四維主體視閾下的大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)理論與實(shí)踐研究

【摘要】:21世紀(jì)的競爭,歸根結(jié)底是人才競爭;人才競爭,實(shí)質(zhì)是人才綜合實(shí)力的競爭。直以來高校被視為我國高級(jí)人才的培養(yǎng)基地,擔(dān)負(fù)著培養(yǎng)社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)人才的重任。作為高校培養(yǎng)對象的大學(xué)生則是未來社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的骨干,是社會(huì)進(jìn)步和發(fā)展的棟梁,大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)的高低直接影響著高校人才培養(yǎng)的質(zhì)量,直接影響著我國人才競爭實(shí)力的高低。推進(jìn)素質(zhì)教育與提高高校教學(xué)質(zhì)量,都最終落實(shí)在高校對大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)上。如何全面、客觀、科學(xué)地評(píng)價(jià)高校學(xué)生的綜合素質(zhì)成為當(dāng)前高校在全面推進(jìn)素質(zhì)教育過程中所面臨的一個(gè)十分現(xiàn)實(shí)的問題。設(shè)計(jì)并制定科學(xué)的、全面的、切實(shí)可行的綜合素質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)體系,不僅對大學(xué)生的全面素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)起到導(dǎo)航作用,也使高校的素質(zhì)教育工作更具針對性、主動(dòng)性和實(shí)效性。 本論文將馬克思關(guān)于人的全面發(fā)展學(xué)說、馬克思主義價(jià)值論、馬克思主義認(rèn)識(shí)論和加德納多元智能理論及其評(píng)價(jià)觀作為大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)的理論基礎(chǔ),以社會(huì)發(fā)展的需要和黨的政策方針的明確要求為依據(jù),以大學(xué)生成人成才的自身素質(zhì)需求為根本,以提升大學(xué)生社會(huì)適應(yīng)性為目標(biāo),深入的分析了構(gòu)建大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)體系的必要性和重要性。 通過問卷調(diào)查,從大學(xué)生、大學(xué)教師(教育工作者)、用人單位、家長四維角度展開研究,分析當(dāng)前社會(huì)對大學(xué)生各方面素質(zhì)的需求,構(gòu)建了大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。該指標(biāo)體系由兩級(jí)指標(biāo)構(gòu)成,一級(jí)指標(biāo)包括四大方面:思想道德素質(zhì),身心素質(zhì),能力素質(zhì),科學(xué)文化素質(zhì)。二級(jí)指標(biāo)分為三十個(gè)指標(biāo),較為全面地覆蓋了四個(gè)一級(jí)指標(biāo)的全部內(nèi)容,并詳細(xì)的對大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)二級(jí)指標(biāo)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了問卷分析。指標(biāo)體系權(quán)重的確定采用信度較高的定量分析的辦法,從四大評(píng)價(jià)主體的角度分別計(jì)算出四種指標(biāo)權(quán)重,采用SPSS的方法得出四種獨(dú)立樣本的無差異檢驗(yàn),繼而得出最終的一、二級(jí)指標(biāo)權(quán)重,以此對大學(xué)生進(jìn)行全面有效的綜合素質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)。在此基礎(chǔ)上按照權(quán)重將四項(xiàng)素質(zhì)重新排序,從四維主體評(píng)價(jià)視角看如何提升大學(xué)生各項(xiàng)素質(zhì),并提出了相應(yīng)的實(shí)踐對策。

The promotion of quality education and the improvement of the quality of teaching in Colleges and universities are finally implemented in the cultivation of College Students' comprehensive quality. How to evaluate the University comprehensively, objectively and scientifically The comprehensive quality of students has become a very realistic problem in the process of promoting quality education in Colleges and universities. Designing and formulating a scientific, comprehensive and practical comprehensive quality evaluation system not only plays a guiding role for the overall quality training of college students, but also makes the quality education work more pertinent and more pertinent. This thesis is based on Marx's theory of man's comprehensive development, Marx's theory of value, Marx's epistemology and Gardiner's multiple intelligence theory and its evaluation view as the theoretical basis for the evaluation of College Students' comprehensive quality, based on the needs of social development and the clear requirements of the party's policy and policy, and the adult adult self In order to improve the social adaptability of university students, the necessity and importance of constructing the comprehensive quality evaluation system for college students are thoroughly analyzed.
Through a questionnaire survey, from the perspective of college students, University Teachers (educators), employers and parents, the needs of the quality of all aspects of college students are analyzed, and the comprehensive quality evaluation index system of college students is constructed. The index system is composed of two level indicators, and the first grade index includes four aspects: Ideological and moral quality, The quality of body and mind, ability quality, scientific and cultural quality. The two level index is divided into thirty indexes, which covers all the contents of the four first grade indexes in a more comprehensive way, and a detailed analysis of the content of the two grade indexes of the comprehensive quality evaluation of the college students is carried out in detail. The weight of the index system is determined by the quantitative analysis of the higher reliability, from the four major methods. Four kinds of index weights are calculated from the perspective of the main body of evaluation. The SPSS method is used to get the non difference test of four independent samples. Then the final one and two grade index weights are obtained. On this basis, the comprehensive and effective comprehensive quality evaluation of the college students is carried out. On this basis, the four qualities are reordered and viewed from the four dimension subject evaluation. Angle to see how to improve the quality of college students, and put forward corresponding countermeasures.
