大學(xué)生自我教育問(wèn)題及對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:自我教育是受教育者根據(jù)社會(huì)的要求和自身發(fā)展的需要,發(fā)揮主體的能動(dòng)性,自我認(rèn)識(shí),自我監(jiān)督,自我評(píng)價(jià),自我實(shí)現(xiàn)的過(guò)程。在世界政治經(jīng)濟(jì)多極化發(fā)展的環(huán)境中,各種價(jià)值觀念不同程度地影響著大學(xué)生的思想和行為。大學(xué)階段,大學(xué)生自我意識(shí)增強(qiáng),關(guān)心自己的未來(lái),接受新事物新知識(shí)較快。但是,自我控制能力和自我辨別能力較弱,在學(xué)習(xí)生活中容易受到消極價(jià)值觀念的影響。分析大學(xué)生自我教育的問(wèn)題,提出切實(shí)可行的對(duì)策,能夠增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生自我教育的主動(dòng)性,自覺(jué)抵御消極價(jià)值觀念的影響。本文從大學(xué)生的思想和心理特點(diǎn)出發(fā),深入分析大學(xué)生自我教育的問(wèn)題,并提出增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生自我教育的對(duì)策。 本文共分為六個(gè)部分。第一部分是緒論,說(shuō)明了本文的選題意義,研究現(xiàn)狀、研究方法和創(chuàng)新之處。第二部分闡述了自我教育與教育的聯(lián)系,并且從哲學(xué)、思想政治教育學(xué)、教育學(xué)、心理學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)角度闡釋了大學(xué)生自我教育的基礎(chǔ)。第三部分從四個(gè)方面分析了大學(xué)生自我教育的意義:第一,自我教育有助于增強(qiáng)教育的效果。第二,開(kāi)展自我教育有利于個(gè)體的角色內(nèi)化。第三,開(kāi)展自我教育能夠激發(fā)個(gè)體的內(nèi)在動(dòng)因。第四,開(kāi)展自我教育能夠促進(jìn)自我矛盾的解體。第四部分在大學(xué)生自我教育的影響因素中,從大學(xué)生自我教育的媒介和空間以及大學(xué)生自我教育的能力兩方面進(jìn)行了深入的分析,闡述了網(wǎng)絡(luò)和社會(huì)環(huán)境對(duì)大學(xué)生自我教育的影響。把大學(xué)生自我教育的能力歸納為自我認(rèn)識(shí)能力、自我體驗(yàn)?zāi)芰妥晕艺{(diào)控能力三部分。自我認(rèn)識(shí)是自我教育意識(shí)產(chǎn)生的重要基礎(chǔ)。自我認(rèn)識(shí)是指?jìng)(gè)體通過(guò)自我觀察、自我分析、自我評(píng)價(jià)、自我反省等手段認(rèn)識(shí)自己的能力。自我體驗(yàn)是伴隨自我意識(shí)而產(chǎn)生的情感體驗(yàn)?zāi)芰?是自我教育意識(shí)產(chǎn)生的動(dòng)力。自我調(diào)控是個(gè)體以自身內(nèi)部的價(jià)值觀念為依據(jù),對(duì)自己心理及行為進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)和控制,保證自我教育不斷進(jìn)行下去,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)自我的發(fā)展目標(biāo)。第五部分分析了當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的思想特點(diǎn),價(jià)值觀多樣化,主流意識(shí)突出,思維活躍,主體意識(shí)增強(qiáng),道德取向積極,公德意識(shí)增強(qiáng)情感豐富,自我適應(yīng)能力增強(qiáng)。第六部分分析了大學(xué)生自我教育存在的問(wèn)題,并提出了實(shí)踐性較強(qiáng)的對(duì)策。第一,建立大學(xué)生自我教育機(jī)制;第二,構(gòu)建大學(xué)生自我教育內(nèi)容體系;第三,提高大學(xué)生自我教育能力;第四,構(gòu)建大學(xué)生自我教育的平臺(tái);第五,積極參加社會(huì)實(shí)踐活動(dòng);第六,建立學(xué)生素質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)。把大學(xué)生自我教育的內(nèi)容歸納為自我人文素質(zhì)教育、自我心理健康教育、自我民主法制教育。從發(fā)生機(jī)制、動(dòng)力機(jī)制、自我監(jiān)控機(jī)制分析了大學(xué)生自我教育的發(fā)生、發(fā)展的全過(guò)程。
[Abstract]:Self-education is a process in which the educatee, according to the demands of the society and the needs of his own development, exerts the initiative, self-awareness, self-supervision, self-evaluation and self-realization of the subject. In the environment of multipolar development of world politics and economy, various values affect the thought and behavior of college students to varying degrees. In the university stage, college students become self-conscious, care for their future and accept new things and new knowledge. However, the ability of self-control and self-discrimination is weak, which is easily influenced by negative values in learning and life. By analyzing the problems of college students' self-education and putting forward feasible countermeasures, we can strengthen the initiative of college students' self-education and resist the influence of negative values. Based on the ideological and psychological characteristics of college students, this paper deeply analyzes the problems of college students' self-education, and puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen the self-education of college students. This paper is divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction, which explains the significance of the topic, research status, research methods and innovations. The second part expounds the relationship between self-education and education, and explains the basis of self-education from the angles of philosophy, ideological and political education, psychology and sociology. The third part analyzes the significance of college students' self-education from four aspects: first, self-education helps to enhance the effect of education. Secondly, self-education is beneficial to individual role internalization. Third, self-education can stimulate the internal motivation of individuals. Fourth, self-education can promote the disintegration of self-contradiction. The fourth part analyzes the influencing factors of college students' self-education from the media and space of college students' self-education and the ability of college students' self-education. This paper expounds the influence of network and social environment on self-education of college students. The ability of self-education of college students is divided into three parts: self-cognition ability, self-experience ability and self-control ability. Self-awareness is an important basis for the emergence of self-education consciousness. Self-cognition refers to the ability of individuals to recognize themselves by means of self-observation, self-analysis, self-evaluation and self-reflection. Self-experience is the ability of emotional experience with self-consciousness and the motive force of self-education consciousness. Self-control is an individual based on their own internal values, to regulate and control their own psychology and behavior, to ensure that self-education continues, and ultimately achieve the goal of self-development. The fifth part analyzes the ideological characteristics of contemporary college students, the diversity of values, prominent mainstream consciousness, active thinking, the strengthening of subjective consciousness, positive moral orientation, the enhancement of public moral consciousness, rich emotion, and the enhancement of self-adaptive ability. The sixth part analyzes the problems of college students'self-education and puts forward some practical countermeasures. First, establish the mechanism of college students' self-education; second, construct the content system of college students' self-education; third, improve the ability of college students' self-education; fourth, construct the platform of college students' self-education; fifthly, take an active part in social practice; Sixth, the establishment of student quality evaluation system. The contents of college students' self-education are summed up as self-humanistic quality education, self-psychological health education, self-democracy and legal education. This paper analyzes the whole process of the occurrence and development of college students' self-education from the mechanism of occurrence, the mechanism of motive force and the mechanism of self-monitoring.
