【摘要】：隨著高等教育的不斷改革深入,大學(xué)生思想政治教育面臨許多新的情況。近年來,國(guó)家十分重視大學(xué)生的思想政治教育,尤其是2004年8月中共中央、國(guó)務(wù)院《關(guān)于進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)大學(xué)生思想政治教育的意見》下發(fā)后,教育部2005年1月又下發(fā)了《關(guān)于加強(qiáng)高等學(xué)校輔導(dǎo)員班主任隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的意見》,對(duì)建設(shè)一支專業(yè)化、職業(yè)化、專家化輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍做出了明確指示。各地教育行政主管部門和高校也采取了一系列措施,加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍建設(shè),取得了一系列的成果。但是,在不同地區(qū)、不同高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍建設(shè)還很不平衡。國(guó)家和有關(guān)部門關(guān)于輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的有關(guān)要求還沒有及時(shí)得到貫徹落實(shí);輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍建設(shè)中還存在許多亟待解決的問題;特別是為適應(yīng)輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍發(fā)展需要,高等學(xué)校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍建設(shè)考核指標(biāo)體系還沒有完全建立起來。因此,對(duì)輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍建設(shè)進(jìn)行有效的考核是具有十分重要的理論和實(shí)踐意義的。 本文就輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍建設(shè)考核指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行研究,著重從以下幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行:首先對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外研究輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍建設(shè)考核指標(biāo)體系的狀況進(jìn)行了綜述,分析了我國(guó)高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍建設(shè)考核指標(biāo)體系的特征及現(xiàn)狀;其次,設(shè)計(jì)了一套高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍建設(shè)考核指標(biāo)體系構(gòu)建的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及原則;第三,對(duì)高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍建設(shè)考核的可行性進(jìn)行了分析,通過調(diào)查研究、專家訪談、制訂考核指標(biāo)體系調(diào)查問卷等方式,構(gòu)建了高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍建設(shè)考核指標(biāo)體系;第四,通過評(píng)價(jià)方法,確定考核指標(biāo)體系中的各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)權(quán)重;第五,對(duì)考核指標(biāo)體系的實(shí)施進(jìn)行了具體說明。該體系為高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍建設(shè)工作評(píng)估提出了一種新的思路與方法。
[Abstract]:With the deepening reform of higher education, the ideological and political education of college students faces many new situations. In recent years, the state has attached great importance to the ideological and political education of college students, especially after the publication of the Central Committee of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on further strengthening and improving the ideological and political Education of College students in August 2004. In January 2005, the Ministry of Education issued "opinions on strengthening the Construction of Class Teachers of counselors in Colleges and Universities", which made clear instructions for building a team of professional, professional and expert counsellors. Educational administrative departments and colleges and universities have also taken a series of measures to strengthen and improve the construction of counselors, and achieved a series of results. However, in different regions, the construction of different university counselors is very uneven. The relevant requirements of the state and relevant departments on the building of counselors have not been implemented in a timely manner; there are still many problems to be solved in the construction of counselors; in particular, in order to meet the needs of the development of counselors, The evaluation index system of college counselors' team construction has not been completely established. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to evaluate the construction of counselors. In this paper, the evaluation index system of counselors' team construction is studied, with emphasis on the following aspects: firstly, the paper summarizes the status of the evaluation index system of counselors' team construction at home and abroad. This paper analyzes the characteristics and present situation of the assessment index system of college counselors' team construction in China. Secondly, it designs a set of standards and principles for the construction of the evaluation index system of college counselors' team construction. Based on the analysis of the feasibility of college counselors' team construction and assessment, through investigation and research, expert interviews, and the establishment of the assessment index system questionnaire, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of college counselors' team construction. Through the evaluation method to determine the weight of each index in the evaluation index system; fifthly, the implementation of the evaluation index system is explained in detail. This system provides a new idea and method for the evaluation of college counselors.
