以生為本理念下學(xué)生參與高校教育教學(xué)管理工作的研究

【摘要】:高等教育向來(lái)是各國(guó)政府和人民關(guān)注的重點(diǎn),教育教學(xué)管理工作對(duì)高等學(xué)校的辦學(xué)質(zhì)量和水平起到十分重要的保障作用,而這其中大學(xué)生參與學(xué)校管理則是近年來(lái)世界高等教育發(fā)展中的一大趨勢(shì)。然而,理論界對(duì)學(xué)生在高校教育教學(xué)管理中的角色問(wèn)題仍然爭(zhēng)論不休,在我國(guó),高校學(xué)生在教育教學(xué)管理中主體性的缺失是制約高校教學(xué)質(zhì)量的重要原因之一。以生為本的教育理念是符合21世紀(jì)高等教育發(fā)展趨勢(shì)的科學(xué)理念,一切從學(xué)生的利益出發(fā),讓學(xué)生參與高校的教育教學(xué)管理工作是以生為本教育理念的最好體現(xiàn)。本論文就是基于以生為本的教育理念對(duì)大學(xué)生參與高校教育教學(xué)管理從理論上做一些歸納、補(bǔ)充及豐富性工作,另外試圖從實(shí)踐層面探索和解決若干現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題。 本文共包括五項(xiàng)研究:研究一是從以生為本和學(xué)生參與兩個(gè)變量著手,歸納總結(jié)了以生為本和學(xué)生參與的發(fā)展軌跡,對(duì)學(xué)生參與高校教育教學(xué)管理工作的相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行界定;研究二是就以生為本理念下學(xué)生參與高校教育教學(xué)管理的相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了總結(jié)與描述,包括學(xué)生參與高校教育教學(xué)管理工作的主要特征、原則、相關(guān)的法律基礎(chǔ)以及學(xué)生參與的必要性和要求;研究三是采用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,以湖南農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)的22個(gè)專(zhuān)業(yè)、794名學(xué)生作為被調(diào)查對(duì)象,通過(guò)了解他們就大學(xué)生參與高校教育教學(xué)管理工作的態(tài)度及目前可參與的滿意度,得到了幾個(gè)方面的認(rèn)識(shí):一是大學(xué)生的態(tài)度積極,興趣較高;二是大學(xué)生參與的滿意度較低,認(rèn)為學(xué)校提供的參與機(jī)會(huì)太少;三是大學(xué)生認(rèn)為能參與的工作認(rèn)識(shí)不一致;四是學(xué)生會(huì)是大學(xué)生普遍認(rèn)同的有效參與途徑。綜合現(xiàn)狀,本研究分析了造成目前校方與生方不和諧的原因,主要包括制度、學(xué)校及學(xué)生;研究四是通過(guò)對(duì)高,F(xiàn)行的規(guī)章制度的文本進(jìn)行研究,整理了關(guān)于學(xué)生參與高校教育教學(xué)管理工作的若干示例及提出了改進(jìn)建議;研究五是通過(guò)找出問(wèn)題,分析原因,從學(xué)生、教師、學(xué)校、組織及制度幾大方面的對(duì)策建議。 通過(guò)研究發(fā)現(xiàn),隨著高校越來(lái)越重視學(xué)生的主體地位,學(xué)生的主觀意識(shí)越來(lái)越得到加強(qiáng),學(xué)生參與高校教育教學(xué)管理工作是加強(qiáng)高校民主管理的有效途徑,是構(gòu)建和諧校園的必然要求,學(xué)生參與高校教育教學(xué)管理工作不僅能使高校與學(xué)生之間的矛盾得到緩解,還能在參與的過(guò)程中鍛煉他們的社會(huì)實(shí)踐能力,因此,在以生為本的理念指導(dǎo)下,學(xué)生參與高校教育教學(xué)管理工作具有積極的意義。
[Abstract]:Higher education has always been the focus of attention of governments and people of all countries. The management of education and teaching plays a very important role in ensuring the quality and level of higher education. The participation of college students in school management is a major trend in the development of higher education in the world in recent years. However, the role of students in college education and teaching management is still debated in the theoretical circle. In our country, the lack of subjectivity of college students in the management of education and teaching is one of the important reasons that restrict the quality of teaching in colleges and universities. The idea of student-oriented education is a scientific idea which accords with the development trend of higher education in the 21st century. It is the best embodiment of student-oriented education idea to let students participate in the management of education and teaching in colleges and universities from the point of view of the interests of students. This thesis is based on the student-oriented education concept to do some theoretical induction, supplement and richness to the college students' participation in the university education and teaching management, and also try to explore and solve some practical problems from the practical level. This paper includes five studies: first, starting with the two variables of student-oriented and student-participation, this paper summarizes the development track of student-oriented and student-participation, and defines the related concepts of students' participation in college education and teaching management; The second part summarizes and describes the basic contents of students' participation in college education and teaching management, including the main characteristics and principles of students' participation in college education and teaching management. The relevant legal basis and the necessity and requirement of students' participation. The third study is to use questionnaires to investigate 794 students of 22 majors in Hunan Agricultural University. Through understanding their attitude towards college students' participation in college education and teaching management and their satisfaction with their participation at present, the authors have obtained several aspects of understanding: first, college students' attitude is positive, and their interest is higher; second, the satisfaction of college students' participation is low. The author thinks that the participation opportunities provided by the school are too few; the third is that the students think they can participate in the work and the other is the students' union is the effective way to participate in the college students' general recognition. On the basis of the present situation, this study analyzes the causes of the disharmony between the school and the student, mainly including the system, the school and the students. The fourth research is to study the text of the existing rules and regulations in colleges and universities. This paper collates some examples of students' participation in the management of education and teaching in colleges and universities and puts forward some suggestions for improvement. The fifth part is to find out the problems, analyze the reasons, and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of students, teachers, schools, organizations and institutions. Through the research, it is found that the subjective consciousness of the students is being strengthened more and more, and the effective way to strengthen the democratic management of colleges and universities is to participate in the management of education and teaching in colleges and universities. The participation of students in the management of education and teaching in colleges and universities can not only alleviate the contradiction between universities and students, but also exercise their social practical ability in the process of participation. Under the guidance of student-oriented concept, it is of positive significance for students to participate in the management of higher education and teaching.
