90后大學(xué)生社會(huì)責(zé)任感培養(yǎng)探析

【摘要】:90后大學(xué)生是祖國的未來、民族的希望,他們肩負(fù)著加快推進(jìn)社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化,,構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì),建設(shè)中國特色社會(huì)主義,振興中華的歷史重任,而要承擔(dān)起這項(xiàng)歷史重任,必須具有強(qiáng)烈的社會(huì)責(zé)任感。 本文運(yùn)用問卷調(diào)查方法,對(duì)90后大學(xué)生社會(huì)責(zé)任感的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了調(diào)查。本文在調(diào)查現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,深入分析了責(zé)任的含義和特征、責(zé)任感的含義和構(gòu)成要素,個(gè)人責(zé)任與社會(huì)責(zé)任的關(guān)系,90后大學(xué)生社會(huì)責(zé)任感的內(nèi)涵,并以馬克思主義哲學(xué)、倫理學(xué)、心理學(xué)和思想政治教育學(xué)作為90后大學(xué)生社會(huì)責(zé)任感培養(yǎng)的相關(guān)學(xué)理依據(jù)。針對(duì)90后大學(xué)生社會(huì)責(zé)任感方面存在的現(xiàn)實(shí)問題,從90后大學(xué)生自身、家庭、學(xué)校和社會(huì)四個(gè)角度展開討論,認(rèn)為90后大學(xué)生自我意識(shí)的偏差是導(dǎo)致社會(huì)責(zé)任感弱化的內(nèi)部因素,家庭教育、學(xué)校傾向以及社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型的沖擊是導(dǎo)致90后大學(xué)生社會(huì)責(zé)任感弱化的外部因素。根據(jù)90后大學(xué)生社會(huì)責(zé)任感出現(xiàn)的問題和原因,提出培養(yǎng)和提高90后大學(xué)生社會(huì)責(zé)任感的對(duì)策措施,一是確立90后大學(xué)生責(zé)任主體地位,二是創(chuàng)新高校思想政治教育,三是積極參加社會(huì)實(shí)踐,四是塑造和諧的文化環(huán)境,五是建立長效機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:The post-90s college students are the future of the motherland and the hope of the nation. They shoulder the historical responsibility of speeding up socialist modernization, building a socialist harmonious society, building socialism with Chinese characteristics, and rejuvenating China. To shoulder this historical responsibility, we must have a strong sense of social responsibility. The present situation of social responsibility of post-1990 college students is investigated by questionnaire. Based on the investigation of the present situation, this paper deeply analyzes the meaning and characteristics of responsibility, the meaning and elements of responsibility, the relationship between individual responsibility and social responsibility, the connotation of social responsibility of post-90s college students, and makes use of Marxist philosophy. Ethics, psychology and ideological and political pedagogy are the relevant theoretical basis for the 90-year college students to cultivate their sense of social responsibility. In view of the practical problems existing in the social responsibility of post-90s college students, this paper discusses from four angles: the post-90s college students themselves, their families, their schools and the society. It is believed that the deviation of self-consciousness of post-90s college students is the internal factor leading to the weakening of social responsibility, while the impact of family education, school tendency and social transformation is the external factor leading to the weakening of social responsibility of post-90s college students. According to the problems and causes of the post-90s college students' social responsibility, this paper puts forward the countermeasures to cultivate and improve the post-90s college students' social responsibility. The first is to establish the post-90s college students' responsibility as the main body, and the other is to innovate the ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The third is to actively participate in social practice, the fourth is to create a harmonious cultural environment, and the fifth is to establish a long-term mechanism.
