當(dāng)代大學(xué)生國(guó)家安全觀教育研究

【摘要】:維護(hù)國(guó)家安全是所有主權(quán)國(guó)家一直追逐的方向。由于全球化的不斷發(fā)展,國(guó)家安全問題跟之前有所不同。國(guó)家安全不僅僅是指政治上、軍事上這些傳統(tǒng)意義上的安全,隨著全球化的發(fā)展,還帶來了非傳統(tǒng)的安全問題。這二者之間是交織在一起的。國(guó)家安全問題并不簡(jiǎn)單,因此,解決這種問題要從多方面考慮。然而國(guó)家安全的維護(hù)需要具有國(guó)家安全意識(shí)的人才,人才的培養(yǎng)靠教育,所以,要重視國(guó)家安全觀的教育,這是非常重要的。國(guó)家安全觀教育,無論從加強(qiáng)國(guó)防建設(shè)的角度看,還是從國(guó)家的整體安全環(huán)境方面考慮,加強(qiáng)學(xué)生的國(guó)家安全觀的培養(yǎng)都應(yīng)該作為整個(gè)思想政治教育的重點(diǎn)。所謂“國(guó)家興亡,匹夫有責(zé)”、“居安思危”講的就是這一道理。目前,普通高校雖然針對(duì)國(guó)家安全觀教育與培養(yǎng)做了一部分工作,但都只是停留在表面的理論灌輸,并且在傳統(tǒng)威脅的層面上講的更多一點(diǎn),對(duì)于全球化時(shí)代下形成的綜合的新國(guó)家安全觀的教育與培養(yǎng)卻做的很少。大學(xué)生作為國(guó)家未來的精英棟梁,作為社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化事業(yè)的建設(shè)者,同時(shí)肩負(fù)著維護(hù)國(guó)家安全的歷史使命。我國(guó)高校的國(guó)家安全觀教育沒有形成獨(dú)立的體系,形式老套,理念落后,加之大學(xué)生自身容易受到西方不良思想的侵蝕,這些因素都使得大學(xué)生在維護(hù)國(guó)家安全方面的意識(shí)不強(qiáng)。所以,要提高他們的國(guó)家安全意識(shí),增強(qiáng)他們?cè)谟龅絿?guó)家安全問題時(shí)的應(yīng)對(duì)能力,必須加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生的國(guó)家安全觀教育。 本文第一部分簡(jiǎn)單敘述了國(guó)家安全觀以及國(guó)家安全觀教育的基礎(chǔ)理論。首先是對(duì)國(guó)家安全觀的涵義和國(guó)家安全觀的本質(zhì)進(jìn)行了解讀,并且從傳統(tǒng)國(guó)家安全觀和新國(guó)家安全觀兩個(gè)方面對(duì)國(guó)家安全觀的發(fā)展歷程進(jìn)行了歸納總結(jié);其次對(duì)于國(guó)家安全觀教育的涵義進(jìn)行了闡述和界定,重點(diǎn)從四個(gè)方面論述了國(guó)家安全觀教育的主要內(nèi)容,并對(duì)國(guó)家安全觀教育的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了分析和闡述;最后是對(duì)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生和國(guó)家安全觀的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了分析概述。 第二部分針對(duì)當(dāng)前國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)的復(fù)雜形勢(shì),著重提出了對(duì)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生進(jìn)行國(guó)家安全觀教育與培養(yǎng)的重要戰(zhàn)略意義。意義從三個(gè)層次分別展開論述,包括:加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生國(guó)家安全觀教育是當(dāng)今時(shí)代的要求,加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生國(guó)家安全觀教育是我國(guó)國(guó)防建設(shè)的重要組成部分,加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生國(guó)家安全觀教育是提高大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)的需要。 第三部分分析了目前大學(xué)生國(guó)家安全觀教育方面存在的問題以及問題的原因。這一部分是本文的落腳點(diǎn),,通過把對(duì)問題和原因的分析作為根據(jù),最終提出可行性建議。本文提出了大學(xué)生國(guó)家安全觀教育方面存在的四個(gè)主要問題:一是國(guó)家安全觀教育的位置沒有擺正;二是國(guó)家安全觀教育缺乏實(shí)效性;三是教師在教育引導(dǎo)上不能滿足學(xué)生的需要;四是國(guó)家安全觀教育的考核和評(píng)價(jià)過于形式化。隨后針對(duì)這些問題歸納總結(jié)了大學(xué)生國(guó)家安全觀教育問題的成因,如國(guó)家安全觀教育的重要性未得到足夠重視,國(guó)家安全觀教育的渠道和形式單一,國(guó)家安全觀教育的隊(duì)伍存在不足等。 最后一部分就加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)大學(xué)生國(guó)家安全觀教育和培養(yǎng)的重要措施和途徑提出了個(gè)人意見和建議。對(duì)于大學(xué)生國(guó)家安全觀教育有效途徑的探索,本文一共分了四個(gè)大方面來進(jìn)行論述:首先是當(dāng)代大學(xué)生國(guó)家安全觀教育應(yīng)制定科學(xué)的教育目標(biāo);其次是要重視國(guó)家安全觀教育的師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè);第三個(gè)方面是通過利用“兩課”教育資源對(duì)大學(xué)生進(jìn)行國(guó)家安全觀教育;最后是要搞好形式多樣的課外宣傳和實(shí)踐教育活動(dòng)。 結(jié)語(yǔ)部分,簡(jiǎn)單歸納本文的主旨,為今后的進(jìn)一步研究指明方向。
[Abstract]:The maintenance of national security is the direction of all sovereign states. Because of the continuous development of globalization, the problem of national security is different. National security is not only a political, military, traditional security, but also a non-traditional security problem with the development of globalization. The two parties are intertwined with each other. Together, the problem of national security is not simple. Therefore, the problem of solving this problem should be considered in many ways. However, the maintenance of national security needs people with a sense of national security, and the training of talents depends on education. Therefore, it is very important to attach importance to the education of national security concept. In terms of the overall security environment of the country, it should be taken as the focus of the whole ideological and political education to strengthen the cultivation of the national security concept of the students. But all the work, but all only stay on the surface of the theory of instillation, and at the level of the traditional threat to speak more about the education and training of a comprehensive new national security concept formed in the era of globalization. With the historical mission of safeguarding national security, the national security concept education in China's colleges and universities has not formed an independent system, the form is old-fashioned, the concept is backward, and the college students themselves are easily eroded by the bad ideas of the West. These factors make the college students not aware of the security of the national security. To fully realize their ability to cope with national security problems, we must strengthen their education on national security.
