of the subject, and they will play a role in the body's adaptation and evolution; the latter three are the machines that communicate between the subject and between the body and the environment. The.CAS theory of system and related concept has three main characteristics, one is to emphasize the initiative of the subject, the two is to emphasize the interaction between the subject and the environment, and the three is the universality and practicality of the theory. These three features provide the premise for us to make use of the theory of CAS to innovate the subjective ideological and political education method of college students.
The third part is to discuss the feasibility of the innovation of College Students' subjective ideological and political education method based on CAS theory. The so-called subjective ideological and political education method is the way to make both the educator and the educator become human, and to stimulate the self-identity, consciousness and creativity of the two and the promotion of the person's status. The ideological and political education methods of College Students' subjective ideological and political education present the dominance of the educators in the cognitive methods, the subjectivity of the educator, the method of heavy dominance, the light recessive path, the choice of content can not reflect and adapt to the needs of the social development. In order to overcome these shortcomings, we should draw on the research results of CAS theory and consider the ideological and political education system of college students as a complex and suitable system composed of the adaptable subjects such as the educators and the university students, and then carry out the innovation in the educational method. In the process of method innovation, we should follow the following principles: the principle of subjectivity, the principle of complexity, the principle of equal communication, the principle of the whole emergence, the principle of vitality and so on, the principle of Ideological and political education of the students.
The fourth part is to discuss the method innovation of College Students' subjective ideological and political education based on CAS theory. The methods of understanding the subjective ideological and political education of college students are the methods used by the ideological and political educators in the university to understand the college students and the educational environment. The theory of CAS contains rich scientific and philosophical implications, and it guides educators to recognize them. Understanding the ideological dynamics of college students has an important inspiration. First, it emphasizes that the subject has its own internal structure and survival motive. Therefore, the subject is alive and the subject is complex, which inspires the educators to observe and experience the students' life and study and obtain important ideological letters from the observation experience. Secondly, the CAS theory emphasizes the hierarchy of the relationship between the subject and the system. It is believed that the main body is formed through aggregation, and the subject is formed to form the mediating subject, and the relationship between the subject and the system is realized in the superposition of the single subject's subject. This reveals the analysis of the ideological information of the college students. We should pay attention to the hierarchy so that we can grasp the idea of the individual well and grasp the whole thought at the same time. Finally, the CAS theory will recognize the subject and predict the model of the world as the internal model, which inspires that the educators should pay attention to the internal model of the College students, and clarify which factors that need protection to stimulate the subjectivity of the college students and what is necessary. The subjective factors that should be fully explored by the educator.
Finally, it expounds the innovation of the implementation method of College Students' subjective ideological and political education based on CAS theory. The implementation method of College Students' subjective ideological and political education is also called the method of College Students' subjective ideological and political education.
