【摘要】：互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展，改變了人們獲取信息的方式。我國緊跟時代步伐，在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)這片信息的集散地上建立了“網(wǎng)絡(luò)問政”平臺，，為政府與人民之間架起了一座便捷的溝通之橋。在“網(wǎng)絡(luò)問政”發(fā)展的四年間，其不僅成為了各級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部體察民情、汲取民智、與公民大眾交流的新渠道，更成為了人民群眾表達民意、解決民生問題的新平臺。本文以“網(wǎng)絡(luò)問政”和“思想政治教育”為研究對象，在分析我國“網(wǎng)絡(luò)問政”發(fā)展過程中所取得的成績和存在的問題的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合我國傳統(tǒng)歷史文化背景，運用馬克思主義理論、毛澤東思想、鄧小平理論、“三個代表”思想、科學(xué)發(fā)展觀理論來綜合審視我國的“網(wǎng)絡(luò)問政”現(xiàn)象，試圖將思想政治教育理念融入“網(wǎng)絡(luò)問政”過程中，進一步完善我國的“網(wǎng)絡(luò)問政”。首先，論文以中國文化為背景，從“問政”一詞的出處入手，結(jié)合“網(wǎng)絡(luò)問政”在我國的發(fā)展歷程，得出了具有中國特色“網(wǎng)絡(luò)問政”的概念與圖示模型。其次，論文對“網(wǎng)絡(luò)問政”與我國民主政治的關(guān)系進行研究，結(jié)合我黨一系列指導(dǎo)思想，尋找“網(wǎng)絡(luò)問政”在我國發(fā)展的理論依據(jù)。再次，論文從思想政治教育的角度出發(fā)，分析思想政治教育工作在“網(wǎng)絡(luò)問政”過程中的必要性與重要性。最后，論文分析了“網(wǎng)絡(luò)問政”過程中需要引入的思想政治教育內(nèi)容，并提出了適宜“網(wǎng)絡(luò)問政”采用的思想政治教育手段�？傊�，“網(wǎng)絡(luò)問政”作為我國政府新的執(zhí)政手段補充，不僅需要政策與法律的規(guī)范，更需要通過思想政治教育，來提高廣大人民群眾的綜合素質(zhì)，使中國特色的民主、法治意識深入人心。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of Internet technology has changed the way people get information. In keeping with the times, China has set up a platform of "asking for political affairs on the Internet", which has built a convenient communication bridge between the government and the people. In the four years of the development of "network politics," it has not only become a new channel for leading cadres at all levels to understand the people's feelings, absorb the wisdom of the people, and communicate with the public, but also become a new platform for the masses to express their public opinions and solve the problems of people's livelihood. Based on the analysis of the achievements and problems in the development of "network politics" and "ideological and political education", this paper combines the traditional historical and cultural background of our country. Using Marxist theory, Mao Zedong thought, Deng Xiaoping theory, "three represents" thought, scientific development view theory to examine the phenomenon of "network asking for political affairs" in our country synthetically. This paper attempts to integrate the idea of ideological and political education into the process of "asking for political affairs on the network", and to further improve the "network politics" of our country. First of all, based on the background of Chinese culture, starting with the origin of the word "asking for political affairs" and combining the development of "network politics" in our country, the paper draws the concept and graphic model of "network political inquiry" with Chinese characteristics. Secondly, the paper studies the relationship between "network politics" and democratic politics of our country, and combines with a series of guiding ideology of our party to find the theoretical basis for the development of "network politics" in our country. Thirdly, from the angle of ideological and political education, this paper analyzes the necessity and importance of ideological and political education in the process of "asking for political affairs on the network". Finally, the paper analyzes the content of ideological and political education needed to be introduced in the process of "asking for political affairs on the network", and puts forward the means of ideological and political education suitable for "asking for political affairs on the network". In a word, as a supplement to the new ruling means of our government, "network politics" needs not only the norms of policies and laws, but also ideological and political education to improve the comprehensive quality of the broad masses of the people and make democracy with Chinese characteristics.
