【摘要】：隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展，網(wǎng)絡(luò)的作用日益增強(qiáng)，隨著交往的日益密切，人們的思想發(fā)生了翻天覆地的變化，價(jià)值觀(guān)念沖突加劇，社會(huì)突發(fā)事件時(shí)有發(fā)生，網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情就是社會(huì)不同領(lǐng)域在網(wǎng)絡(luò)上的不同表現(xiàn)。網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情不僅形成迅速，而且傳播速度快，傳播的范圍廣，深入社會(huì)生活的各個(gè)方面，所以產(chǎn)生的影響極大。如今，大學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)、生活都與網(wǎng)絡(luò)息息相關(guān)，網(wǎng)絡(luò)為高校師生的溝通與學(xué)習(xí)提供了便利的平臺(tái)，為加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)思想政治教育工作帶來(lái)了機(jī)遇，同時(shí)，網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的自由性、隱匿性、非理性等特點(diǎn)，也給我們的高校思想政治教育工作者提出了新的要求。 如何應(yīng)對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情對(duì)高校思想政治教育工作帶來(lái)的影響，適時(shí)地加強(qiáng)與改進(jìn)高校思想政治教育，提高工作的實(shí)效性，是當(dāng)前我們廣大思想政治教育工作者無(wú)法回避的時(shí)代課題。基于此，本文首先從網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的概念入手，闡述了網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的產(chǎn)生、發(fā)展，自由性、交互性、隱匿性、非理性等特點(diǎn)，以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的群體影響力。客觀(guān)分析了高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的現(xiàn)狀以及在網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的背景下以往高校思想政治教育存在的問(wèn)題，并且根據(jù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的新特點(diǎn)對(duì)高校思想政治教育提出了新要求。最后通過(guò)對(duì)正確發(fā)揮網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情視角下的高校思想政治教育作用方法的闡述，明確了在新的形勢(shì)下，在網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的背景下，高校思想政治教育工作者要正視和利用好網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情，不斷加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)思想政治教育，提高工作的實(shí)效性。希望能以此給相關(guān)高校的思想政治教育工作者以及高校學(xué)生帶來(lái)有意義的啟示。 高校學(xué)生是國(guó)家的未來(lái)，重視并利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情，，加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)思想政治教育，有助于學(xué)生形成正確的價(jià)值觀(guān)念和道德準(zhǔn)則，提高他們的綜合素質(zhì)，也能為高校思想政治教育營(yíng)造良好的教育氛圍和環(huán)境，從而真正提高其實(shí)效性。
[Abstract]:With the further development of the Internet, the role of the network is increasing day by day, with the increasingly close communication, people's thinking has changed dramatically, the conflict of values has intensified, social emergencies have occurred from time to time. The network public opinion is the social different domain in the network different performance. The network public opinion not only forms rapidly, but also spreads quickly, the scope of communication is wide, and it goes deep into all aspects of social life, so it has a great influence. Nowadays, the study and life of college students are closely related to the network. The network provides a convenient platform for the communication and study of teachers and students in colleges and universities, and brings opportunities for strengthening and improving the work of ideological and political education, and at the same time, the freedom of network public opinion. Occult, irrational and other characteristics also put forward new requirements for our ideological and political educators. How to deal with the influence of network public opinion on the ideological and political education in colleges and universities, to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and to improve the effectiveness of the work is an unavoidable subject of our ideological and political education workers at present. Based on this, this paper begins with the concept of network public opinion, expounds the emergence, development, freedom, interaction, occult, irrational and so on characteristics of network public opinion, as well as the group influence of network public opinion. This paper analyzes objectively the present situation of network public opinion in colleges and universities and the problems existing in ideological and political education in colleges and universities under the background of network public opinion, and puts forward new requirements for ideological and political education in colleges and universities according to the new characteristics of network public opinion. Finally, through the elaboration of the function of ideological and political education in colleges and universities from the perspective of network public opinion, it is clear that under the new situation and under the background of network public opinion, ideological and political education workers in colleges and universities should face up to and make good use of network public opinion. We will continue to strengthen and improve ideological and political education and improve the effectiveness of our work. It is hoped that this will bring meaningful enlightenment to ideological and political educators and college students in relevant colleges and universities. College students are the future of our country. Paying attention to and utilizing network public opinion and strengthening and improving ideological and political education will help students to form correct values and moral norms and improve their comprehensive quality. It can also create a good educational atmosphere and environment for ideological and political education in colleges and universities, so as to improve its effectiveness.
