【摘要】:當(dāng)代大學(xué)生民主素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)研究作為我國(guó)政治民主問題研究的一個(gè)部分,具有重要的理論意義和實(shí)踐意義。其理論意義體現(xiàn)在:一是有助于我國(guó)政治民主化理論的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展;二是有助于深化當(dāng)代大學(xué)生民主素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的理論認(rèn)識(shí);三是有助于推進(jìn)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生政治素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的理論研究。其實(shí)踐意義體現(xiàn)在:一是有利于推動(dòng)我國(guó)的民主政治建設(shè)進(jìn)程;二是有利于提高大學(xué)生的思想政治素質(zhì);三是有利于教育工作者深刻認(rèn)識(shí)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生民主素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的重要性,從而增強(qiáng)做好大學(xué)生民主素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)工作的自覺性。 文章首先厘清了民主、民主素質(zhì)及民主素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的基本概念,為后文的論述提供了理論根基。然后在成都醫(yī)學(xué)院和四川大學(xué)學(xué)生中進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,得出當(dāng)代大學(xué)生民主素質(zhì)的基本情況及存在的問題,并對(duì)存在問題進(jìn)行了原因分析。問卷調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示:大學(xué)生民主意識(shí)方面,雖然總體上具有明確的民主意識(shí),但參與意識(shí)較之平等意識(shí)和公共意識(shí)來(lái)說稍差;民主態(tài)度方面,“對(duì)待民主的態(tài)度”和“實(shí)踐民主的態(tài)度”情況懸殊;民主知識(shí)方面,當(dāng)代大學(xué)生掌握的民主知識(shí)還不夠豐富;民主能力方面,當(dāng)代大學(xué)生“影響民主的能力”較弱;民主信念方面,少部分當(dāng)代大學(xué)生民主信念模糊,甚至缺失。針對(duì)上述問題,文章進(jìn)行了原因分析,本文認(rèn)為形成大學(xué)生民主素質(zhì)現(xiàn)狀問題的原因主要涉及社會(huì)環(huán)境、高校、家庭以及個(gè)人四個(gè)方面。社會(huì)環(huán)境方面包括政治因素、經(jīng)濟(jì)因素以及文化因素;高校方面包括民主教育和民主實(shí)踐因素;家庭方面包括家庭教育和家庭熏陶因素;個(gè)人方面包括大學(xué)生自身辨別能力、權(quán)威認(rèn)定、功利化追求等因素。最后,文章提出了提升當(dāng)代大學(xué)生民主素質(zhì)的對(duì)策建議。具體來(lái)講,提升當(dāng)代大學(xué)生民主素質(zhì)需要堅(jiān)持民主性原則,系統(tǒng)性原則,理論教育與實(shí)踐鍛煉相結(jié)合的原則;需要從高校、社會(huì)、個(gè)人三個(gè)層面優(yōu)化培養(yǎng)機(jī)制;需要運(yùn)用思想政治教育原理創(chuàng)新大學(xué)生民主素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)方法。
[Abstract]:As a part of the study of political democracy in China, the research on the cultivation of democratic qualities of contemporary college students has important theoretical and practical significance. The theoretical significance is reflected in the following aspects: first, it is helpful to the further development of the theory of political democratization in our country; second, it is helpful to deepen the theoretical understanding of the cultivation of democratic quality of contemporary college students. Third, it is helpful to promote the theoretical research of the cultivation of contemporary college students' political quality. The practical significance is reflected in the following aspects: first, it is conducive to promoting the process of democratic political construction in our country; second, it is conducive to improving the ideological and political quality of college students; third, it is conducive to the educators' understanding of the importance of cultivating the democratic quality of contemporary college students. So as to strengthen the cultivation of democratic quality of college students consciousness. The article first clarifies the basic concepts of democracy, democratic quality and the cultivation of democratic quality, which provides the theoretical foundation for the later discussion. Then a questionnaire survey was conducted among the students of Chengdu Medical College and Sichuan University to obtain the basic situation and existing problems of the democratic quality of contemporary college students and to analyze the causes of the existing problems. The results of the questionnaire survey show that although college students have a clear sense of democracy in general, their sense of participation is slightly worse than that of equality and public consciousness. The situation of "attitude towards democracy" and "attitude to practice democracy" is very different; in the aspect of democratic knowledge, the democratic knowledge of contemporary college students is not rich enough, and the ability of contemporary college students to influence democracy is weak in the aspect of democratic ability. In terms of democratic beliefs, a small number of contemporary college students have vague or even absent democratic beliefs. In view of the above problems, the paper analyzes the causes, and points out that the reasons for forming the status quo of college students' democratic quality mainly involve four aspects: social environment, universities, families and individuals. Social environment includes political, economic and cultural factors; higher education includes democratic education and democratic practice; family includes family education and family influence; individual includes students' ability to distinguish. Authority, utilitarian pursuit and other factors. Finally, the article puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the democratic quality of contemporary college students. To improve the democratic quality of contemporary college students, we should adhere to the principles of democracy, systematization, theory education and practice, and optimize the training mechanism from three aspects: college, society and individual. It is necessary to use the principle of ideological and political education to innovate the cultivation method of college students' democratic quality.
