【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)是國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè)。在推進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的各種因素中，農(nóng)業(yè)科技推廣發(fā)揮了極其重要的作用，農(nóng)業(yè)試驗(yàn)示范基地是開展農(nóng)業(yè)推廣活動(dòng)的重要支撐平臺(tái)。農(nóng)業(yè)高校是我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)科技人才培養(yǎng)、農(nóng)業(yè)科技創(chuàng)新、農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)推廣的重要陣地，在農(nóng)業(yè)試驗(yàn)示范基地建設(shè)方面具有得天獨(dú)厚的優(yōu)勢(shì)。目前，我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)高校的試驗(yàn)示范基地建設(shè)正處于快速發(fā)展階段，在運(yùn)行模式和管理機(jī)制上還存在不少問(wèn)題。根據(jù)新的形勢(shì)要求，對(duì)我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)高校試驗(yàn)示范基地建設(shè)情況進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)研究和具體分析，并研究提出農(nóng)業(yè)高校推進(jìn)試驗(yàn)示范基地建設(shè)的主要思路與對(duì)策，對(duì)于有效發(fā)揮農(nóng)業(yè)高校試驗(yàn)示范基地在農(nóng)業(yè)科技推廣中的支撐功能，促進(jìn)我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展，實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)，提高農(nóng)民收入，具有重要現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文在理論分析和實(shí)證研究的基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)高校的試驗(yàn)示范基地建設(shè)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)分析與探討，提出了新時(shí)期我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)高校試驗(yàn)示范基地建設(shè)的主要思路、重點(diǎn)任務(wù)、管理模式、運(yùn)行機(jī)制和保障措施。 論文共分八部分內(nèi)容： 第一章在已有文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)試驗(yàn)示范基地的研究背景進(jìn)行了闡述，，提出了論文的主要研究思路、研究方法、技術(shù)路線和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。 第二章對(duì)相關(guān)概念和理論進(jìn)行了分析界定。 第三章對(duì)我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)試驗(yàn)示范基地建設(shè)的實(shí)踐與探索作了分析，探討了我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)試驗(yàn)示范基地建設(shè)的必要性、基地的主要類型、運(yùn)行狀況、經(jīng)驗(yàn)和問(wèn)題。 第四章運(yùn)用SWOT分析法對(duì)我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)高校建設(shè)試驗(yàn)示范基地的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)遇和威脅進(jìn)行了具體分析，得出了優(yōu)勢(shì)大于劣勢(shì)，機(jī)遇大于威脅的結(jié)論。 第五章對(duì)美國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)高校試驗(yàn)示范基地的建設(shè)進(jìn)行典型案例分析。 第六章對(duì)西北農(nóng)林科技大學(xué)試驗(yàn)示范基地的建設(shè)進(jìn)行典型案例分析。 第七章系統(tǒng)提出了我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)高校試驗(yàn)示范基地建設(shè)的主要思路、重點(diǎn)任務(wù)、管理模式、運(yùn)行機(jī)制和保障措施。 結(jié)束語(yǔ)，對(duì)全文進(jìn)行總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:Agriculture is the basic industry of national economy. Agricultural science and technology extension plays a very important role in promoting agricultural development, and agricultural test and demonstration base is an important supporting platform for agricultural extension activities. Agricultural colleges and universities are the important position of cultivating agricultural science and technology talents, innovating agricultural science and technology and popularizing agricultural technology in our country, and they have unique advantages in the construction of agricultural test and demonstration base. At present, the construction of the experimental and demonstration base of agricultural universities in our country is in the stage of rapid development, and there are still many problems in the operation mode and management mechanism. According to the requirements of new situation, this paper makes a systematic study and concrete analysis on the construction of experimental and demonstration bases in agricultural colleges and universities in China, and puts forward the main ideas and countermeasures for promoting the construction of experimental and demonstration bases in agricultural colleges and universities. It is of great practical significance to give full play to the supporting function of the experimental and demonstration base of agricultural colleges and universities in the extension of agricultural science and technology, to promote the development of agriculture in China, to realize the growth of rural economy, and to increase the income of farmers. On the basis of theoretical analysis and empirical research, this paper makes a systematic analysis and discussion on the construction of experimental and demonstration bases in agricultural colleges and universities in China, and puts forward the main ideas and key tasks for the construction of experimental demonstration bases in agricultural colleges and universities in China in the new period. Management mode, operation mechanism and safeguard measures. The thesis is divided into eight parts: the first chapter expounds the research background of the agricultural test and demonstration base on the basis of the existing literature, and puts forward the main research ideas, research methods, technical routes and innovation points of the paper. The second chapter analyzes and defines the related concepts and theories. The third chapter analyzes the practice and exploration of the construction of agricultural test and demonstration base in China, and probes into the necessity, main types, operation status, experience and problems of the construction of agricultural test and demonstration base in China. The fourth chapter analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of agricultural colleges and universities by SWOT analysis, and draws the conclusion that the advantages are greater than the disadvantages, and the opportunities are greater than the threats. The fifth chapter analyzes the typical cases of the construction of the experimental demonstration base in American agricultural colleges and universities. Chapter six analyzes the typical cases of the construction of the experimental demonstration base of Northwest University of Agriculture and Forestry Science and Technology. The seventh chapter systematically puts forward the main ideas, key tasks, management mode, operation mechanism and safeguard measures of the construction of experimental and demonstration bases in agricultural colleges and universities in China. Concluding remarks, the full text is summarized.
