獨(dú)立學(xué)院大學(xué)生情感教育缺失與完善研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)今大學(xué)生都是90后的天之驕子,是成長(zhǎng)在改革開放的成果與百姓共同分享的一代,是物質(zhì)生活和精神生活極其富裕的一代。而正是這樣得天獨(dú)厚的一代,將要承擔(dān)著在復(fù)雜的國(guó)際環(huán)境中使中華民族奮勇崛起和構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)的重任。因此,他們自身的情感狀況,他們的身心和人格的發(fā)展,則關(guān)系到整個(gè)中華民族的復(fù)興和祖國(guó)未來(lái)的繁榮昌盛。雖然在教育界,理論家與教育家們已經(jīng)認(rèn)識(shí)到了情感教育的重要性,但在高校中,尤其是特殊的民辦獨(dú)立院校中,情感教育的作用并未得到充分的重視。本論文試圖通過(guò)獨(dú)立院校這一特殊的辦學(xué)主體,對(duì)獨(dú)立學(xué)院大學(xué)生情感教育進(jìn)行研究,通過(guò)分析情感教育在獨(dú)立學(xué)院中所起的作用,并對(duì)在情感教育實(shí)施過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題以及問(wèn)題形成的原因進(jìn)行分析,從而尋找到適合獨(dú)立學(xué)院大學(xué)生進(jìn)行情感教育的有效途徑,為現(xiàn)今獨(dú)立學(xué)院大學(xué)生的情感教育提供一定的幫助。 全文共分為四個(gè)部分: 第一部分,主要是對(duì)相關(guān)概念做出界定,從情感的內(nèi)涵入手,說(shuō)明情感教育的涵義與特征;同時(shí)說(shuō)明獨(dú)立學(xué)院的涵義和特點(diǎn)。 第二部分,針對(duì)獨(dú)立學(xué)院的特點(diǎn),說(shuō)明情感教育的內(nèi)容,以及對(duì)獨(dú)立學(xué)院大學(xué)生實(shí)施情感教育對(duì)于學(xué)院自身的存在和發(fā)展有何種意義。 第三部分,首先對(duì)獨(dú)立學(xué)院大學(xué)生情感教育過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析,進(jìn)而找出造成這些問(wèn)題存在的主要原因,從而對(duì)民辦獨(dú)立學(xué)院中大學(xué)生的情感教育現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行全面地了解和把握。 第四部分,依據(jù)前三部分對(duì)獨(dú)立學(xué)院大學(xué)生情感教育各個(gè)方面的分析,有針對(duì)性的提出完善獨(dú)立學(xué)院大學(xué)生情感教育的有效措施,即明確情感教育的目標(biāo);轉(zhuǎn)變教育理念,樹立以人為本的指導(dǎo)思想;提高學(xué)生的認(rèn)知能力;通過(guò)“人才強(qiáng)!睉(zhàn)略,建立起一支適應(yīng)時(shí)代要求的高素質(zhì)教師隊(duì)伍;建章立制,健全黨組織機(jī)構(gòu);構(gòu)建多元化的情感教育體系;設(shè)立專項(xiàng)經(jīng)費(fèi),建立穩(wěn)定的社會(huì)實(shí)踐基地等。獨(dú)立學(xué)院從不同的角度和層次,依據(jù)實(shí)際情況,完善對(duì)大學(xué)生的情感教育。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, college students are the proud children of the post-90s generation, who grew up in the fruits of reform and opening to the outside world to share with the common people, and are extremely rich in material and spiritual life. And it is this unique generation that will bear the heavy responsibility of making the Chinese nation rise courageously and build a harmonious socialist society in the complex international environment. Therefore, their own emotional condition, their physical, mental and personality development are related to the rejuvenation of the whole Chinese nation and the future prosperity of the motherland. Although theorists and educators have realized the importance of emotional education in the educational field, the role of emotional education has not been paid enough attention to in colleges and universities, especially in the special independent private institutions. This paper attempts to study the emotional education of college students through the independent college, which is a special subject of running a school, and analyzes the role of emotional education in the independent college. It also analyzes the problems existing in the process of implementing emotional education and the causes of the problems, so as to find an effective way to carry out emotional education for college students in independent colleges. To provide some help for the emotional education of college students. The full text is divided into four parts: the first part is to define the related concepts, from the connotation of emotion, to explain the meaning and characteristics of emotional education; at the same time, to explain the meaning and characteristics of independent college. The second part, according to the characteristics of independent college, explains the content of emotional education, and the significance of emotional education for the existence and development of independent college students. The third part first analyzes the problems existing in the process of emotional education of college students in independent colleges, and then finds out the main causes of these problems. Therefore, the present situation of college students' emotional education in private independent colleges is comprehensively understood and grasped. The fourth part, according to the first three parts of the analysis of the emotional education of independent college students in all aspects, pertinently put forward the effective measures to improve the emotional education of independent college students, that is, to clarify the objectives of emotional education; to change the concept of education, Set up the guiding ideology of people-oriented, improve the students' cognitive ability, establish a contingent of high-quality teachers to meet the needs of the times, establish rules and regulations, and improve the Party's organizational structure through the strategy of "strengthening schools by talents"; Build a diversified emotional education system, set up special funds, establish a stable social practice base.