The first part of this article briefly describes the national security concept and the basic theory of national security concept education. First, it explains the meaning of national security concept and the essence of national security concept, and summarizes the development course of the national security concept from two aspects of the traditional national security concept and the new national security concept; secondly, it makes a summary of the development of the national security concept. The meaning of the national security concept education is expounded and defined, the main content of the national security concept education is discussed from four aspects, and the characteristics of the national security concept education are analyzed and expounded. Finally, the relationship between the contemporary college students and the national security concept is analyzed and summarized.
The second part focuses on the current international and domestic complex situation, and puts forward the important strategic significance of the education and training of the national security concept for the contemporary college students. The significance is discussed separately from the three levels, including: strengthening the education of the national security concept of college students is the requirement of the present times, and strengthening the education of the national security concept of the university students is our country Strengthening the national security education of college students is an important part of national defense construction.
The third part analyzes the existing problems and the reasons for the current university students' national security concept education. This part is the foothold of this article. Through the analysis of the problems and causes, the author puts forward the feasibility suggestions. This paper puts forward four main problems in the education of national security concept of College Students: one is The position of the national security concept education is not correct; two is the lack of effectiveness in the education of national security concept; the three is that teachers can not meet the needs of the students in the guidance of education; four is the assessment and evaluation of the national security concept of education is too formalized. Then, the causes of the problems of the national security concept education of the students are summarized, such as the causes of the problems of the national security concept education of the major students, for example. The importance of national security concept education has not been given enough attention. The channels and forms of education on national security concept are single, and there are deficiencies in the national security education team.
The last part puts forward personal opinions and suggestions on strengthening and improving the important measures and ways of the education and training of the national security concept of college students. For the exploration of the effective ways of the education of national security concept of college students, this article is divided into four aspects: first, the education of the national security concept of contemporary college students should be made scientific. The second is to pay attention to the construction of the teaching staff of the national security concept education; the third aspect is to educate the university students through the use of "Two Courses" education resources, and the last is to do a good job of various forms of extracurricular propaganda and practice education.
In the conclusion part, we briefly summarize the main thrust of this paper, and point out the direction for further research in the future.
