高校班級(jí)規(guī)模調(diào)研與分析

【摘要】:班級(jí)規(guī)模是直接影響教學(xué)過程并進(jìn)而影響教學(xué)質(zhì)量的一個(gè)重要因素,伴隨著我國高校擴(kuò)招推進(jìn)高等教育大眾化歷程,高校的班級(jí)規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,導(dǎo)致高校教學(xué)質(zhì)量不斷下降。因而,了解高校班級(jí)規(guī)模的現(xiàn)狀,深入分析高校班級(jí)規(guī)模擴(kuò)大的原因以及負(fù)面影響,努力提煉出控制班級(jí)規(guī)模過大的對(duì)策,對(duì)避免高校因班級(jí)規(guī)模擴(kuò)充而質(zhì)量下降十分必要而緊迫,具有重要理論意義和實(shí)踐意義。 用調(diào)查法對(duì)某省7所有代表性高校班級(jí)規(guī)模進(jìn)行調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn):從某省高校班級(jí)規(guī)模的總體情況來看,高校班級(jí)規(guī)模較大,班級(jí)規(guī)模為65.91人。從某省不同類型高校、不同高校、不同課程的具體情況看,不同類型高校班級(jí)規(guī)模由大到小排列依次是:新建高校、一般高校、重點(diǎn)高校、專科學(xué)校;不同高校班級(jí)規(guī)模由大到小排列依次是:F校、E校、C校、D校、A校、B校、G校。從某省不同類型高校、不同高校、不同課程的比較來看,不同類型高校之間的班級(jí)規(guī)模存在非常顯著的差異,不同高校之間的班級(jí)規(guī)模絕大多數(shù)存在非常顯著的差異,不同課程之間的班級(jí)規(guī)模大多數(shù)存在非常顯著的差異。 高校班級(jí)規(guī)模擴(kuò)大的原因主要有:現(xiàn)代教學(xué)技術(shù)的提高;高校教室緊張和大教室增多;高校不斷擴(kuò)招;國家對(duì)高等教育投入不足;高校過分追逐辦學(xué)效益;考生專業(yè)選擇不合理。高校班級(jí)規(guī)模過大的負(fù)面影響主要體現(xiàn)在對(duì)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)和教師教學(xué)兩方面,前者包括影響學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境、學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度和學(xué)習(xí)成績;后者包括影響教學(xué)過程、教師與學(xué)生相互作用、教學(xué)效果。為了盡量控制班級(jí)規(guī)模擴(kuò)大,使高校班級(jí)規(guī)模朝著合理化方向發(fā)展,應(yīng)該分別從政府和高校兩個(gè)層面采取相應(yīng)措施。從政府層面上來說,,應(yīng)樹立正確的教育觀念;監(jiān)督教育法規(guī)的執(zhí)行;加大高等教育的投入。從高校層面來談,應(yīng)將學(xué)生的利益放在首位;將教學(xué)質(zhì)量視為學(xué)校的生命線;遵循和落實(shí)國家教育法規(guī);豐富學(xué)校教育教學(xué)資源;引導(dǎo)專業(yè)設(shè)置和選擇合理化。
[Abstract]:Class size is an important factor that directly affects the teaching process and further affects the teaching quality. With the expansion of enrollment in colleges and universities to promote the process of popularization of higher education, the class size of colleges and universities continues to expand, resulting in the continuous decline of teaching quality in colleges and universities. Therefore, to understand the current situation of class size in colleges and universities, to analyze the causes and negative effects of class size expansion in colleges and universities, and to work hard to extract the countermeasures to control the excessive class size. It is very necessary and urgent to avoid the deterioration of quality in colleges and universities due to the expansion of class size, which is of great theoretical and practical significance. By investigating the class size of 7 representative universities in a certain province, it is found that the class size of a certain province is larger than that of a certain province, and the class size is 65.91 people. From the specific situation of different types of universities and different courses in a certain province, the order of class size of different types of colleges and universities is: new universities, general colleges, key universities, colleges and universities; The order of class size of different colleges and universities from big to small is: 1. F, E, C, D, A, B and G, respectively. From the comparison of different types of universities and different courses in a province, there are very significant differences in class size among different types of colleges and universities, and there are very significant differences in most of the class sizes among different colleges and universities. There are very significant differences in class size between different courses. The main reasons for the expansion of class size in colleges and universities are: the improvement of modern teaching technology; the tension of classrooms and the increase of large classrooms in colleges and universities; the increasing enrollment of colleges and universities; the insufficient investment of the state in higher education; the excessive pursuit of efficiency in running schools by colleges and universities; Candidates' professional choice is unreasonable. The negative effects of excessive class size in colleges and universities are mainly reflected in the two aspects of student learning and teacher teaching. The former includes influencing students' learning environment, learning attitude and learning achievement, while the latter includes influencing the teaching process and the interaction between teachers and students. Teaching effect In order to control the expansion of class size and make the class size of colleges and universities develop in the direction of rationalization, the corresponding measures should be taken from the two levels of government and university respectively. From the government level, we should set up the correct educational concept, supervise the enforcement of educational laws and regulations, and increase the investment in higher education. From the perspective of colleges and universities, the interests of students should be put in the first place; the teaching quality should be regarded as the lifeline of the school; the national educational laws and regulations should be followed and implemented; the teaching resources of schools should be enriched; and the arrangement and selection of majors should be guided and rationalized.
