G大學(xué)學(xué)生食物中毒事件分析
[Abstract]:The college student canteen is a place where students eat together, and it is also an important place to cause school safety accidents. There are many reasons for food poisoning in college students' canteens, such as epidemiology and other medical reasons and space-time characteristics, as well as profound social reasons and deep-seated institutional factors. Based on the comparative analysis of public health and safety events in China, this paper summarizes the rules and characteristics of these events, and establishes the criteria for case selection, and selects the food poisoning incidents of G university students as a case study. This article is divided into five parts to discuss. The first part is the introduction part, mainly includes the research value, the event summary, the research method and the research thought; the second part selects the G university student food poisoning event to carry on the case investigation, through to this incident occurrence, The third part is the background of this event, through the analysis of the background events, to establish the overall understanding of the status of such events; fourth, In the fifth part, through the investigation and study of the occurrence of the incident and the analysis and study of the disposal mechanism and so on, the problems such as the root of the deep hiding behind the incident and the absence of the system are discussed. It also puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to construct and perfect the mechanism of dealing with emergency public health and safety incidents in colleges and universities. This paper holds that although we have initially established a relatively perfect legal basis for the handling of public health incidents, there are two gaps. The existing multi-sector participation system has played a great role in the process of handling food poisoning in colleges and universities. It provides a guarantee for stabilizing the order of teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities, and plays a due role in promoting the reform of institutions of higher learning. Nor is there a lack of institutional settings and emergency plans and implementers, which is why such incidents can be basically controlled. The defects of the mechanism of handling food hygiene accidents in colleges and universities lie in the lack of clear powers and responsibilities, the lack of effective communication between management institutions and information, and the failure to establish effective cooperation and information communication with the government and relevant social departments outside the university. This is because of the independence of the school, but also the lack of management of the relevant government agencies. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a new effective and effective system and management model.
