【摘要】：大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)活動是高校實(shí)踐育人的重要手段，，是構(gòu)建社會主義和諧社會合格的建設(shè)者和接班人的新途徑。它既是培育全方位，高素質(zhì)人才的新嘗試，也是大學(xué)生服務(wù)社會的重要渠道。本文從實(shí)踐育人的內(nèi)涵和主要方式入手，敘述了大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)作為實(shí)踐育人的一種具體方式的價(jià)值體現(xiàn)并分析其存在的問題，進(jìn)而對大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)活動進(jìn)行概述，以此指明大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)作為新的普遍性實(shí)踐育人途徑所具有的必要性和存在問題的現(xiàn)實(shí)性。在此基礎(chǔ)上，以事實(shí)為依據(jù)，通過對北京科技大學(xué)大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)課程開展的調(diào)查問卷進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析，為大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)實(shí)踐育人提供可行性參照；再以蘭州市五大高校的實(shí)地補(bǔ)強(qiáng)問卷調(diào)查為大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)實(shí)踐育人提供必要性分析；最后再對兩份問卷作一整體分析，為大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)實(shí)踐育人的具體落實(shí)提供客觀依據(jù)。最終探尋大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)活動實(shí)踐育人長效發(fā)展的路徑。在路徑的探尋上，本研究從大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)活動開展的現(xiàn)實(shí)途徑、實(shí)施方式、組織架構(gòu)、運(yùn)行機(jī)制等方面詳細(xì)論述，并提出了活動開展需要注意的一些問題事項(xiàng)。
[Abstract]:College students' voluntary service is an important means for colleges and universities to practice and educate people. It is also a new way to construct the qualified constructors and successors of socialist harmonious society. It is not only a new attempt to cultivate all-round and high-quality talents, but also an important channel for college students to serve the society. This paper begins with the connotation and main ways of practical education, narrates the value of college students' voluntary service as a concrete way of practical education and analyzes its existing problems, and then summarizes the activities of college students' voluntary service. In this way, it points out the necessity of college students' voluntary service as a new way of universal practice and the reality of existing problems. On this basis, on the basis of facts, through the empirical analysis of the questionnaire of the volunteer service course of science and technology college students in Beijing, this paper provides a feasible reference for the practice and education of college students' voluntary service. Finally, the author makes a comprehensive analysis of the two questionnaires in order to provide an objective basis for the concrete implementation of the practice and education of college students' voluntary service. Finally, to explore the path of long-term development of college students' voluntary service practice. In the exploration of the path, this study discusses in detail the realistic way, the implementation way, the organization structure and the operating mechanism of the college students' voluntary service activities, and puts forward some problems needing attention in the development of the activities.
